Very responsive and friendly host. Location was ideal as we were visiting UofT and taking full advantage of all things downtown. Subway is just a few blocks away and from there can get pretty much anywhere you want to go in the GTA. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, the apartment worked great for our family of four. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a lovely week!
We stayed at Casa Hotels McCaul this week as a family member was having surgery at Toronto General Hospital. We were pleased to find how close we were to the hospital, which was a 4 minute walk or a very quick inexpensive UBER ride. Upon arrival, we found a bottle of wine, a basket of treats and a hand written welcome note from our cohost, Shameza. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures and was immaculate. Shameza responded quickly to my inquiries and was very helpful. The beds were extremely comfortable and the big screen TV in the living room was an added bonus. Right outside the building door is a St Louis Bar and Grill, Crispy Cream Doughnuts and an excellent burger place. There are many different stores and restaurants close by, and of course, a Tim Hortons. I will definitely come back here the next time I go to a hockey game or concert. It really had a home away from home feel about it.
For our AirBnB hosts Our stay was truly wonderful! The home was beautiful, spotless, and thoughtfully equipped with little touches that made it extra special—reading lights in the rooms, fresh filtered water in the fridge, and a lovely basket of snacks. The beds were incredibly comfortable, with soft, cozy sheets that made for the perfect night’s sleep. The hosts were incredibly kind and communicative, making sure everything was perfect from start to finish. What truly set this stay apart was the personal touch. We mentioned that we were visiting the city for our daughter’s 4th birthday, and when we arrived, we were greeted with a bottle of wine, a thoughtful card, and a surprise gift—a Squishmallow seahorse and a balloon for our daughter! This level of kindness and attention to detail went above and beyond our expectations. We couldn’t be happier with our stay and will absolutely return in the future. Thank you for making our trip so special!
Absolutely loved my stay here. Book this suite for a good experience! Positive: This suite is well furnished and the pictures on the website match exactly to how it looks. The cohost was very responsive and also gave us a complementary wine bottle. It was perfect for my group of 6. The house was clean and the amenities make it worth it. Negative: The stairs at the back entrance. We wore heels and it was a bit hard to climb up and down.
I had a wonderful stay here celebrating with a few close friends. The place was cozy, clean, and in a great location. The hosts were incredibly responsive, kind, and flexible throughout. Would definitely recommend!
Lovely apartment that can fit a large group of friends. Great location--surrounded by lots of great restaurants and bars but on a quieter block. Walking distance to almost every attraction in downtown Toronto and very easy to get around the area.
This apartment was wonderful, exactly as the pictures showed. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. I was impressed by how well the kitchen was stocked (coffee maker with pods and sugar in the cupboard, a small basket with chips, cookies. They also included a bottle of white wine which was so thoughtful). The only things I would recommend is recycle bags or a recycle bin. The bathroom was well stocked with supplies. The host included ear plus and eye mask for sleeping if needed. The beds were comfortable. St. Louis Bar and Grill is right next door, as well as Jimmy’s Coffee and Krispy Kreme doughnuts (for morning coffee and breakfast…lol). There were other restaurants within walking distance too. It was easy to get an uber to go downtown and did not cost much. Parking was literally across the street (a minute walk on the opposite side). It was a flat rate of $6.00 (we paid $12 for the weekend, how can you beat that?) We would definitely stay here again and recommend it.
Exceptional Toronto Stay: Prime Location & Five-Star Comfort Positive: We spent four great nights in this apartment and couldn't have asked for a better experience in Toronto! The location is absolutely prime. Being so close to downtown meant we were within easy walking distance of transport links and could quickly get anywhere with a short ride either by a street car or a subway, we also used Lyft a few times. It truly offers the best balance of being central without being overwhelmingly noisy. The apartment itself is excellent and clearly very well-appointed. It boasts modern, stylish decor and felt immediately welcoming. Everything was good quality, from the furnishings to the essential amenities, especially comfortable beds and the fully equipped, clean kitchen. It was fantastic to find essentials like salt, pepper, oil and a good choice of spices provided. The bottle of wine upon arrival was a wonderfully thoughtful touch, and Shameza, the co-host, was fantastic — responsive, friendly, and helpful. Add to that the convenience of having great restaurants nearby and a supermarket not far away (we used Metro), and you have the perfect base for a Toronto visit. We highly recommend this spot and hope to stay again! Negative: Everything was great!
Appartement confortable idéalement situé mais travaux bruyants effectués au rez-de-chaussée Positive: L'appartement est idéalement situé en plein cœur d'un quartier dynamique. La plupart des services sont facilement accessibles. Quoiqu'un peu petit, l'appartement était confortable et la cuisine toute équipée. Negative: Nous avions spécifiquement demandé un appartement calme, mais des ouvriers travaillaient au rez-de-chaussé tôt le matin avec des outils bruyants qui faisaient vibrer notre appartement. Ma femme ayant des problèmes de santé, elle doit se lever tard et le bruit l'incommodait. Aussi, l'appartement était situé au deuxième étage, les escaliers pour s'y rendre sont un peu escarpés. Certains accessoires de cuisine étaient légèrement endommagés par les utilisateurs précédents, mais ça n'empêche pas de s'en servir.
The place was even better than as advertised, and my fiancé, and I had an extremely relaxing time irrespective of the noisy environment. With that being said, the only downside to this unit is something out of the host control. Well done and thanks for being such a great host to my partner and I and being a part of one of our now fondest memories in our lives, as It ended up being the place we became engaged to one another!
Best stay ever! Positive: The property quite literally had everything you need - even things you don’t even think you need. It’s clear the host is detail oriented and truly caring of her guests’ stay as she was accommodating in every aspect. The amenities were so practical and needed, from the snacks, the Brita, the bathroom supplies, host communication - everything was exceptional. I’ve travelled to many places with various accommodation and this will be one of the best stays. My girls and I enjoyed this place, I would do it again with no hesitation. Great place! We had a great stay here while visiting Toronto. The cost benefit was definitely worth it given the location and size (three bedroom). For future renters keep in mind that it is a third floor walk up and parking will add to your expense. Overall it is what we expected and what we were looking for.
Positive: Ein wunderschön eingerichtetes Apartment. Alles neu und von hoher Qualität. Uns wurde ein liebevoller Empfang bereitet, mit einer Flasche Wein und Knabberartikeln. Die Ansprechpartnerin war jederzeit zu erreichen und hat uns persönlich eine Nachricht geschickt, damit wir einen leichten CheckIn haben. Alles rund herum toll. Und die Betten waren die besten auf unserer Rundreise. Die Lage ist zentral in einer Gegend mit Restaurants und Cafés und Kneipen.
So glad that I choose this home to stay for Mother’s Day weekend . The home was very clean , comfortable && felt just like home . Our host was so nice && responded very quickly . I’ll be booking again when I return back to Toronto … also is was close too downtown .
Positive: I liked everything about this place. It was in a great location, the place had lots of space, it facilitated enough rooms for everyone. Parking just around the corner. Loved how there were 2 bathrooms for a big group. Co-host was great and much appreciated the gift that was left for us. There is so much more I can say about this place, but we loved it. Negative: The only thing I disliked about the place was all the stairs we had to go up, definitely being out of shape, but we managed, lol

