Paradise Positive: Loved the peaceful atmosphere as we arrived, it was clean and very spacious. The hospitality from the staff was excellent, quick response from them and the house was very comfy, we had a great time there. Negative: There were a few issues with the facilities and also broken TV/TVs with no batteries for the remotes but I communicated with the staff about it and they immediately fixed it.
Our hosts were absolutely fantastic! We definitely want to stay her again. Thank you for such a beautiful place that accomodated all of us. I highly recommend this place. It’s about 18 miles from the airport situated in a nice neighborhood. This place has a beautiful fireplace, outdoor kitchen with multiple tvs and a warm hot tub. Only downside is this entire property is non-smoking. They should create a smoking area in the back of the property because they have plenty of space. We will definitely stay here again. Loved that the place is pet friendly also.

Pros: beautiful pool enough outdoor space for everyone great parking great outdoor shower grill was nice awesome basement/game room great communication Cons: housekeeping was less than par due to Monsoon season/waterbugs (Host offered exterminator but a child was in the home) most patio chairs are broken or need serious love I believe if the owners were more hands on with the property, instead of trusting housekeeping/handyman the property would truly be a 5* experience. However, at this time it is pushing a 3*.

My family and I stayed here over the Fourth of July while visiting Arizona and spending time at the Salt River. We had an amazing stay! This home was perfect for our entire family, from the youngest children to the adults, with plenty of space and entertainment for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals, and there was ample seating for all of us to enjoy meals together as a family. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, giving everyone plenty of room to relax and get a good night’s sleep. The hosts were responsive, friendly, and very easy to work with, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated their hospitality. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable, family-friendly place to stay.
We appreciated being able to check in early. Aside from a minor issue with not initially having the door code, check-in was simple and straightforward. Check-out was also quick and easy. The home was spacious enough for our group and was accessible for our elderly family members, which we really appreciated. There were a few maintenance issues during our stay, but the host communicated promptly and helped resolve them quickly. The reason for our lower rating is primarily the overall maintenance of the property. While the stay was comfortable, the home could benefit from some general upkeep. In particular, the outdoor patio furniture is worn and should be replaced. With a little attention to maintenance, this could be a much better experience for future guests.
⭐☆☆☆☆ This was one of the most disappointing vacation rentals our family has ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived, the house was not clean. We found dirty areas throughout the property, including linens, towels, and appliances that appeared poorly maintained. The overall condition of the home did not match the standard we expected based on the listing. The most concerning issue was that several members of our family, including our children, woke up with numerous insect bites after sleeping in the beds. We sought medical attention, and two doctors indicated the bites were consistent with bedbug bites. Whether it was bedbugs or another pest, no guest should have to experience this during a vacation stay. We reported the issues early in our stay and were told they would be addressed, but the problems remained unresolved. Overall, we had a great stay and the home worked well for our group. The house was spacious with plenty of bathrooms, making it comfortable for everyone. The outdoor fire pit and grilling area was a highlight and a great place to gather. The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located near major highways and shopping centers. A rental car is highly recommended. Check‑in and check‑out were easy, and the hosts were flexible, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The home and amenities generally matched the pictures; however, some areas—particularly the kitchen, hot tub, and bathrooms—felt a bit worn and lived‑in. We also experienced some plumbing issues in the basement bathroom. Ultimately, this is a spacious, well-located property with excellent outdoor amenities and attentive hosts.

The home is well equippex to sleep 14, but the overall condition of the home needs work. Hot tub lid is falling apart and leaving debris in hot tub. The back door to the pool from the house is broken, holes in walls. And lots of small things need repaired

nice and cozy to stay
This house is perfect. It is spacious, and has something for everyone. We only had 6 people staying here, but even if you had 18, it would not feel like a full house. There could be a group in the pool, some playing bocce, or putting on the green, cooking up some food on the outdoor grill by the 3 (3!) TV's, a couple more in the hot tub, and that is just the outside! There is also the pool table and Golden Tee in the basement, a nice kitchen, and cozy living room that people can spread out in. Long story short, no matter the size of your party, there is something for everyone. We actually spent more time at the house than we originally planned because everyone just wanted to enjoy the amenities and atmosphere of the house. The host reached out during our stay to make sure that everything was going well. Everything was 5 stars, but the courtesy of reaching out like that by the host was appreciated and made all feel taken care of. I'm so I glad I chose this house for our weekend trip.

House was amazing and hosts were great!! We had a large, multi family group staying for a sports tournament and the accommodation fit our needs perfectly! There was a lot to do with all the amenities listed being available. The house was clan and spacious enough to not feel overcrowded! Hosts were extremely friendly and always quick to respond leading up to and during our stay! I would highly recommend this location to others!

