The area

The Germantown Inn sits in the heart of one of Nashville's most walkable and beloved neighborhoods, and the location truly speaks for itself. Step outside and you're across the street from Monell's, the iconic family-style Southern dining institution that's been a Nashville staple for decades. From there, everything is within easy reach on foot.
Grab your morning coffee at Neighborlily, Germantown's charming neighborhood cafe, before exploring the area at your own pace. When evening rolls around, you're steps from some of the best spots in the city, including Mother's Ruin, Taco Mamacita, and Sauced, whether you're in the mood for craft cocktails, street-inspired tacos, or a laid-back dinner out.
Beyond the dining scene, the neighborhood offers some genuinely great places to stretch your legs. Walk down to the Neuhoff District along the Cumberland River, catch a Nashville Sounds game at First Horizon Park, or take in the sweeping open grounds of Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park, all just a short stroll from your suite.

The Germantown Inn is perfectly positioned to explore everything Nashville has to offer. The inn sits steps from Monell's, First Horizon Park, the Nashville Farmers Market, and the Neuhoff District along the Cumberland River. Plus, it's just a short drive or rideshare to all that Music City has to offer.

Notes from your host

The Germantown Inn is a historic property, and we've been intentional about preserving as much of its original character as possible. Your suite is located in the carriage house, a fully updated space built in 2018 with modern finishes throughout. The main inn building next door is where the history lives, and with that comes a few charming quirks guests sometimes notice: creaking hardwood floors, the occasional draft, and the kind of settled-in character you simply can't replicate in new construction. We think it adds to the experience, and we hope you do too.

Our dedicated Guest Experience team is here to make your stay seamless and enjoyable! Our on-site team is available throughout the week to assist with everything from local recommendations and Experience Add-ons to questions about the inn or your suite.

Our in-person team hours are:
Monday–Wednesday: 7:00 AM–1:00 PM and 2:00 PM–7:00 PM
Thursday–Sunday: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM

Please note that on Monday–Wednesday, our team takes a brief midday break from 1:00 PM–2:00 PM. During this time, in-person assistance and luggage storage are unavailable.

Outside of our in-person hours, our 24-hour virtual Guest Experience team is always just a message away. Whether you need assistance during the day or after hours, we're here to help make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible!

“Great place to stay! Positive: Clean room, comfy bed linens, complimentary wine and charcuterie and breakfast was nice. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the walkable area for food and shopping! Negative: The sink wasn't draining at first but had to mess with the stopper and then it worked.”
