We had a great stay. The house was beautiful, spacious, and had everything we needed for our group of 18. It was well-equipped, comfortable, and a great place to spend time with family and friends. The best part, without a doubt, was the lazy river! Everyone loved it, and it really made the house stand out. We spent a lot of time outside enjoying the pool and just hanging out. Overall, a great property and experience. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place in Glendale.

We had a wonderful stay here! Between the backyard and the game room, the kids did not want to leave the house all weekend. The backyard is truly the highlight—the kids absolutely loved the pool and lazy river, and the house provided plenty of room for everyone to enjoy time together. We did encounter some issues, including an AC issue in the game room, limited access to the lazy river and pool features due to an issue with the pool app for part of our stay, and some general maintenance items. What made a big difference was the hosts. They were extremely responsive, gracious and easy to work with, quickly arranging HVAC and maintenance help and making a genuine effort to address our concerns. A helpful tip: if the pool app isn't giving you access, ask about the manual controls! Once maintenance showed us, they were very simple to operate. Despite the hiccups, we had a very enjoyable stay and truly appreciated the hosts' hospitality and responsiveness. Thank you for hosting us!

This is a great air b n b for a large group. There is a lot to do outside and inside of the home. The game room is the room with the 4 beds. They are very responsive and the casita is great if you’re traveling with different families. Overall great place!

Great house! We had two families staying at the house for a total of 10 people. It was very clean and comfortable and there was plenty of space for all of us. The back yard is incredible. The kids absolutely loved the pool, and the adults loved relaxing in the lazy river. Everyone also had a blast playing pickleball. I would for sure recommend this place. We would go back in a heartbeat!

We could not have asked for a better place to enjoy our time as a family. Jeff, Bridget and their team were responsive when we had questions and their property was AMAZING! The lazy river is fantastic! If we’re ever back in Glendale, we’d definitely stay here again!

Great place with everything needed for a vacation Positive: The backyard, especially the pool/lazy river. The amount of stuff available for us to use in the kitchen, we had all needed utensils and cookware to make breakfast, lunches and dinners. Thr great big table was perfect for all of us to eat and play games on too. The beds were all comfortable and the extra touches of a fan and sound machine was great!! Negative: The Play set in the back needs to be re-built, didn't like the couch as it wasn't comfortable or practical for our dad with a disability, though we did bring out another chair from the main sleeping room for him and the showers are weird, some doors don't close or stay close and the main room even though they said the controls are opposite, it never got hot water.

Extremely responsive host, and the backyard was INCREDIBLE. We loved the lazy river, and the kitchen had everything we needed-the appliances and outdoor kitchen were especially nice. Some finishes could use updating throughout, which surprised us based on what we paid--we expected the home to be in flawless condition. That being said, our family had such a fun stay...we were able to watch most of the world cup games from the tv by the pool which was an awesome ammenity.

House was wonderful for a family vacation. 6 kids ages one to fifteen all had fun and kept busy with the lazy river and games! It was everything I hoped it would be. I rented it for the family for a celebration for my retirement and it did not disappoint!! Thank you!!!

Hosts: Very responsive, friendly, and professional House: really great and clean. As advertised. Only issue is that the master bathroom water heater is on a very strange timer and requires troubleshooting to get hot water. Had to message host and it’s disappointing that the hot water isn’t turned on for when the place is booked. Backyard: Fantastic for kids. Only issue is that there was tree bark covered all over the backyard. It wasn’t just turf like the pictures show. Highly recommend better landscaping to avoid stepping on tree bark or twigs every 3rd step. Also not a very good view of the back of a flea market but the backyard is so fun it makes up for the view. Overall: would stay again but the price was slightly too high in my opinion. Also the hot tub never worked the whole stay. I had to message the host anytime I wanted the lazy river on, pool lights on, hot tub to turn on (never worked), hot water in the master bathroom… Way too much back and forth to just enjoy the place.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The lazy river was incredibly relaxing and one of our favorite places to unwind. There were so many fun activities to enjoy, including the pool table, arcade games, and basketball, which kept everyone entertained throughout our stay. The pool absolutely stole the show—it was beautiful and quickly became the highlight of our trip. This property had something for everyone and made for a memorable getaway. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing vacation!

Beautiful property, great amenities, and an awesome place for making family memories. We stayed here with our kids, nieces, and nephews and had a really great trip. We took a ton of photos we’ll keep forever, and the location was super convenient to everything around Phoenix. The host and team were very responsive to our needs during the stay, which we really appreciated. Overall, we genuinely enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again if we’re back in the Phoenix area. Really beautiful property with a lot of space for families and groups to enjoy together.

We had a great couple of days here and the kids especially loved it. The basketball and the lazy river were a big part of why we booked the place, and both were a hit. The backyard in general was a real highlight and the location worked well for us. A few small things kept it from being a perfect stay, mostly minor maintenance and finish details around the property. None of it took away from the time we had together as a family. The hosts were easy to communicate with throughout, and the home has a lot going for it. For the nightly rate, we did hope for a slightly more polished property, and with a few small details tightened up this would be an easy five-star stay. We'd still happily recommend it to others looking for a fun spot for the family.

We had an amazing week/long weekend! Your property truly was like being at a resort. My grandchildren had so much fun they didn't want to leave. FYI we used Chef Nate per your recommendation and he was amazing, so thanks for the info!

