We loved staying in this home. It was great for our family and very spacious. Great location as our favorite spot is 5 daughters. The beds are extremely comfortable and even though we were close to a busy area it was quiet. Will definitely stay again!

Sweet 16 We came to Nashville over spring break and to celebrate my daughter 16th birthday! We all had such a great time.

It was a birthday celebration for our family and we had 7 people staying in this home including 2 couples. It was everything we needed and wanted. The bedrooms were private, on separate floors and very comfortable. The air conditioning was perfect for the summer heat. The location was an easy Uber ride to Broadway and other shopping areas. Walking distance to a great coffee shop for a morning walk and delicious coffee and breakfast. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful place for our family getaway with plenty of room for everyone to both gather and also have private sleeping areas. Very clean and well kept.

We stayed here with our friends (total was 4 adults and 5 young kids). The place had everything we needed for a week stay and was really beautifully decorated. Bummer the peloton didn’t work. Wine and cookies were a nice touch!

Great family weekend! The house was perfect for our needs and being able to use the garage was a plus. Plenty of room for the 10 of us with enough bathrooms for great privacy. Close to Belmont for our daughter’s show and just as close to all the restaurants on 12 South. Wonderful stay!

Family christmas We loved the Edgehill property for our family christmas gathering. Perfect setup of bedrooms. Very clean and well stocked. Excellent communication with owners. There were a few more stairs than I had thought, but we all got our excercise that week. We do a lot of cooking and there was a well stocked kitchen.

This airbnb was the BEST airbnb we have ever stayed at. We had planned to meet my parents in Nashville for an early Christmas celebration, but my dad got sick, so there was only 6 of us (not 8, as we had planned). It was very spacious and could have easily accommodated more people, but also had a cozy feel with the fireplace and decor. What was most impressive was the cleanliness, the bathroom spaces, ample towels and amenities, everything you could need that you may have forgotten (foil, laundry pods), and was also a quick uber ride or drive to Broadway and other tourist areas. Despite our trip not going as planned, we had a wonderful few days in Nashville.

This was the most amazing place! I had 10 girls and it was so comfortable, clean and just downright gorgeous. Everything was perfect honestly. We even had trouble with turning on a light and they were so quick to communicate and helped us troubleshoot immediately. Amazing hosts — we will be back and we will be staying here again! Fantastic stay for girls trip to Nashville Positive: This is a great property with plenty of room for our group of 7 women. We appreciated all the information the management company provided to make our stay wonderful. (They have their own app!) While we didn’t walk to anything, it was never an issue getting an Uber everywhere.

Honestly such an incredible experience with Hallson Hospitality! They were so fast to respond to everything and so accommodating throughout the entire stay! It worked perfectly for my bachelorette trip everyone has plenty of space and felt right at home! I would recommend them to everyone, we will definitely be coming back!

The hosts were always responsive and helpful. The bnb is absolutely beautiful and was perfect for my sister’s bachelorette party. We had plenty of space and we all appreciated all the bathrooms! It was also easy to get wherever we needed to go. Highly recommend and would stay again.

The 'Jolene' was just as described! We booked for my bachelorette with 8 of us and had ample space. The property was not only darling but spotless and well-kept. The location was prime for Uber'ing everywhere (The Gulch, Broadway, etc.) The management team was the best I've ever experienced. If we needed anything, they were prompt, polite, and always had a quick solution. I recommend 10/10!

For bach -place is really cute, & the kitchen/den is actually larger in person than in photos. If I were to re-plan the trip, I'd prob ay more to get a house right on 12 south- unless you have a car for your trip. The ubers add up quickly even on a short wknd trip despite it's proximity to 12 south & DT. There are a TON of stairs & the living room is up a level of stairs after you've already walked up 2 sets of stairs to the front door outside (and then more stairs up to most of the bedrooms which is no fun with luggage or in heels). We originally had a pregnant friend joining us and there's no way it would have worked for her so good she bowed out. I found the app they use convenient at first but then annoying with the automated messaging from dif "ppl"-prefer humans. Check in being at 4pm is unfortunate & our early check in request was denied-we ultimately did get in 45 min early bc they finished cleaning but it was anxiety inducing to decorate/get ready ahead of a night out.

