The Loft at Berrywood Farm is one of three homes at Berrywood Farm, set across a shared property with two additional residences. If you'd like more privacy or space, our other Berrywood Farm listings make it easy to reserve additional homes or the property in its entirety.

The farm's pool is open from Memorial Day through early October. Please note that full access to the outdoor grounds is available during summer season only.

To ensure a safe and compliant stay, all guests are required to complete identity verification prior to check-in. A valid government-issued photo ID will be collected and verified, and the name on the ID must match the credit card used for payment. When applicable, a background screening may also be required as part of the booking process.
