Overall, Hannah’s Place was a good place to stay. The property has so many great amenities, including a huge backyard, a big swimming pool, basketball hoop, chess, pool table, and hot tub. There is definitely plenty to do, and it’s a great setup for a group or family. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to enjoy quite a few of the amenities due to some issues during our stay. There were some things I had to deal with that I would rather not go into detail about. I do feel like once those issues are fixed, this place has the potential to be an amazing Airbnb. I will say that my concerns were eventually addressed, and I was offered a partial refund for the inconveniences we experienced, which I appreciated. Despite the issues, I still think Hannah’s Place is a nice property with a lot to offer. I would recommend staying here, especially once everything is back up and running properly. Overall, it was a good place, and I hope future guests get to enjoy everything it has to offer!

The home is very attractive. Lots to do. The amenities were great for a large gathering. Parking does not meet the number of guests if more than 6-8 people are staying. It is conviently located to a variety of restaurants and activities. The neighborhood was quiet.

From the moment I walked in there were issues and I communicated with the host immediately. They were very responsive however, of the list of items to include filthy, bugs coming out of the drain, shower is not draining, rugs, severely stained, dead tree in the front yard danger, hazard, pool, not clean or kept, hot tub, dirty, broken furniture in the backyard, trash bins were full upon arrival to name a few things. They promised to send pool maintenance and cleaners.However, on the fourth day that I was there, the only person that came with someone to clean the rugs.The rugs were shampooed, but because the rugs are of low quality, all it did was warp them, and only slightly clean them.Every time I reached out to ask for a status, they said they get right back with me. However, nothing else was even addressed.Very disappointed and I was unable to use this house to host my family as I mentioned to them before I even arrived.The biggest safety concerns were the dead tree in the front of the house that is literally falling apart in front of your eyes, the stairs with exposed plywood, the fifth bedroom bed that is about to break in half were of the most concerning.The host response was they will look into that.We were here for five days, and nobody even looked at it.I would not recommend this place based on those massive safety concerns.The pictures are very misleading.

Very disappointed in the outdoor space. It looked as if it hadn't been maintained for years and was unusable for our family, so we had to cancel. The inside had some maintenance issues and a pet odor as well.

Hannah Was Not A Great Host!!! She Left Me Hanging On Getting The Pool & Hot Tub Clean Wen Tht Was The Purpose Of Having Our Kids Because It Was Also My Kid Birthday As Well As Mine… Yes She Gave A Lil Of My Money Back But I Still Don’t Feel Like It Was Enough Because I Had Ppl Come From Out Of Town Jus To Be Disappointed Because We Had To Sit Around and Look At Each Other All Weekend Wen We Could’ve Went Elsewhere To Enjoy The Weekend!!!! My Family Was Jus As Mad As Me Because They Felt Like They Wasted Money And Time Coming To Visit… The lights in one of the Bedrooms Ddnt Work, The Kitchen Sink Started Leaking Because The Seal Around It Was Broken, The Jets In Master Bedroom Tub Ddnt Work Plus The Shower Ddnt Close,The A/C Upstairs Wasn’t Working , A Couple Of The Movie Room Chairs Wasn’t Working, Lights In The Backyard Ddnt Work & There Was No Propane!! The Iron Kept Wasting Water Good Thing I Had Brought My Own… Hopefully She Comes & Check Out Her Property Because IM STILL UPSET!!!

Excellent property with great communication. It was reasonable for the number of bedrooms, large dining area, living room and a great movie room. The pool was not in tip top shape, but the managers did respond to the problem. The area was quiet and we were also able to get to a trail that led to the lake, although the access is a bit steep. Overall, a top notch place for a weekend with our grandkids’ ! Hoping it’s available next year!!

The floor plan was awesome for a large group. Lots of kid friendly activities outdoors and the theater room was a hit!We also enjoyed the hike around the lake to the playground. Kelly was great and checked in multiple times. Would def recommend!

Great host and amazing place

So many activities - pickleball, basketball, lawn chess, mini golf, pool, hot tub, fire pit, movie room and pool table. Our group of moms and group of teenage boys all had what we needed for the entire stay. Never had to leave the property for fun and memories!

This was one of the best Airbnb I ever stayed in. Hannah was very nice and she have the quickest responses. I will be booking again. This location makes you feel right at home with everything to do in the backyard. The house look exactly like the pictures and it’s in nice and quiet location. I do recommend to book with Hannah!!

ALL amenities and description of the property was EXACTLY as advertised! This property is PERFECT to host a high school athletic program for a Frisco / Dallas tournament or event. Of course it is VERY family friendly.Host was warm, friendly, and kept me informed throughout the entire process.This property will NOT disappoint!

Absolutely loved this place! From the outside, it looks like an average house; but on the inside, it’s like I’m in a whole different world. And don’t even get me started on the backyard. The backyard has multiple activities that you can do including a pool and a hot tub. Overall, I had an amazing stay and had a great time with my friends at this house. I will most likely be booking here again! Thank you!

Es un lugar verdaderamente hermoso y muy cómodo, el diseño es muy lindo, la casa muy espaciosa decorada de manera impecable bien pensada al igual que su cinema el cual disfrutamos en familia tienen una máquina de hacer palomitas 🍿 los asientos reclinables súper cómodos, su backyard es impresionante ! Tienen absolutamente TODO ! Piscina, jacuzzi hot tub , media cancha , golfito, ajedrez enorme , para comer, sentarse , hacer fogatas , cocinar , muchos juegos de mesa también , etc. camas muy cómodas, muchas toallas, amenidades, un lago a pasos lindo , es un lugar no privado pero muy silencioso se puede descansar excelente , estamos muy agradecidos de habernos hospedados con ellos, gracias, gracias, gracias.

Wow — this house is absolutely spectacular! We truly loved our stay and enjoyed every minute of it. The amenities are incredible — from the mini golf, jacuzzi, and beautiful pool to the basketball court and giant chess set — everything was just perfect. Every space in the house is beautifully decorated, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. It’s one of those places you instantly fall in love with. We’re already planning to come back! Thank you for such an amazing stay.