Stayed here for a bachelorette party. Very spacious, comfy beds, very clean and just like the photos. Everyone loved it. We utilized the outdoor patio during our down time which was awesome. We mainly Ubered everywhere. We utilized early bag drop off and leaving our bags there for a little while after checkout which was super helpful. We will definitely be returning!!

A group of eight of us stayed at The Jolene for a Bachelorette party, and it was the perfect choice for such an occasion or a girls' trip! The location was great, with a quick Uber ride to all the attractions in Nashville. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped. Additionally, the bedrooms were spacious enough that everyone had their own space, ensuring we all felt comfortable throughout our stay!

We really enjoyed staying here for a Bachelorette party. Super fun, clean, and close to everything we wanted! Brandon was super quick and responsive if we had a question.

We had a great stay at this townhome. It was clean and cute. It had all the amenities you could want or need while hosting a group of people!

I stayed here with my 8 college roommates and it was so nice!!! great airbnb can sleep many people comfortably. Pretty roof. We had to uber to pretty much everywhere, but it is a 5 minute uber from most places. Had a great time!!!

This place is adorable and perfect for a large group of girls! There was plenty of room, enough bathrooms and closet spaces for 9 people and lots of extra towels and linens. The decor is really cute and the beds/sheets were super comfortable. Everything was very clean and they even left us a bottle of wine, coffee and a few treats upon arrival. The hosts were very responsive when we had a question about the thermostat. It is much warmer on the 3rd floor so we had to keep the heat off/very low on the second floor to make it comfortable upstairs. We all slept very comfortably as we like it chilly! We took Ubers to get to where we needed to go, as this location isn't super walkable, but they came very quickly when ordered and were not expensive. Overall great experience and would highly recommend to those looking to visit!

The Jolene was absolutely perfect!! We were there for a bachelorette trip with 11 girls, and we had plenty of space. The house is decorated amazingly. In addition to the amazing place, Uber's were so easy! We were about 10-15 minutes away from Broadway, and had no issues at all. The hosts were beyond incredible - responsive whenever I had questions or concerns and they even brought donuts over to celebrate our bride to be!! If I were ever in Nashville again for a bach trip I would be booking the Jolene all over again!

This was easily the best Airbnb I have stayed in, in terms of listing accuracy, need fit, and host responsiveness. The house was above and beyond what our group needed and made our stay in Nashville so easy. Brandon was flexible for check in and provided clear instructions for all aspects of the stay. This home was absolutely beautiful. There were 10 of us for my daughter’s 21st birthday and it was perfect. The location is close and minutes away from 12 South, The Gulch, and downtown. House was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. I would definitely recommend staying here and would stay there again if we go back.

The place was perfect for our group of 10 celebrating my daughters 21st Birthday. All the beds were very comfortable, nice linens and extra towels for the bath were super nice to have. Only issues was no kitchen towels and only half a roll of paper towels, which the hosts remedied within a few hours once we notified them. A really fantastic Airbnb rental we all really enjoyed!

Great Place. Great Stay. We have stayed at many VRBOs. This one was by far at the top of our list. Ten of us stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday-- four nights. We were greeted with a welcome basket with coffee, wine, a stuffed animal and various other notions. This is probably one of the cleanest VRBOs we have stayed at. We loved the layout. The seating area was most important to us since we were staying over the holiday. We had plenty of seating. The bedrooms were all nicely decorated and comfortable. We had more than enough towels. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking for this group. Very nice neighborhood, and we felt safe. We could put one car in the garage. The others had to be parked on the street, but space was easy to find close by if not in front of the unit. Although we did not need anything during our stay, communication with the host company was great prior to check-in. They also checked on us during our stay to see if we had any needs. Only draw back would be if you have trouble with stairs. There are a lot of stairs to get from street level to living area. We will definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

We had a perfect trip staying here to celebrate my birthday in Nashville. The house itself was super clean and modern, and the staff were extremely responsive and friendly. The location was only a 5-7 minute uber from everywhere we needed to go and in a prime location for restaurants & bars. They were super accommodating with early check in and late check out which made the trip stress free. The living room and kitchen area was the perfect hangout area for 10 of us. This home is very beautiful and matched our needs perfectly. It was reserved for four of our company's business travelers who each had their own private bedroom and bath. Everything was exceptional and our travelers were very pleased.

