Absolutely great place. Great location, easy to get to place via ride share and some local restaurants that are very walkable. Great place for larger groups. There are 4 flights of stairs total in the actual unit (it’s a condo/townhouse) so keep that in mind if you have trouble with stairs. I would highly recommend this place and will stay here again when in Nashville.

Our group of four girls LOVED our stay here! We each had our own bedroom and bathroom, with only one of the bathrooms (the one on the main floor where the kitchen is) requiring you to leave the bedroom to access it. The air conditioning kept us cool, the upstairs balcony was cozy, the beds were firm yet comfortable, and the big windows in each room filtered in lots of natural light. Each room had a cool unique touch like one had a makeup vanity, another had a hanging rack to display outfits, and another had a full-length mirror. This place would be perfect for an even bigger group with the fun loft area upstairs. My only minor qualms were that the upstairs bedroom did not lock and you definitely have to mentally prepare for all the stairs! This place is so walkable to great coffee, restaurants, and shops (just a small hill to get there). We will definitely stay here again when we return to Nashville! For all the bachelorette parties, bring a tripod for cute pics by the lemon wallpaper!

Perfect spot for a girls’ trip to Nashville! Conveniently located within walking distance of Broadway, with easy Uber access as well. The hosts were very accommodating and communicated promptly throughout our stay.
A group of four seated here in April. The location is very walkable to local restaurants and stops and a quick drive to downtown. Beds were comfortable and Josie was very clean. Host was very responsive and accommodating. The only con, which was clearly listed, is the 3 sets of stairs. Great place!
Jill & Daniel’s place is beautiful and the location for us was perfect! The house was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. We would book again anytime!
We loved this stay! We had 7 girls which was a perfect amount for the space. It felt secure and just far away enough to be quiet when we wanted it to be. Quick Ubers downtown and easily walkable to cute restaurants and shops on 21st street. Highly recommend!
Just as described. Lots of room with so many amenities. 10 minute walk to so many restaurants, stores, and a lovely park with play scape that the kids loved!

We loved staying at Jill and Daniel's place! It was super clean and organized (and big!), very close to various parts of town and Vanderbilt, and overall a very enjoyable place! I was particularly impressed with their communication and the guide that they gave us with all of the details on checkin/out, wifi, weather, things to do, and more. I would definitely recommend!
My friends and I really enjoyed staying here! We had enough space, everything was clean, and the location was safe and quiet. When I go back to Nashville, I know where I will be staying again! Thank you for having us in your beautiful home!
This Airbnb was one of the best we’ve ever stayed at. Communication was wonderful, all descriptions matched and they had even more amenities available than we thought. Every time we looked for something it was always there for us to use. I don’t usually trust descriptions due to others we have rented but you can here!