Immaculate and super comfortable place. In the heart of the City. Positive: Very clean and comfy and has all the things you can ask for. The Super host even gave a thought about snacks and wine to make the stay a little more fun. I will be back soon. Two bathrooms made things even easier. Very comfortable beds and sofa and has two TVs Aww. Very well arranged for a big group of six. I will be back soon. Negative: Steep flight of stairs, can be difficult for people who has difficulties with stairs.
We had a great stay in this apartment! There were 5 of us that ended up staying here, lots of space for everybody as well as fantastic location! A 5 min walk to the nearest subway and super central. Perfect location and apartment was extremely spacious! Would absolutely stay here again :)

Stunnin' Positive: The facilities were really clean and new. It was perfect location for walking downtown Toronto. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was perfect, and the washing machine and dryer were great. Negative: The stairs into the accommodation aren't accessible to many and sometimes the front door to the street didn't lock due to new door fitting.

Very clean and comfortable place. The ground floor of the building is under construction and boarded up so it is a little surprising upon arrival but once you pass the temporary door to access the building, the apartment is exactly as described. The host even supplied a nice bottle of wine and written note. Nice attention. Would stay again!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. Le logement était très propre, parfaitement situé. Nat & Pete sont des hôtes bienveillant, comme on en rencontre rarement sur Airbnb. Ils sont attentionnés, disponibles et prennent régulièrement des nouvelles pour s'assurer que tout se passe bien, sans même qu’on ait à le demander — un vrai gage de leur bienveillance. À notre arrivée, nous avons eu la belle surprise de trouver quelques attentions : une bouteille de vin, des chips, des gâteaux, ainsi que tous les types de savon nécessaires.

This place was very clean and modern. There were a lot of items in the kitchen to use...pots, pans, utensils, glasses, etc. A very bright place with lots of natural light. It was easy to get around downtown with short Uber rides. The co-host, Shameza, was attentive, responsive, and very friendly. The little added details like some snacks, a bottle of wine and coffee pods was a great touch to make us feel welcome. We would not hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Toronto.

We had an amazing stay with Nat and Pete. The airbnb looked exactly like the pictures and located in a great spot. Nat and Pete’s communication was clear with fast responses. I was very pleased with my stay and would definitely recommend and book again with them next time I go to Toronto.

All the hosts were very kind and ready to help. The apartment was clean and comfortable. I hope they have an elevator in the future for better convenience, but I must say that one of the hosts helped us with the luggage.
