This place was incredible from top to bottom. What an easy stay here! Us and some friends stayed here while going to a couple of concerts downtown. The furniture was cozy, decor on point, and beds super comfy, so comfy that we had to request a late check out 😅 The fenced in backyard was perfect for our little pup, too.

This was a wonderful stay in Nashville. Stephanie was so accommodating with flexibility of checking in and out. Everything was within a short uber ride away which was convenient. This house was amazing for our large group and we will definitely be looking to book again!

We had a small problem with the dishwasher and sink not draining. Owner was very responsive and got someone out there quickly to address the issue. Overall I would recommend this place for large groups.

We had a great time in Nashville and loved our stay at Stephanie’s place! The home had plenty of room for our group and it did not feel crowded at all. The beds were super comfy and the entire house was very clean. Some of the surrounding parts of the neighborhood seemed rough but we didn’t have any issues! Overall, was a nice place and we had a good time. Best part was the proximity to downtown so users were cheap. Nice big kitchen and living room that allowed us to host a Thanksgiving here for family coming from all over. 7 of us and was enough room. A few issues with things such as fire alarm going off first night due to dead battery. Garage door had trouble closing when accessing the trash. Outdoor patio table and patio chairs were fairly dirty and did not want to spend much time out there. Fire pit doesn't put out much heat wnd is more for vibes. Gaps underneath fence. Location is kinda in the ghetto but short uber ride to downtown. First uber driver told us to avoid walking around at night time. Had no issues though. Handful of inconveniences but overall it's a nice place for a group of people and had the basic amenities for us. Plenty of pots and pans for cooking. Beds were all tempurpedic style and pillows fairly light and nonsupportive. AC and heater worked great.

Beautiful house and very beautifully decorated. The rooms are all large and all have their own ensuites. Location was about an 8-10 min Uber ride to Broadway. Not much nearby for dining/bars, but you do all that on Broadway anyway. Sound quality was good- couldn’t hear others in our group within the house… if you are in bed while others are up, it’s fine sound-wise. Thanks for the welcome bottle of wine! Nice touch. The area felt a bit rough but it’s in constant development too and most of the houses are being reno’d to become airbnbs so it will get better and better over time. Definitely worth staying at! And you Uber back and forth everywhere anyway…. Absolutely loved the decor!!! And the kitchen is fully stocked for what you need. Would recommend this place for a larger group. 👍

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Although the area looks a little sketchy, it's very peaceful. Stephanie was awesome in how she went out her way to insure that we were taken care of. The house is very nice, looks newly renovated.

The house was beautiful and was accurately described. It was in a centralized area where it was about 20 minutes to all our excursions which was key for my family. There was an electrical issue but Stephanie was quick to reply and have the issued fixed. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Stepanies house worked great for our family meet up in Nashville. there was plenty of room, seating, and privacy for the 6 of us. The backyard was delightful and made good use of it. We would stay there again when we visit in Nashville

From the moment we walked in, we fell in love with this home. It was exactly as described and matched the photos perfectly. The space was spotless, and the layout was ideal for our family of five. We especially appreciated the backyard and the convenience of parking under the awning on the concrete pad rather than on the street. Despite being in a neighborhood with many older homes and ongoing renovations, it felt completely safe and offered a serene, peaceful atmosphere. The location was perfect—away from the hustle and bustle of the city yet just a quick six-minute drive to Broadway. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Nashville.

We loved staying here! The house is beautifully decorated and very roomy. It was perfect for our family because each couple had a king bed and their own bathroom. The kitchen and living room area is spacious and comfy. Our pups were able to hang out in the fenced yard and felt right at home. Stephanie was an incredible host and helped us out with everything we needed.

Beautiful house and decor! Very clean and had all the convenient comforts to make it feel more like a second home. Short drive to downtown Nashville. We stayed with our two daughters and dogs, they had a great time. Fenced backyard and open garage to park in behind the house are very convenient.

What an awesome house to stay at. We had 10 people in our group and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house had everything we needed and was only a 5 minute Uber ride to Broadway. Loved the washer and dryer so we didn’t have to pack a lot of clothes. Felt safe and secure with the alarm system. Only downsize was the size of the bunk beds, may be tough for older adults to get up on, but the couches are also big enough that you can sleep on. Stephanie was always quick to respond to any questions that we had. Well worth the price.

This place was lovely!! For three couples, having our own space with bathrooms connecting to the bedrooms was important and worked out perfectly. The home was super clean! We enjoyed all of the aesthetics of the home - it was comfy. The neighborhood as others have mentioned is run down all around the house - hopefully someday it will thrive like other areas. We like to walk or run outside in the mornings and that is not something I would have felt comfortable doing here. The convenience to downtown was fantastic! We had rental cars, but did Lyft instead due to the costly price to park downtown and convenience of it all. Unless there was a secret parking place we didn’t know about to save some $$ there! Overall - we loved it and would stay again! It was perfect.

