Beautiful home within walking distance of all main local attractions and the perfect place to end a busy day. Accommodating for a busy family with extra needs for infants. Amenities in house were perfect and clean and really felt home from home.

We really enjoyed our stay, the place was beautiful and had everything we needed. For the 5 of us the place was bigger than we needed and close to all the attractions and restaurants. It was quiet at night which was what we wanted since this was a family trip and the rooftop patio was awesome. Our son enjoyed the pool table and the host thought of everything: plenty of towels, bathroom essentials, laundry detergent, plastic cups/plates for the kids, etc. The garage was a nice touch and fit two SUVs without any trouble. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

We stayed at 1114A Wade Ave for our daughter’s wedding. We had family and friends staying with us and we all had different schedules. The location was great, near 12 South restaurants and shops as well as easy access to airport, highways and other parts of the City. The house was perfect and exactly as advertised. Beautiful kitchen with all the necessary utensils and appliances, lots of room in all the bedrooms and a fabulous roof deck. We had our dog with us and he got used to the stairs quickly and was happy too. Thanks for a great stay!

Very spacious for a family to enjoy We loved this tastefully decorated place. Kitchen was great to prepare dishes, pool table added to the fun, beautiful roof top and great bedrooms with bathrooms. It was also a very desirable locations accessible to many restaurants and entertainment. Only suggestion would be to add a set of drawers to the small bedroom upstairs since the closet is owner locked so there is no available storage in the room.

The Hadden House was perfect for our Family vacation. There were 6 adults and plenty of room The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook or make snacks. The living room was very comfortable, and the rooftop was perfect to hang out and watch tv after a long night (turned morning ) The location is very close to EVERY part of Nashville. Just over a mile to 12 south and the Gulch and a couple of miles to Broadway. Uber is the best value and very quick. We would definitely stay again if back in Nashville

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Nashville at Brandon’s lovely home! It looked just like the photos and we immediately felt at home! We especially enjoyed family time on the rooftop patio, several nights! His place was around 2 miles from Broadway, so it was a quick $6 Uber ride plus tip earlier in the day, and a $10 Uber ride plus tip for later in the evening. We drove our car to stand alone places like Jack’s BBQ! (Incredible smoke flavor in the brisket, better than Martin’s, in our opinion), Martin’s BBQ, stop 1 for the Hop-on-Hop-off Trolly, and the General Jackson Riverboat Cruise. The house had plenty of essentials including a garage with remote garage door opener, kitchen utensils / cookware, plenty of bath towels, and comfy beds! I highly recommend his place and we look forward to returning in the future!

We stayed here for a bachelorette party and the location was great. Super cute, safe neighborhood. Just a quick uber away from Broadway, the Gulch, etc.

This was a great home to host a bachelorette weekend. The decorations were incredible, the home was spacious, and we weren’t far from downtown. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe for hosting 8 girls. The home was clean and so easy to check in. We all absolutely loved this location.

We booked this house for my bachelorette and loved it! It was a great location. Close enough to the action on broadway but far enough away to be quiet at night.

Stayed here for my sisters bachelorette and we loved it ! The house was beautiful, cute spots for pictures, and the team was so quick and kind with responding. Could not recommend to stay here enough.

I stayed here with 9 friends for my spring break trip and we had the best time!! The location was perfect - just a quick Uber to everywhere we wanted to go. There was more than enough space for everyone, and the rooftop was so cute!

We had a large party and the house fit us perfectly! The weather did not permit us to enjoy the roof top. We had minor problems with the house but got fast communication with the owner and even sent a maintenance man within an hours time. The house is exactly as pictured and a quick Uber to downtown or 12 South.

Brandon was excellent and the Holliston app was very very helpful as well. The place was amazing! Clean almost brand new feel, plenty of room and bed space for six adults three couples. Quick Uber 2 mi to Broadway. Quiet safe neighborhood

This location was awesome, a great deal and would highly recommend it.

The place was very nice, great location and within a reasonable price. Couple things to improve on would be follow up communication when guests ask questions and the ability to support special asks of guests was difficult such as early check in, even though previous guests and cleaning staff had already left.

This was a great place to stay with a big group to visit Nashville!! Not only was the house beautiful but every amenity was over the top. Our favorite minor surprise was sooo many towels and toilet paper. That may seem small to some but if you stay in a lot of places you know how nice this is! All around amazing place to stay. The pool table was the bomb! They left us the nicest gift basket of wine and snacks!

This house was in a great location. We rented a car so I love that there was a garage to park in and I wasn’t worried about finding a parking spot on the street. Less than a 10 minute drive to several museums and sightseeing locations! It was extremely easy to navigate around Nashville from here. The beds were comfortable. It was pretty dang cold while we stayed so we didn’t spend much time on the roof. But it was comfortable inside the home.

Everything was great. Only issue was we requested and were approved for early check in and the code provided did not work so we could not get in. We had to call and get another code, but they were responsive. Everything else was perfect and very responsive host.

This was our second stay, and we love it here. It is just over 2 miles to Broadway, so it was far enough for a peaceful respite, and close enough for a quick $10 Uber ride to the action. We hope to visit again next year!

10 minute uber to broadway, clean space, and the rooftop was nice! Plenty of bathroom space, towels, and some complimentary treats. Lots of stairs.

House was very clean and well taken care of. The tv in the living room couldn’t connect to the Wi-Fi our whole stay which was a drag for trying to hang out, watch a movie and play pool. Host did give us another Wi-Fi to try but when that didn’t work, nothing further was offered to help or acknowledge they would address it when we left

We come to Nashville at least once every year and always stay in an AirBNB. This house was great and had everything we needed. It was a treat to have a nice, welcoming gift basket, and the team at Hallson was great to communicate with. We had no issues at all, but they still checked in with us to ensure everything was perfect. We would absolutely stay at this house again, and we would gladly work with the Hallson team again.

Beautiful, spacious, completely stocked and very well-managed property convenient to Vanderbilt and everything we needed Positive: Due to circumstances beyond the control of the owner that made Harper House suddenly unavailable just prior to our arrival date, we were offered the Hadden House right next door (connected actually - they are twin homes). It was fantastic. When we entered the kitchen, we found a very thoughtful and delicious welcome basket with chocolate, coffee, and a bottle of wine! And the kitchen is then most well-equipped kitchen ever - cooked and served all our meals with ease. All 3 bedrooms very private from one another, each of them with en suite bathroom, plus a powder room on the main floor. Pool table was enjoyed by all! And the rooftop patio was absolutely spectacular. Location was perfect for everything we were doing in Nashville. And having a private attached garage was the best. The property is professionally managed and the concierge was responsive to all inquiries throughout our stay. This will definitely be our go-to place in Nashville.

We had a great stay at this air bnb. The house was nice and large and had everything we needed. It is a little out of of the way so uber is required to get downtown. The roof top was great with the fire! We had fantastic stay! Thank you!

We felt right at home and the location is great. Ubers to Broadway were about 10-15$. South 12 is mile away and has some cute shops amd good restaurants. The house had everything we needed. The rooftop is super cute and a great area for pictures. We cooked in one night and kitchen had everything we needed. Would stay here again.

The house was beautiful, and it was exactly as pictured. The home was extremely clean. It is in a great location, because it is a quiet neighborhood but a quick Uber to all the neighborhoods in Nashville. Staying here was a great experience.
