We ended up leaving on the first night as sadly the pool was unusable, so can only give a brief review. The amenities were great and the house was clean and spacious. We felt the place was a little tired and dated in comparison to our expectations, and to similar properties available in the same price bracket, plus the lights were set up a little strangely, but I’m sure we would have had a comfortable and enjoyable stay if we hadn’t had to move. The hosts were initially responsive when we flagged the pool issue, but help tailed off as the evening progressed, which was frustrating and delayed our departure. We ended up contacting Airbnb support who were terrific and helped facilitate a last minute booking nearby, so it all worked out fine
Great time and we really enjoyed all the amenities
We were in town with extended family for a family wedding.
This house provided everything we needed for all to enjoy family time. From the game room to the back yard, there was an activity for all ages.
The house was stocked with all that we needed including towels for the pool.
The kitchen had more pots/pans than I do at home.
We were able to cook out on the grill and watch football!!
Beautiful home and location was perfect
Very peaceful and worth the price
This was without a doubt the best experience I have had at an Airbnb. We had 7 adults and 3 kids and 2 babies and this could not have been a more perfect set up. So much for the kids to do and places for them to spread out. The pool was great for them and the hot tub and fire pit was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. I would book this place again a million times if I'm ever back in the area. Absolutely five 🤩 Looked even better than the photos honestly!! Ample towels, blankets, places to sit! Kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessities and the grill was absolutely pristine. We really felt like we were at home. Neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. Just perfect on every single level and exceeded any and all of my expectations!
Great house for family. Lots of fun things to do throughout. We had a couple issues that the host resolved promptly and was always supper quick to respond. We had a good stay and loved the house overall. And loved the location too!
Great host and house
Wonderful home! Much to do, clean, fun, very responsive host… we will definitely stay here again when we visit San Antonio….
This location was perfect for us! We enjoyed the family time on the property...lots to do !
Mi familia y yo estuvimos muy cómodos y la pasamos muy bien.
La casa tiene una buena distribución de las habitaciones y las áreas comunes.
Nuestros anfitriones fueron muy atentos y amables.
We had a wonderful stay! Hannah was extremely proactive prior to booking, answering all our questions during booking and throughout our entire stay. She was very responsive, professional and kind. The home was very spacious and comfortable with plenty of amenities for all and in a beautiful, peaceful neighborhood. We felt at home and cannot wait to return again! Thank you for an exceptional stay, Hannah!
Hannah’s place was very nice and spacious, the pictures did no justice, it’s even better in person. Location was ideal lots of stores and restaurants within mins, the backyard was amazing, my kids had a blast, this will be the first place I look to when in San Antonio.
Amazing home with perfect amenities. Comfortable spaces with cozy vibes and little extras to add to the style and ambiance. We loved it!
We had a great stay super enjoyed the home!
Extremely disappointed! Not worth the money! We paid nearly $6,000 for 9 days for the backyard amenities specifically. The grounds and pool were filthy and not cleaned prior to our arrival or during our stay as requested on several occasions. Bar area was so dirty it was unusable. All outdoor furniture had a layer of dirt and cobwebs. Dried mud, rocks, tree limbs surrounded the pool area, sport court and mini golf. Hannah said she sent pool cleaners out but the pool was never cleaned. Prior to our arrival she said we may have to skim the pool and use a leaf blower for the grounds. There was no blower or pool skimmer . A skimmer was delivered but it did us no good since it was the bottom of the pool that was dirty. No pickleball net as advertised. One was delivered 5 days into our stay. Upstairs sinks were plugged, plumber addressed Dining room was dirty, cleaners addressed. I had to message Hannah 8 of our 9 day stay, not my idea of vacay. Only refunded $1200. Worst bnb experience.
House was in a very pleasant neighborhood. Quiet and close to everything. All the attractions were only 20 - 30 minutes from the house. we went to Fiesta Texas, Sea World, River Walk and Natural Bridge Caverns. It was a great week and we had a great place to relax and swim every night when we got back from a busy day. The host was very responsive to our needs. Thank you for making is a great week for us to play and have fun.
We had a wonderful time! Back yard is awesome! Another unexpected bonus was we were watching The Spurs playoff game and the power for the whole neighborhood went out. Thankfully this house has a generic generator. It immediately clicked on an we had full power while the rest of the neighborhood was dark.
Thank you for being so helpful during our stay. The property was just as described absolutely amazing place
Little slice of paradise right in the city. The amenities in this house are unmatched. Private pool, private mini golf, private basketball/pickleball court, private cabana/outdoor bar, amazing fire pit space, private hot tub. House is fully stocked for anything you need. Cooking in was a breeze with all the kitchen gadgets provided. We would love to go back for a longer stay to enjoy everything.
