We hope to have the opportunity to be your home away from home in the Smoky Mountains! Overall it was a nice place. I did feel misled by a few things and was a little frustrated at first. It appeared that the pool was with our location, but ended up being a community pool. I also thought it was inconvenient to have to go outside and down steep steps to get to the game room theater. I am glad I did not have little children otherwise I would not let them go down alone. We ended up not having air conditioning for several of the days on the top level where my 80yr parents stayed, it was very difficult especially since the temp was 87 degrees inside. We were given 2 portable units, that did not work well. The cable TV did not run properly either, so that was also an issue that never got resolved. Those were the 2 main reasons why my parents went, so they can relax and watch some good movies while we all went to attractions. I hope they fix all of that before the next guest come. They were horrible at any resolution and always responded with we will let management know.

Game room is not accessible from main home but by another door on the side of the house. However the bugs are absolutely horrible. We found MANY live and dead bugs in every single room. In the corners, smushed on the stairs & webs everywhere. While there many of us including KIDS woke up with bites. We assumed mosquito bites due to being outside. once home I started finding smaller black / reddish bugs on blankets and inside my luggage. Pretty sure they are bed bugs. I have videos to show management. This home needs an exterminator! Also within minutes of arriving we noticed MANY maintenance issues. AC unit out making top floor 97 degrees and unusable the first 5 hours, wasps nest, broken toilets, broken ice maker in kitchen and a fridge that didn’t stay cool. WiFi sucks even after trouble shooting. Host was responsive in fixing AC fast however i asked for compensation for the inconveniences was told they would get back to me and their team never did

When we had an issue the owner was responsive and resolved the issue immediately.

We hope to have the opportunity to be your home away from home in the Smoky Mountains! Firstly, there are always going to be little incidentals that pop up at any Airbnb. A few fruit flies, a bit of a stale-humid smell upon entry, water does not get real hot in showers, closets… main level bedroom had large closet with hangers. Lower level had four bedrooms: two had no closets. One had a closet the guest never opened. Another had a closet but no shelves, hanging rod nor hangers. WiFi: took a moment to get connected but we called support services and was assisted immediately. Washer and dryer worked well. Hot tub: nice and hot! Place was clean and tidy. Love Alexa and welcome message tablet in the kitchen. Loved the complimentary olive oil for cooking. Out door grill worked well - but did not see an outdoor light. Views are very nice. Loved the secured parking/garage - especially since there was some bad weather and we had a rental. This place is peaceful. You don’t hear much is anything from one floor to the next. Kids loved the game/theater room. Lots of tv lounge areas

We hope to have the opportunity to be your home away from home in the Smoky Mountains! My review is a bit mixed, it was a nice place, but we had multiple issues. CSR Patrick was great within the limitations of his role. He communicated well, and did everything possible to help us with withing his capacity. He was great to work with. The biggest issue was the HOA parking limitations. These limitations were not listed at the time that we booked this rental and the Management team took 3 days to respond to our multiple attempts to find a resolution. Then, when we did receive a response, the solution was to park our cars at local business where they could be prone to theft and break ins. We also experienced broken tiles and drain in the master bathroom, washing machine broke down, and the jet tub in the master bathroom also leaked into the room below it. All issues were reported and I know at least 1 service ticket was put in for repair on the washing machine. So, really, just watch out for the parking limitations. Eden Crest mention they were adding that to the listing.
