Amazing !! This property was perfect for our group of four friends. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom which were spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Towels abundant. The kitchen was very well stocked. There was just plenty of everything we needed throughout the house!! The roof deck was amazing. Thanks for a great stay.

The best! The house was gorgeous and absolutely perfect for our stay!! Everyone got their own bedroom and bathroom which are all beautiful and very clean. The living room and open kitchen lay out was perfect for our meals and for hanging out together before we went out! The rooftop was perfect for relaxing and having breakfast on! The overall vibe was so cute and to add, only minutes from Broadway, so extremely convenient!! Would 100% recommend and rebook!

Great stay for group of friends The house was much more spacious than expected and each room having its own washroom was perfect. It’s close enough to the core areas of Nashville and all the action and the rooftop is a fun bonus. There were some cleanliness issues we noticed but nothing detrimental to our stay.

friends trip Visited Nashville with a group of friends. The house was perfect for a group of 7. Each of us had our own room and bathroom. It was a short distance to many restaurants and watering holes. It was nice having a garage for our cars. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great time

Excellent house, lots of room for large groups, very clean, and included shower/bath products! Garage parking for two vehicles. Very fun rooftop patio. A bit confusing getting around side of house upon first arrival to find HouseB. Alley behind house and some neighborhood houses a bit sketchy- but house included excellent security including outside cameras. Some of our group walked to downtown, but not at night. Easy Uber ride. We would go back to this location.

Brandon and his team were very quick to reply to any questions prior to our arrival. They were very attentive to our needs during our stay and easily accessible. We had one minor issue on arrival but Brandon was quick to reply and deal with the issue. The home was as pictured in the listing. Lots of room for our group. Gorgeous house which is perfect for 4 couples. Each couple had a beautifully appointed room and private bathroom. Quick Uber ride to Broadway and the Gulch. House had everything you need for a wonderful time and hosts were accessible and very accommodating.

We loved staying here. It was very close to everything in the city. The house design was stunning. My friends kept saying it felt like home. The view of the city is stunning. The host was extremely helpful, attentive, and communicated very well. I will definitely be coming back here in the future!

LOVE this property! We stayed here during our visit to Tennessee Tech orientation weekend. It is beautifully decorated and very clean. The property manager was very responsive and understanding about shifting our stay due to last-minute changes with flights. We look forward to our next stay when we return to Tennessee to visit our daughter over the next years.

Beautiful Home with amazing design touches! The house is beautiful, the video game table and foosball were great and the kitchen was perfectly stocked to cook a full meal. The beds were clean and comfortable and the linens were perfect. Garage parking made this a very easy place to come and go from. The amount of storage space and living space is amazing if you have a big family or group. Things to note: This home is located in an up and coming neighborhood - not quite walkable yet. The train horns are frequent early in the morning and were not expected. Delivery accessibility was difficult for multiple drivers on multiple platforms. Once we changed delivery notes, the process was a little easier.

We had a wonderful stay with our family! The space was perfect to accommodate kids and adults. Great views from the rooftop terrace. Foosball and game table were a big hit with the kids. Easy to catch an affordable ride into the hot spots that Nashville has to offer. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic trip and really enjoyed our stay. The house was very spacious, beautiful and clean. Anything we needed was provided there and it was in a great location, close to downtown and my nephew’s place. Everyone had a wonderful time staying at the house & in Nashville. Thank you!

Wonderful Stay! We were celebrating my youngest daughters 21st birthday. The view from the rooftop was amazing. The unit had four bedrooms and bathrooms which was perfect for the five of us. We all had our space to relax and get ready to explore this wonderful area. The location was wonderful and it was a quick Uber ride to the Gulch, Downtown and the Opry Mills Mall. We did walk to the Farmers Market for breakfast one of the mornings, it was a quick 15 minute walk. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Nashville!

Property was great! Very good bed situation for a family! Everyone had their own space and nobody was stuck with an uncomfortable sofa bed! Very accessible to downtown, which was convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

Such a beautiful home! The communication was fantastic, location was great, tons of towels, absolutely loved having en-suites for each bedroom, and the kitchen was well equipped. We had the best stay while we celebrated my husband's birthday.

Had a great stay at this property. It was easy to find and very accessible from everything we wanted to do. Uber had no issues getting to us and always picked up our ride. The house was SPOTLESS and spacious. Having 4 bathrooms was key for us with 4 couples staying. The house had everything we needed for our extended weekend in Nashville and we all commented that we would absolutely stay there again.

We had 4 couples stay at Brandon’s place . Our accommodations were great! Easy in , easy out! As we had families flying in from Ohio,Texas, and the USNaval Academy , Brandon was great with an early check -in as we were arriving at different times on Friday . Every couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. From the open kitchen/ great room to the roof top sitting area , Brandon ‘s place doesn’t disappoint! Perfect Airbnb for a larger group . Great location , as you were only a short Uber/taxi drive away to great restaurants/bars and ofcourse downtown Nashville . We highly recommend Brandon’s place and would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Nashville . Thank you!

We loved this place! We were in town for my son's 21st birthday and he and his friends absolutely loved it and had plenty of space to sleep and interact. Loved being able to park in the garage. We never found the garage door opener so it was inconvenient to keep having to open/close it manually but we made it work. Appreciated the thoughtfulness of clean towels on each bed and makeup towels and welcome basket. Also, showers were all HUGE!! Would definitely stay again!

40th birthday! This house was perfect for our weekend of the birthday celebration! It provided plenty of room for three couples, the roof top patio provided a ton of memories, the decor is chic, and the beds are comfy!

