Came into town for a bday with 5 adults and was pleasantly surprised how nice the unit was and comfortable. Thank you for the hospitality.

Fantastic condo! We were a group of 4 gals coming to Nashville for the first time. We loved the 3 bathrooms. Beds were very comfortable as well. Would definitely book again!

The property was clean overall and in a convenient location, but a few things made the experience disappointing. The upper mattress on the bunk bed had not been made, and we had to search through the closets for sheets before eventually messaging the host to find them. The host did not apologize for the oversight, which was disappointing and left us wondering what else may have been overlooked during the cleaning process. We were also required to sign a separate rental agreement with terms that felt unnecessarily aggressive, and early check-in or late checkout was only offered for an additional $125 fee. I completely understand that these options may not always be available, but I would have appreciated a more hospitable approach rather than feeling nickel and dimed throughout the experience. Ultimately, the location and cleanliness were positives, but the lack of attention to detail and the overall approach to guest experience kept this from being a five-star stay.

The best place!!! Everything about it!

We had an amazing stay at The Optimistic on Music Row. Everything was as described. There was plenty of linen and towels for the 5 of us for a 4 night stay. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. The host, Melissa, was very responsive and answered every little question we had with a lot of patience. We loved the location too as it was close to everything or a short cab ride away. Overall, it was a great girls trip and one of the big reasons for it was this place.

My family of 5 loved our stay! The condo is new, very clean, well stocked, and comfortable. It was only a few minutes driving distance from Broadway, but was very quiet and in a safe area. We enjoyed the layout of the unit as well as the building amenities. We would definitely recommend staying here and hope to stay again in the future.

Everything was really clean & spacious. I stayed there with 6 people and I felt like it was the perfect size for us. It is definitely walkable (on the longer side like 30 minutes from broadway) but it’s in a peaceful quiet neighborhood. I would stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect, close to all the things we wanted. We were a party of 5, 2 couples and a single, and had plenty of space. The decor was great. Check in and check out were a breeze!

One of the best places I’ve stayed in Nashville!

Wonderful stay at Melissa's while launching our kid to Vanderbilt. Parking was so helpful to have and we loved the close proximity to campus. We spent mornings going to close coffee shops and loved staying on Music Row. The apartment was thoughtfully designed, clean and had great AC so we could relax from the heat after days of moving. It felt like a true home away from home. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Adorable decor and very attentive service!

We loved our stay. Location was perfect for us - we are somewhat familiar with the area. Our third time to stay on this property. This unit was absolutely perfect for our group. Seamless checkin, quick communication with host. Will be back for sure.

Great place to stay, close to everything and safe!

Great property for adults and having separate bathrooms for each room was great.

We had a wonderful stay at this Nashville condo! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The pool was a great way to relax after exploring the city(the pool closes at 9),and the pool table was a fun bonus that kept everyone entertained. The location was convenient to downtown and all the Nashville attractions while still feeling peaceful. Check-in was simple, communication with the host was excellent, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations.

The place was perfect for what we needed! Location was great and it was clean and spacious. The only issue we had was ants, I let her know.

Our stay was seamless. For context, we had 3 kids of varying ages, 2 parents and 2 grand-parents. All agreed we would stay again.Check-in, including use of the parking garage, was just as described. The rooms were very clean and beautifully decorated. It is conveniently located. Several coffee places and restaurants are within a short walk. Some in our group enjoy running in the morning and felt it was safe and enjoyable area to run. The pool is conveniently located and the kids enjoyed it.My only suggestion/downside, would be the lack of seating. We cooked a couple meals and couldn't really sit together, but we were able to make it work.

Had a great time! Neighborhood was amazing with plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Quick 5 min ride to Broadway. Condo was exactly like the pictures and pool was really nice! Highly recommend!

Top Airbnb! Spacious. Fun, funky decor. Clean, safe building. Attentive communication although we had zero issues. Our fave amenity…sipping a nightcap on the peaceful rooftop under the stars after a night on Broadway!

What a lovely and fun place! Although not downtown we found it was a good location to explore the surrounding neighborhoods. The place is clean, well cared for, and provides everything you need.

We had an incredible stay! We live in town, and were looking for a comfortable and cozy place to stay during the ice-storm that hit our neighborhood and left us without power. This apartment is everything you see on the listing and more - everything has extra! Extra towels, extra blankets, extra space and extra large TVs in every room (Which made my kiddos extremely happy). Location is great down Music row, the complex is quiet and well managed. There's an underground garage, we had 2 cars and no problem parking any time of day. The Kroger's is nearby to stock the fridge with food. Melissa responds within minutes, and even was able to accomodate our request for early check in which saved us quite the inconvenience that day. All in - I would come here again and highly recommend this to others coming from out town. Thank you for letting us stay in your home!

Cute Airbnb on Music Row in a very convenient location for a great price. Looked exactly like the photos and host was very helpful. Picked a bad weekend with snowstorm and ice storm of the century but still had a great time and will definitely be back.

This was our first visit to Nashville and staying at this place was perfect. Great area and close to everything. The apartment was just like the pictures and spotless - we would definitely stay here again!
