Everything was exactly as described. We enjoyed our stay. The house was very nice and we walked to the beach to the grocery store out to eat you name it. We never used our rental car one time besides to & from the airport we will definitely rent this house again it was amazing.
Beautiful house, great location. Rental company quickly fixed any issues we had. Comfortable beds and high end appliances. Grandkids loved the pool and pool table.
Leah was a wonderful guest during her stay at our property. She communicated well and respected the home. We would be happy to host her in the future. We enjoyed our time at this property and would return. The location is really unparallel with easy access to the beach and the Siesta Key Village. We also appreciated that the location was gated to keep pedestrians away from the home. The property was furnished w high end appliances but we would have appreciated an extra desk in downstairs bedroom to allow for the guests in master suite to be able to work without having to walk to third floor kids room where desk is with four bunk beds. The house is gorgeous though with a wonderful layout for a family to comfortably stay and even bring a nanny. The pool was heated and very clean with beach chairs in the garage to bring to the beach. The property is impeccable clean (industrial level clean) and walking distance to great restaurants and sunsets on beach.
Yahao was a wonderful guest during their stay. They followed the house rules and left the home clean. We would be happy to host him again. Me and wife have a great time staying there with our families. Very clean and organized space, great amenities that are more than enough for entertainment and cooking, perfect location right next to the most stunning beach we have ever seen. Could be even better if the check-in are smoother but overall it is a very worthwhile stay.