This place is as advertised and is a great place. Brand new construction, well laid out, and very clean. Highly recommend giving this place a shot. Short Uber ride to broadway makes this a No brainer for the money. And Brandon/Jessica’s communication was on point. Quick and concise.

This place exceeded expectations for my fiancé’s bachelorette! First off, the team at Hallson Hospitality was very professional and accommodating. We ran into an issue where we needed to change locations because there wasn’t going to be enough girls to fill the air bnb we originally booked. They helped us find the perfect backup location for our party size, which was Jackson house! The property was beautiful, immaculate, and very spacious. Every bedroom had its own, very clean bathroom and pristine linens. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. We had our own, secure two car garage and extra room in the driveway for more cars. And lastly, there was a beautiful, private rooftop with views of the city. The location was very central, as it was only a quick uber ride to broadway, midtown, the gulch, east, 12 south, and the airport. My fiancé can’t stop talking about how perfect this Airbnb was for her bachelorette!

Girls trio This house is beautiful inside- The beds are very comfortable and ALL the bathrooms are great too. Everything was very clean and bathroom well stocked with all your needs. Being able to park the cars in the garage was a great perk- helped with the shared parking space. Close to a Kroger, close to downtown and easy access from 40- Ubers were very easy and quick to come. Highly recommend this house

We had the best experience with this Airbnb. They were proactive in communicating with us and our requests. Everything was just as advertised and the house more than accommodated our large group. The location was perfect for both getting to Broadway and other neighborhoods as well as the airport. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again!

The place was great. It was a little farther off Broadway than expected, but we had no issues and really enjoyed our stay.

We had an absolute blast. Plenty of parking and easy to access house. The barstools have had a few miles on them and that is the only negative about the place. So if that's the only thing not great, I'd consider it very good

House had everything we needed. Driveway and getting into and out of the garage was a little crowded. Our two cars did not both fit in the garage so it was hard to tell if the second car was in the way of the house behind us in the shared driveway. Rooftop patio was nice and had a great view of downtown. Overall, it was a good place to stay if you don’t mind not being in walking distance of Broadway.

Can’t say enough about our stay on Jackson Street except wish we’d been able to stay longer. Everything was perfect!

Quiet neighborhood, yet easy to find by ride share drivers. The rooftop view is incredible. Area grocery stores are a bit of a walk, but not out the possibility if you’re energetic.

The property is very nice, well furnished and the pictures are very accurate for the property. I was concerned that they had used a wide lense to make it look larger that it was- and that was DEFINITELY NOT the case.Perfect for our party of 6, but room for more.

Place was nice and clean and organized. Fit all of us comfortably and the host was very nice and responded quickly to anything I needed.

Very nice property overall The townhouse itself was clean and nicely furnished. Upon arrival, the area seemed a little sketchy, but we got used to it and never had any issues. It is in close proximity to Broadway/downtown Nashville and was easy to get around by car. We really appreciated the garage! We loved the rooftop patio! It has a great view of downtown Nashville and was really cool. The downstairs (ground level) bedroom/bathroom had a musty/mildewy smell. We didn't need that bedroom, so we closed the door. Also, there are a lot of stairs, especially if you want to go to the awesome rooftop patio. Also, the WIFI was slow at times. The manager was quick to respond to fixing the WIFI, but it was still a little slow. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend it.

Place was great…the parking was an issue specially when sharing a driveway with someone in another Airbnb…they communicated great…only thing I would say is they should have a TV in every room…I really didn’t understand why it was only a tv in one bedroom…place was clean and the rooftop was great

Great stay. One bedroom was recently renovated into a bunk bed, which was not shown on the property images. Our host kindly provided a reimbursement for the miscommunication. Highly recommend staying here.

This house was amazing!! It was beautifully decorated and looked just like the pictures. It had everything we needed to make our stay very cozy and perfect. The beds were amazing and super comfortable!! The view from the rooftop was incredible!! it was so easy to get an Uber ride downtown and was very cheap to do so. We loved the fact that it was a keyless entry into the house and that the house had an alarm that we could set. I would definitely recommend staying at this house!!

Outstanding Really nice loved Nashville...

Great place and just a easy car ride to many of the desired areas of Nashville. The home is in a neighborhood that is in a redevelopment area, so don’t be alarmed when you first arrive. Very peaceful and quiet at night if you just want to spend a night in.

Great house! Host was easy to work with and very clear on instruction! Very clean! Location was close to downtown, but not in the center of it! Hard to find and get in and out of the drive way but overall we would stay there again!

House was impeccable and as shown in photos. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well-equipped and we appreciated having enough dishwasher pods, paper towels, toilet paper, etc...simple things that are so nice to have in a short-term rental. Our host was extremely responsive and helpful. Ring cameras and alarm system helped us feel safe. Home is located in an up-and-coming neighborhood which is very convenient to downtown, the Gulch, and Germantown. We never had a problem getting an inexpensive Uber to and from any destination. We did walk to the Gulch one day and it was do-able. Also walkable to the Marathon Motor Works complex where we found a fabulous distillery (GreenBrier). There were unique shops, a comedy club, and a music venue there as well....a really cool place that I understand will soon have at least one restaurant. Would not hesitate to go back to this house!

My family of 8 stayed for 4 days. Brandon’s place fit us perfectly! We endured a bit of a hiccup upon arrival, but with the timely assistance of Brandon and cleaner extraordinaire Gina - she was able to remedy the situation quickly. We were within walking distance to the Market, and grocery store. Ubers were priced fair to get to Broadway. We would, and have recommended Brandon’s place to our Canadian family & friends.

The house was immaculate and well furnished. Very nicely decorated and looked exactly as pictured. The neighborhood isn’t the best, but is a close car ride to downtown, but not within walking distance.