This was a nice stay with a beautiful back yard pool and hang out but the house could use some updates and we had some unfortunate communication mixups. It started with the lock not being programmed correctly so we had to contact the host at 9:30pm to gain access to the house. The other difficulty was in getting the pool heated which we had paid extra for in advance. It took multiple communications with the hosts to get the heat turned on. This was finally resolved and our heating fee was refunded which we appreciated. The house had a well appointed kitchen, we loved the golden tee and pool table in the game room, and we made frequent use of the pool and hot tub. Loved the inflatables and the outdoor kitchen with multiple TVs - would be great for a football watch day or match madness. There were little things missing like putters for the putting green which would have made our stay even more enjoyable if they had been included.
Great place for our two families. The kids had a blast, and the adults loved the outside bar and grill. Backyard is set up so nice!
We enjoyed this private retreat, with amazing amenities. The backyard is absolutely the highlight here. Home was as advertised and the host did an amazing just correcting a few unforeseen issues that we had with the hot tub. Thank you for making this a memorable trip!

Great house for a golf trip. Plenty of space in the house for 8 adults as well as a beautiful backyard where most of our time was spent. Hosts were very easy to communicate with and made sure everything was ok during our stay. Would absolutely stay here again.
Overall the house was amazing, everything super clean, enough amenities for everyone, everything easy to find, love all the games the house has. Definitely when we decide to go back to Phoenix we will try to stay there again.

Jeff and Bridget’s house was perfect for our guys’ golf trip to the Phoenix area. The house had plenty of beds and baths for all, and the backyard was amazing. Having the tv’s, grill, and seating made it so that we didn’t want to leave to go out and watch the games. And jumping in the pool after long days on the course was extremely refreshing. Hosts were in constant communication, and seemed like extremely good people. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Would highly recommend.
This was the perfect landing spot for my recent bachelorette with a large number of girls! The house fit us all comfortably and we especially enjoyed the amazing outdoor space!!! The pool was a highlight! Jeff and Bridget were responsive throughout our stay and checked in regularly.

There were a few things that happened during our trip that we can't look past: - The door code randomly changed at a very inconvenient time. We came back from a late night dinner to find ourselves completely locked out of the Airbnb. The hosts didn't leave a direct number, so we were left calling an automated system that did not connect us to a real human. It was freezing outside and our phones were dying. After an hour, we got a call from someone that worked for the hosts - apparently, the door code completely changed. The hosts never apologized or gave us an explanation but had the audacity to ask for a 5-star review. - We had unannounced "cleaners" come through the backyard without warning. We were shocked and scared to find strangers in our space. - The towels were damp and smelled off-putting, and we had to wash and dry ourselves. - One room had stained bedsheets. - No staircase railing ( incredibly dangerous) It's a shame because the backyard was amazing for our large group.
We are snowbirds in AZ, and the facility was a great opportunity for us to host our two children and grandkids for time over the holidays. The home meet our needs and our expectations. The pool, hot tub and outdoor kitchen were hits, as were the game opportunities in the basement. We were very pleased with the home and its amenities.

The person I was communicating with was courteous and flexible, very understanding and helpful. The pool was perfect, and the water temperature was adequate. The amenities provided were great, and my family and I truly enjoyed our stay. I will definitely book again! I definitely recommend :)
We had a wonderful stay! The home was cozy and comfortable, providing the perfect space for our family. The pool was a big hit, and we spent a lot of time enjoying it. The arcade golf game was a fun bonus that everyone loved. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely stay here again!
The host is very quick to respond to any questions/issues when asked and made sure the issues were resolved right away. Hannah is also very proactive and makes sure you have everything you need for the duration of your stay. The home is located in a convinent location not too far from the airport ( 20 min) or grocery stores
This was a great house for 10 of us. Plenty of room for games out back and in the basement.
We had 16 family members ages infant to 65 yrs old staying at the home and we had an incredible experience. The house is large and we never felt crowded. The basement is large and was a great place for the kids to hang out. The house was very clean and comfortable. The backyard is amazing and we want to come back when it is cooler to enjoy the outdoor kitchen, outdoor games, jacuzzi and firepit. We did love using the pool though! The pictures and description for the home are accurate. We enjoyed ourselves so much we did not leave the home so I cannot speak to what amenities were close to the home. The home is on a very large property so neighbors were not super close. Hannah is extremely easy to work with and was always responsive within a few minutes. Thank you Hannah for providing such a wonderful home for our family to reconnect! It was a definite 10 out of 10 experience for us!
Hannah was an amazing host and the house was a great stay. We felt right at home and had everything at our disposable. 10/10 would highly recommend.
