Family of 8 with an infant and the house was very accommodating for everyone. Would stay here again.

We had a great stay! The house was very well stocked with kitchen essentials, which made cooking for our family of 15 easy. The pool was a huge hit, and we loved having a dedicated space for the kids to play. The game room was another favorite and kept everyone entertained. The minor issue we had with the pool was fixed within a day. I will say the temperature seemed to fluctuate at night, and the downstairs bedroom stayed a bit warmer than the rest of the house. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Having Safeway nearby was convenient, and TJ Pizza was a great local find!
We had a few frustrations with this trip. The first night we were there, the fridge wasn’t working properly. We were told to unplug the fridge (which required us to pull the fridge out of the cubby) for five minutes. We did this and the next morning everything seemed fine but it really wasn’t because nothing would stay frozen and we notified the host of the issue twice and they Stated they contacted maintenance but gave us no response or solution. The issue temporarily resolve itself but still.. we reported an issue and maintenance never came. We asked what time the pool guy would come and they said there was not set schedule but would ask and get back to us, but they never did. There was a lot of broken furniture, the house wasn’t cleaned well, not enough general seating for capacity, and all amenities were bare minimum. The pool vacuum staying in the pool felt like a hazard. This stay didn’t feel as high quality as what we paid for.
The host was very friendly, responsive, and communicated well throughout our stay. They even provided a discount during the booking process, which was appreciated. The condition of the property did not meet expectations. The home appeared to need a deep cleaning. All of the furniture was heavily stained and looked worn. I covered the couches with a sheet before sitting on them. The floors still had visible dust and debris, and there was spilled food inside the refrigerator upon arrival. One of the couches was broken and missing a leg, and the pool filtration system was not working properly, resulting in noticeable debris in the pool during our stay. Additionally, the hosts have a very strict no late checkout policy and were unwilling to accommodate a later departure, even when we offered to pay an additional fee. Overall, the hosts were kind and communicative, but the property would benefit from a deep cleaning, furniture replacement, and attention to some maintenance issues.

Had a wonderful stay here with my friends. Backyard space had plenty to keep our group entertained. Felt right at home in the spacious kitchen and living room, and the game room in the back was a fun bonus. Would highly recommend

Nice, clean, and exactly as described. The home has a beautiful backyard and in a fantastic location. We had some maintenance issues, but Jeff and Bridget took care of it immediately.

The house was comfortable for our group of 11 guys, we had a lot of fun. Jeff and Bridget were super responsive when we chatted with them about the issues we found in the house. However, a bunch of the appliances and furniture are in need of some love.
Jeff and Bridget were very responsive and communicated well throughout our whole stay. The highlights were enjoying the backyard with pool and basketball court! Would definitely love to stay again if I’m ever back in Scottsdale.

While host was very responsive and the home was a great size for our family and beautifully decorated it could use a deep clean and maintenance. Many broken items. We were told we’d get a discounted rate but rate was higher, after having to cancel and rebook. We were allowed to check-in early which was great but we spent that time cleaning, taking photos of damages, and doing maintenance to jacuzzi and garage disposal. Great home. Not so great experience.

A great time Positive: It was spacious, clean, all you need for family vacation is there My kids enjoyed the Rec room as well the big backyard with many things to do Negative: I would give it 10/10 if they don’t have the long annoying vacuum hose in the pool They have a medium size crescent shape pool and you will be trapped every time you like to enjoy a swim and we are not allowed to take it of during our time in pool my kids hated it
Amazing Family Vacay! This house was just as listed and our family (ages 3 mo -- twins! -- to 63 yo) had a blast. There was something for everyone and the hosts have made extremely great use of every space. The home was super clean (and we have VERY high standards for cleanliness) and the hosts were proactive and incredibly responsive each time we reached out. There's space to hang out together and also for spending time away from the group. We loved it and would definitely book with them again.

This was an amazing home that my family of 5 enjoyed. We loved our stay. The backyard was so much fun for everyone. Non stop entertainment for the kids between the pool, basketball, putting green, playhouse, and outdoor seating areas. Plenty of space in the house and a huge playroom. Such a great experience!

We had such a great time! Renting this Airbnb gave us a chance to all be together in a clean, fun, and welcoming space. We took advantage of all the amenities, including the pool, game room, racquets, pool table and ping pong. The house was clean, had plenty of towels, and enough space where young and old were not on top of each other. Jeff and Bridget immediately responded to all questions, concerns, and requests. They absolutely deserve their 5-star rating. It was a pleasure renting this house and having such welcoming hosts.

Jeff and Bridget’s home was great! They were very good on communication when I needed something. House was very spacious and clean. Backyard was really fun, we did a special Olympics with all the backyard had to offer. My favorite is the pool table. I thought the small room in the game room was cool, I called it the Harry Potter room. If you need a place for your bach group then this home is perfect. I would say it’s 20-30 mins away from the baseball stadium. Other than that, great hosts and I would come back again!

I’ve rented several Airbnb‘s in the past, and as a homeowner and real estate investor, I am pretty nitpicky when it comes to the quality of our accommodations. We were very impressed with this home, the location, and all of the fun amenities it provided. The hosts were awesome, and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable, displaying excellent communication before, during after our stay. I highly recommend staying at this home if you’re in the Scottsdale area!
The backyard was great! It provided a lot of entertainment for our family. The game room was fun for the family as well. However, we had some maintenance issues with the property during our stay (broken microwave, unusable hot tub, overflowing garbage area from previous guests, upstairs showers, broken couch). We requested that these issues be addressed and they did get someone out a couple of days later. One other small thing to note is that the description says that two of the bedrooms have an ensuite but only one has an attached bath.

Host was phenomenal & the house is gorgeous. Would recommend to anyone staying here with a big group. Backyard is gorgeous. If I had to search for a critique, it would have been great if the pool was heated. However, the hot tub was clean and easy to use. 10/10 would recommend

Great location beautiful home
This was a very good location and home. They get a five-star review because they were so receptive and friendly as hosts. For example, there was some broken furniture and pickleball rackets when we arrived - not a big deal, but worth mentioning. Jeff and Bridget responded immediately and even offered to have it addressed right away. The only thing I would have changed about the location is having a fire pit or some heat source in back. The back yard is beautiful but it was too cold to really enjoy our drinks out there in the evenings. But, the place was clean, location was great, hosts were friendly and responsive, and the instructions were clear. Overall, it was a great stay!
The place was centrally located and close to business. The outdoor area was great and fun for the family. The beds were very comfortable. Only issue was with the showers on the second floor.

Our vacation started out at an unrelated Airbnb that was horrible! Hannah was able to save our vacation and get us checked into her place the same day at 9pm at night. When we arrived everything was exactly as pictured & described! The house is well maintained and comfortable. We enjoyed all the amenities outside. She was very responsive if we had any questions. Highly recommend this house and host!
We had four couples stay at this home for my husband’s 40th birthday party and every single person commented how perfect the house was. It was beautiful and exactly like pictured. We would definitely stay again!!

We had the best Labor Day holiday weekend enjoying all the amenities this house has to offer with our young, large family! Our kids range from ages 5 - 18 and everybody was having the best time. We even extended our stay by one night. The home is clean, quiet, and extremely spacious. We will absolutely stay here again! Thank you!