I can't say enough good things about my recent stay at the Dolly palace! I got an I N C R E D I B L E rate on the house. Every inch of the house was cozy. The most comfortable beds and awesome shower. I also LOVED the sauna. Will definitely stay next time in town if it's not already booked.

We stayed here for a family get together with 8 adults and 2 young kids. The house was exactly as listed and had lots of amenities. The kitchen was well stocked and included a full size coffee pot. The bedrooms were very nice and we enjoyed being a short drive from downtown and lots of other activities. Would definitely recommend to others. We appreciated being able to use the garage as it made loading kids easier.

We were in town to watch the 1/2 marathon and the house was in a great location for that. It’s right next to the Belmont campus and walking distance to the shops and restaurants on 12 South. A quick ride to downtown / the Gulch. There are a lot of stairs which was fine with us but something to be aware of. The kitchen/living room is up one flight from the main level. Having the garage with opener was nice. Comfortable beds and ceiling fans in the bedrooms.

One of the nicest Airbnbs I’ve stayed in - the pictures are accurate and the management/hosts were so responsive and helpful! The wallpapering was such a fun detail and the home was well taken care of. They even had a gift basket for us which was such a pleasant added bonus! Each room also had a basket full of towels, makeup wipes, and individual soaps. The location was very walkable to Belmont and 12 South which was awesome for shopping, coffee, and a stroll! While it’s 4 bedrooms, the downstairs desk space had door that shut and a day bed so could definitely be a separate bedroom if needed. The colors were so bright and fun, and overall was very chic and welcoming. Would definitely stay there again, and would recommend! Thank you!

We really enjoyed staying here again and we were so happy to be able to see fireworks from the patio from a few neighboring areas. It’s close to all the places that we enjoy eating at and close to get anywhere in town, this time we headed over to the Nashville farmers market on a Friday and it was a nice outing for all of us lots of things to buy and eat.

The property was just as pictured & very walkable. The team communicated well & our stay was great!

We loved the Jolene! It was clean, spacious and centrally located. Bedrooms were big, beds were comfy and there were bathrooms in every room. The neighborhood was quiet and green and a 4-5 Uber to all of the bars of Broadway, 12 south, music row/midtown/the gulch. The host was very responsive and helpful with any questions or requests that we had. We loved our stay and would absolutely stay again on our next trip.

Wonderful Vacation Home Positive: The staff was very attentive. The communication was excellent. Negative: The facility did not have kleenex, or enough paper towels. Also, the smoke alarm was very sensative. When we cooked the alarm would go off even when there was no smoke.

Probably one of the best air bnbs (if not the best) that I’ve ever stayed at! It was clean, stocked up on everything you could possibly need, and huge! The technology of the TVs and speakers was easy to use. Each room was stocked with lots of products and multiple clean towels in a cute bin. Location was great and was easy to get to downtown. I would definitely recommend this airbnb!

A great place to stay with many guests. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Linens were clean and fresh. Having access to a washer and dryer was amazing! The rooftop had awesome views. The sauna was so nice. Would 100% recommend!

We arrived 2 hours early and they allowed us early access. The code provided did not work. After a quick text we were in within minutes of arriving. The house met and then exceeded our expectations.

This was an awesome Airbnb! The agents were super helpful with getting us in and helping with the thermostat on the ground floor. In top of that, we had some problems with neighbors parking illegally in the driveway and one of the supervisors on site helped us immensely to navigate that. My only teeny gripe was the main shower had some black mold around the tiles, but otherwise this was a 20/10 experience!

This place exceeded our expectations in every way. The pictures don't even do it justice. The location is amazing and close to so many coffee shops, bars, and restaurants. The house itself was awesome and extremely clean and comfortable. We loved the aesthetic and especially the master bedroom, bathroom, and shower. The layout and floorplan are perfect for multiple people. The beds were SO comfortable. House was stocked with all the essentials. I honestly can't find one bad thing to say about this place. Overall, we loved it. 10/10.
