We had such a great stay here! 5 stars all the way! The house exceeded our expectations. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully styled, and incredibly comfortable, especially the beds. The layout was modern and thoughtful, with plenty of space for our group to relax and hang out. The location was amazing. We were within walking distance of parks, coffee shops, restaurants, and local spots, and just a quick Uber to Broadway and downtown. It felt very central while still being quiet and safe. The rooftop was the highlight. We grilled, played cards, watched the sunset, and spent hours up there. It truly made the trip. The kitchen was well stocked, the appliances were great, and the host was responsive and kind. One of our favorite Airbnb stays. We would absolutely book again. Everything felt easy from check-in to check-out, and we would recommend it to any group visiting Nashville!

This home delivered an exceptional, high-end experience from start to finish. Every detail reflected thoughtful design, comfort, and quality, and the property was immaculate upon arrival. The interiors feel elevated yet welcoming, with beautiful finishes, spacious living areas, and a layout that works perfectly for groups. Each bedroom felt like a private retreat with comfortable furnishings and Smart TVs. The rooftop truly sets this home apart—panoramic skyline views, a stylish lounge with firepit, ample dining space, and a grill made it feel like a private rooftop lounge. It was the perfect place to unwind in the evenings. The location is ideal, just minutes from 12 South, The Gulch, and downtown, while still feeling quiet and upscale. Most of all, Sammy was an outstanding host—responsive, thoughtful, and seamless from check-in to check-out. Everything was exactly as described (and even better in person). We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property!
