We were a large group & had great time staying at this house!

Very spacious interior with abundant space and privacy for our family with 4 adult children and kids, all under one roof. Especially enjoyed the large living room sofa for movie nights, large kitchen island and bar seating, pool and shaded seating, and game room with pool and pingpong table. Large semicircular driveway easily fitted 6 cars and could have handled more. The A/C stopped working in one of the bedrooms, but host was very prompt in responding and was repaired within 2 days (needed new motor part). The electricity also went out for 1 hr one evening, but this was due to the rural location. The exterior could use some power washing, but this did not affect our stay. The poolside hut looks neglected, without running water. Other concerns include several burners on the gas stove not working, eco cooling during the day, and uneven flooring (step downs) where the house has been extended. The trip to Chattanooga takes 40 minutes one way with traffic to see the attractions there, but the small town of Ooltewah about 15 minutes away has restaurants, gas, and large grocery store. Special shout out to Little Debbie Park in Ooltewah (very nice new park and playground), Red Clay Historic St Park (20 minutes south of house with open green space, short paved trails, and visitor center and buildings about Cherokee history), and drive along Ocoee Lake and River. Our family did enjoy our time in the area, and this house enhanced the experience, despite some difficulties.

Everything was great! Rooms and inside of the house were just as listed. Our family had a great time playing inside and outside!

We stayed at this property for 5 nights for a softball tournament and had 5 families plus 2 coaches sleep here. We loved that each family had their own room with a full bath- and the girls all stayed in the room with bunk beds together. The kitchen was great for that many people- very spacious and we appreciated the ample pantry and refrigerator space and seating. There was also an extra refrigerator in the second kitchen area by game room and out by the tiki bar. Where we were disappointed was on the cleanliness and lack of care for the property that in some areas was downright nasty. Dirty moldy tile in a shower that did not drain properly and has loose fixtures, filthy windows and doors, stereo and large grill in bar did not work and the gym was not usable. No free weights or cardio machines- one broken walking pad and a bow flex. The thermostats were set to 76 and was very stuffy - upstairs especially. We figured out how to adjust them finally- they seemed to be set on some sort of timer that kept going back up. For the space we needed for this type of trip the property was great and we did really enjoy the pool and outdoor bar area with the large group. Just be advised the property does not look exactly as pictured.

This was once a very elegant property, but has been neglected. The door and entryway need to be painted and cleaned. The house itself was wonderful for our family. It was very roomy and pleasant. I chose the property because of the pool and cabana with a bar. That area is beautiful but again has been let go. The pool was well below the skimmers when we got there. There was a hole in the liner. It was repaired two days before we left. On the day we left, It was almost up to the skimmer. Because of that, it was dirty and had not been cleaned. After making a couple of calls, they came and vacuumed. The cabana area was a great for my family. We love to cook out.Before we could do that, we had to clean the grill and had a lot of trouble getting it started. There is no running water in the cabana or working ice machine. There’s some kind of a leak which pooled water in back of the cabana. I love the kitchen area and the gourmet stove. Before I used it, I had to clean it and not all of the burners worked. It looked as though some parts might be missing. The kitchen is well equipped with many appliances. Because of the size of the house, the upper floors are hard to keep cool for sleeping. The bedroom over the garage was the only one we couldn’t get cooled off, so we just moved out of it.We left the property at 10 o’clock at checkout time. At 11:30 I got a text from the property manager, saying that the cleaning crew reported us still on the property. I was not happy about that.

Host responded in timely manner & always very polite. House definitely has lots of space to spread out but all be together under the same rooof. The hot tub was not usable due to poor cleanliness. Bedroomabove garage never able to cool down to adequate temperature. One shower never had any warm water, cold shower. Outside kitchen area needs to be updated. Beautiful big house, overall run down and could definitely be cleaner.

Very responsive and accommodating host!

Hanna was amazing as a host! Very responsive and a pleasure to work with! House was excellent for our group. Kitchen and living area are amazing as is the back patio. Pool and hot tub are nice additions. The bar area is a little run down but grill worked for us to cook out chicken and burgers. Second time staying here and both have been very good!

Hannah's Airbnb was phenomenal, she's very helpful and all the instructions were clear and very detailed. There's more than enough space, it's private, clean, and the pictures can't explain how nice it actually was in person. There's plenty of fun activities and it's surrounded by lots of nature. I highly recommend a stay at Hannah's Airbnb. Amazing is an understatement for the experience my friends and I had.

A wonderful house with tons of space and several bathrooms! We enjoyed it!

The house has a lot going for it. It is very spacious, well suited for a group. It has plenty of room to spread out. The outdoor area is awesome! The host was wonderful—friendly, very responsive, and easy to communicate with, which we truly appreciated. That said, the home could benefit from more attention to cleanliness, as it was not as clean as expected upon arrival. There were also several maintenance issues, with a few things not working properly during our stay. These issues didn’t overshadow the positives but did affect the overall experience. With better attention to cleaning and routine maintenance, this could be a great property. The space and the host are definite strengths, but the condition of the home needs improvement to fully match the listing.

The house was large enough for my family. There were some issues we needed to resolve. The host was always responsive each time we called. They did their best to meet our needs while we were there.

We had a great time staying here. It accommodated us well. The host responded on a timely manner. I would definitely come back and stay here.

This house is super spacious for a family gathering! The outside area is perfect for dining and conversations. The kitchen is gorgeous and perfect for serving big meals. Plenty of nice clean rooms for lots of different families to stay comfortably. The area is a lovely treed property with peaceful surroundings but close enough to venture out, grocery shop, etc in Chattanooga. We enjoyed our stay very much!!!

We had an amazing experience and surrounding scenic beauty is awesome. Big pool and hot tub must try if you planing to get together with friends and family. Big rooms, game room and gym stood out at its best.