Overall the house was very good. The layout was great for our group of 6, it would be great for 2 families or multi generation as well. The lazy river, fire pit, outdoor kitchen, table and pickle ball court were a hit. Beds were comfortable and the house was overall clean, but a few areas could use some more attention to detail. There was broken glass by the fire pit, quite a bit of crumbs/food in kitchen under stove and under couch also a pile of old dog food on ground outside of door to kitchen. One of the rooms did not have darkening window treatments so that person was awake with the sun, such an easy fix. The Casita was adorable, please add some storage for clothes, no closet or hanging available and need a few hooks or bars in the bathroom to hang towels. The electrical outlets in the game-room bathroom do not work. Overall very good house and I would rent it again, such easy fixes to make it a 10.

The backyard is FABULOUS! No need to plan other activities when this is right outside your door!!

Wonderful place for a group. We were in town for spring training and it’s close to the Peoria sports complex and several of the ST facilities in the north west side of the city. The outdoor area is fantastic with tons of activities. There just aren’t many places on the west side that have a lazy river pool and hot tub and especially at this price compared to Scottsdale lazy river equipped homes. We had a blast. Lots of room. Huge dining table, plenty of bathrooms, and several cozy places to sleep. Really enjoyed it.

This place was amazing to stay at for a family event. There was so many activities. We decided to stay in one whole day and utilize all the amenities. The location to the stadium for spring training was awesome as well. My only suggestions would be online said check in was at 3pm, and it was actually at 4 PM. The shower in the master bath my family said didn’t have hot water. But there’s plenty of other bathrooms so it wasn’t a big deal to them.We will definitely be back!

What an INCREDIBLE Airbnb! The best backyard setup of anywhere I've stayed. The pool, basketball court, pickleball, fire pit, corn hole... I could go on and on. Perfect place to host a large group of people with plenty of space for everyone, and nice furnishings, towels, and other amenities. Definitely planning on staying again -- we are ruined from other properties in AZ!

Absolutely stunning property. The pictures are as advertised. Had my 50th birthday celebration with family, and it was as if we were at a resort. Everyone from adults to all the kids had a blast. Hosts were very responsive to my messages, house was spotless, and many small attention to detail items were provided. Highly recommend for a relaxing vacation. Next time I need an Airbnb, I will for sure check with Jeff and Bridget first.

Went here for a bachelor trip and this place was perfect. Plenty of room and beds. The backyard was very spacious and private. There was enough stuff in the backyard to keep us busy all weekend. The host was great to communicate with, they were always polite and quick to respond. Overall, a great place to get away with your family or group of friends!

The communication was immediate and outstanding. Kitchen stocked with everything you could need. Spent so much time in the backyard playing pickle ball, bags, sat around the fireplace every night, watched sports games on the TV, hung out in the hot tub. Absolutely fantastic stay everyone loved it!

Great stay for our college basketball team. Loved having the casita separate for coaching staff. Hosts were very quick to respond and answer questions!

We booked this house for our softball team during a tournament. We had a large group & never felt crowded. Plenty of parking available. The house was very well equipped with amenities-never thought “wish they had ____”. The backyard was a dream, had something for everyone! Jeff & Bridget were so nice & responded quickly to every question we had. All instructions were clear & easy. We hope to return soon.

We had a great time here. The place looked just like the photos and was very clean. Our kids loved the pool and outside play area as well as the games inside the house. Was very impressed by how organized everything was. The only issue we had was connecting our phones to the pool everyday to control the jets but the hosts did a great job of communicating and turning them on for us. Would highly recommend this place

Our family rented this beautiful property to gather and celebrate the life of my brother, and it truly exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by so many wonderful amenities that we never even left the property! The lazy river was an absolute favorite, and there was something for everyone—golfing, pickleball, basketball, a play set the little ones adored, grills for BBQing, and plenty of space for all of us to sleep comfortably. The Arizona-themed décor was gorgeous, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kids’ playroom became a huge hit with the older kids. This home created the perfect setting for us to make memories we will cherish forever. The sincerity and thoughtfulness of the owners, Jeff & Bridget, shone through in every detail. Communication was smooth, everything was easy to coordinate, and it all went exactly as planned. We are already talking about returning for our next family gathering. Jeff & Bridget, we can’t thank you enough.

It was like having our own private 5-star resort The lazy river was the highlight, and we spent nearly the entire weekend enjoying it It was the perfect staycation or slayyyycation for our daughter's graduation celebration. We stayed at this house for a baseball tournament with seven teenagers and had a fantastic time! The home was very clean, and the kitchen was fully stocked, which made meal prep easy and convenient. We really enjoyed all the amenities — the lazy river, basketball hoops, pickleball court, pool table, and a great selection of games. The arcade games were especially a big hit with the kids. The outdoor areas were perfect for relaxing, and we loved using the BBQ. Our hosts were extremely responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We highly recommend this house!

This house has all the goods! Lazy river is super cool and so is the bunk bed room. Kids had so much fun! It’s the perfect size and has so many fun things to do in the home! We had a few hiccups but host communicated well and went above and beyond to address issues. Every house will have some things wrong. What matters is how it’s resolved. The hosts did everything right in our situation. Very satisfied with our stay. And I’m hard to please lol.

The house was also well-stocked with tons of extras that made our stay even better (board games, books, pickleball paddles, basketballs, and more). Negative: The location for this property is not great, but the host does a very good job at making the property outstandingly landscaped and it’s like a time portal to another place!