Very spacious house has everything that you need. It is located in an older part of town that is being revitalized. I was in town for work and stayed for (6) weeks. We had no issues and would stay again.

I have a hard time with this review because the house was actually quite nice - the rooms were as shown in photos, furniture was comfortable and it was extremely spacious. We were happy to find a spot for 7 people where we could also bring our dogs. It was conveniently located (only cost $8-10 to get an Uber to downtown!) The kitchen was equipped with all of the tools you would need to make meals. But unfortunately, I have to echo what some others have said about the neighborhood. I felt like maybe some of this was an overstatement when we arrived but then our car was broken into while parked in the alley directly behind the house/garage. I realize this could happen anywhere in any city, and luckily we did not leave anything in the car, but it still felt like a violation. I will say the security system is a nice feature and did make us feel safe inside. Would I stay here again? No, sadly not.

We had great stay. The neighborhood was concerning. We wanted to walk through the neighborhood for exercise but didn't feel comfortable. Definitely pet friendly space. The kitchen and living room/open concept was fantastic!

Stephanie’s place was very nice and clean. We had rented the place as a home base for our wedding festivities and it was perfect with plenty of space for our guests to stay from out of town. We loved the interior decorating and the vibe of each room. I would recommend this location to anyone that is looking to stay in Nashville with a group with all the amenities of home.

We originally booked an AirBnB that was not like the description. We immediately canceled and booked w Stephanie. She was beyond courteous by letting us check in extremely early. After nearly 15 hours of driving, this meant a great deal. The home was clean and furnished well. We absolutely enjoyed our week in Nashville in large because we could return to the rental which was cozy.

This home is beautiful and recently updated. The backyard was awesome for sitting and our cookout. The location was convenient for everything we did! Close to Broadway/midway/mall/Gulch/Airport! the kitchen was very well stocked and the linens and bathrooms were perfect! There is great space in this home for hanging out etc! We loved how the doors auto-locked even when inside and the back garage door kept the yard private. Many of the surrounding homes are being remodeled too which will spruce up the area.

We had a great stay at Stephanie’s place. Stephanie was extremely responsive. The house is as described, well and beautifully furnished and cozy. Very clean. The geographic location is great (walkable to the Farmers Market and quick ride to downtown), but the aesthetics/repair of many other houses on the street was not great. We parked in the backyard car port and had no issues during our stay. We would stay again!

We had a great experience! Neighborhood looks unsafe, but there were no bothers and quiet! We mainly took ubers, lyft which didnt cost too much. Our last night we rode scooter back (highly recommend). The place was more roomie than expected and very well organized and clean! Stephanie was very quick at responding when i had questions. We really enjoyed our stay!

The only thing is we could not get the garage to close with the garage opener so we would have to close it from inside and then go out the front door. Other than that the place was amazing and we would love to stay here again!!!!

We LOVED staying at Stephanie’s place! We booked last minute due to an issue with our other Airbnb, and really got an upgrade by booking here. Stephanie accommodated our early check-in, responded quickly, and was so sweet. This home is BEAUTIFUL! Super spacious, clean and perfect for us. The house was comfortable and looked just like the pictures! Quick and relatively cheap Ubers to everywhere we wanted to go while in Nashville. Stephanie was proactive in sending communication and was responsive when we had a question. The neighborhood looks a little sketchy, as mentioned in other reviews (it's half brand new houses and half older, run down houses) but we didn't have any problems at all. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Nashville!

Stephanie was extremely responsive. I have never seen a host be so flexible on timing. She was more than happy to have us, give us recommendations and cater to our needs. We were welcomed with complimentary wine and popcorn as well. Would highly recommend her place!

I delayed writing this review for several days. I am very conflicted in my thoughts about this rental. The house is great! The style, the layout, the cleanliness, every attention to detail was quite impressive. The only problem was the location. This is the worst location in Nashville. I have lived in Nashville and I am very familiar with this area. My nieces booked this rental for me and they loved the house when they saw the pictures on line. However they do not know Nashville neighborhoods and streets. My two daughters and I went to the house and went inside to look around. Inside is great; outside is a no go. We did not stay even one night. It was a very expensive lesson to learn about renting a house on AirBnb. [ A bit of good news - My brother in law, who is a police officer, stayed there 2 nights and had a great time!]

This house was fantastic! It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. It was a short Uber ride to Broadway, but more importantly, the beds were so comfortable. We also had several comfortable pillows and additional ones in all the closets. That's a game changer when you're away from home and not in the comfort of your own bed, so kudos to you, Stephanie!
