This house was more than enough space to fit our family reunion of 17 people. Right on the lake which was a plus and kayaks included. Lots of kitchen supplies. Huge common space for people to gather. However, it is in need of some updates as far as the common room furniture (stained, grungy couch and stiff wooden chairs) making it not the most enjoyable for hanging out. It is an older house with squeaky floors and the deck needs finishing to smooth out nails and splinters. Not every bedroom has AC which made some sleeping uncomfortable.

Wonderful for a large group. We had a large two family gathering. So nice to have enough space, bedrooms, common area, and the size of the kitchen and dining area was great. The house is so fully equipped with kitchen items, dishes, serving items etc. and the bathrooms are stocked with everything you need. Beautiful views of the lake, lots of outdoor seating. The extras of having a canoe and two kayaks plus inflatable floats was a plus! The host was very responsive with any question or issue we had. Highly recommend!

Super nice, enormous house right on the water. Had plenty of space for 15 people and every cooking utensil you could possibly need. Lots of amenities and the hosts were super responsive and gave us recommendations.

Large updated house with plenty of space for family activities, bedrooms and parking. Back deck was super large with lots of chairs and tables and the lake was awesome. Fire pit and hot he lawn was great for outdoor games

The home was great. It really can accommodate all the people it says it can. I feel like it is one of the few places that actually holds everyone it says it does. There were more than enough beds, towels, dishes, etc for everyone. We pushed the two long tables together and fit our entire group to a single dinner. We didn’t explore the town at all, but we didn’t need to with the lake right there. It’s not the 4 Seasons, so don’t expect luxury or beautiful design - but if you’re looking for a big place that will fit your group and give you direct access to the water, this is a fantastic option. The renters were very eager and quick to help. I couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Thanks, Red Cottage!
