Highly recommend!! Place is beautiful and looks just like pictures, and is easy to get to and from downtown. Hannah is extremely responsive and easy to work with! We had the best time!!

Our stay at The Modern Honkey in Nashville, TN, was thoroughly enjoyable. Hannah’s prompt communication made the experience seamless, and the residence impressed us with its sophisticated decor and welcoming atmosphere. The ample space offered plenty of room to relax, and we look forward to returning on our next visit to Nashville.

Fabulous place for large gatherings! Garage area has awesome amenities but know that it is not air conditioned!!! Roof top has amazing views and amenities. Amenities for starters are provided. This place is advertised as chefs kitchen. We found the lack of hot pads, no skillets, and few cooking utensils to be a hardship for us to cook properly. Our Hostess did say she would send some skillets our way but we never received them! Don’t let this deter you! Location was great. Home was great. Everyone has space to spread out. Hostess was very responsive with messages and showed sincere compassion for us to have an enjoyable time. Definitely stay here!

This house is really excellent. Soooo easy for a group with tons of space and the it’s decorated soooo cute. Only about 15 min drive from broadway and the gulch.

Loved the place and the amount of space we had! It was close to Top Golf and relatively close to getting downtown. My only complaint was the cleanliness of it because there was makeup stains on the duvets from previous guests, remotes for the light up signs didn’t work and certain things like toilet paper hold was falling off the wall.

We had a great stay at Hannah’s Airbnb! The location was perfect—only about a 10-minute Uber ride to Broadway, while still being affordable and close to so many other great spots around Nashville. It was really convenient to get everywhere we wanted to go without having to stay right in the middle of the busy downtown area. The Airbnb was a great home base for our trip, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Nashville!

The decor and design of the home is adorable. There were plenty of towels; the rooftop amenities were outstanding with the view. The location was wonderful. The decor around the home was adorable and tailored to the local. The beds were comfortable. The lighted vanities were sweet. The hot tub on the roof was a treat.

This Airbnb is absolutely gorgeous and in the perfect location! It’s just a quick 5-minute drive to downtown Nashville, about 15 minutes from the airport, and conveniently located near the highway. One of the best perks was the shuttle service—it will take you almost anywhere in Nashville for only $5 per person and. You really can’t beat that! The home itself is stunning. The décor is beautiful, modern, and thoughtfully designed, and the floor plan was perfect for our group of seven. We never felt crowded, and everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. We spent most of our time enjoying the rooftop patio, relaxing, laughing, and singing karaoke. Checkout was seamless, just pack up and go! This place was worth every single penny, and we’d book it again in a heartbeat. We’re already talking about planning another trip to Nashville, and staying here again is a big reason why. If you’re thinking about booking it, DO IT, you won’t be disappointed!

Hannah was a great host! She was very responsive throughout the stay and made everything easy. The Airbnb was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was also really convenient, close enough to the city to easily get to restaurants, bars, and other places around Nashville without a long drive. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend it!

The Modern Honkey quickly became our go to Nashville stay! Hannah was a responsive, proactive host, the entire home is mindfully and comfortably decorated, everything felt very intentional and made for the best possible Nashville experience. I cannot overstate what a tight ship Hannah and her team run, everything was functioning perfectly and absolutely pristine, her cleaners deserve high merits. On top of all that and comfy mattresses and soft sheets, Hannah provided us amazing recommendations for connections within the city for party decor, personal chef and more. 5⭐️

Hannah’s place was the perfect spot for a bachelor party weekend. We had a smaller group of 7 and the groom didn’t know what place we booked until walking in and was stoked on the spot we picked. The place had plenty of beds - space - and things to do. We loved the shuffleboard and especially the GoldenTee which got a lot of use. The jacuzzi was a nice bonus and the rooftop. Conveniently located about 10 minutes from downtown and a great spot. Plenty of towels toilet paper everything you’d need. Appreciated the hosts responsiveness as well! Thanks again!

This place worked well for our group! They did not supply enough toilet paper, any paper towels, or any garbage bags so keep this in mind when planning your stay. We would stay here again!

We had a good stay overall and really appreciated the host’s quick communication and responsiveness. They were easy to work with and helpful when questions came up. Just be prepared to bring or purchase a few basic essentials (trash bags, extra toilet paper, paper towels), as not everything is provided.
