We had a wonderful stay and loved everything about this beautiful condo.

it was amazing we loved it. Everything was so easy.

The condo was spacious, clean and secure. The host made communication a breeze and was quick to respond to questions. The only negative is all the homeless people occupying the streets near the complex. Plan to uber to Broadway especially after dark.

Property was well described and was as represented. Property is away from busy streets so was quiet even though it is near a RR. Its location is convenient to most attractions. The staff was helpful answering questions on parking and the door app. We had a very good experience with this property.

Amazing spot for a group. Just a little longer walk to the Broadway strip, but far enough not to have the noise of it. Great seating for guests. Pool was small, but still a nice setting. Only note is that the bed that would house the 11th and 12th guests would be very tight as it is a double pull down Murphy bed and is in a small room that also houses the washer and dryer. Probably best for kids.

Highly recommend, will be booking again.

Our group of 11 stayed here for a bachelorette trip. There was plenty of space. Nice amenities. We liked that there was a security person on site at all times. Melissa was very responsive and helpful to a couple issues we had. We enjoyed the pool area. The condo was well stocked in the kitchen. Decor was beautiful. We liked that the condo was right next to elevators. The only couple things I would say that would have made it better was better water pressure in the showers and the floor could use a good mopping as all our socks were pretty dirty after we walked around in the condo. We would stay here again when visiting Nashville : )

Great place, we had so much fun here- super nice and roomy. We loved the pool, the kitchen and living area. Enough space for 10 of us. It’s a long walk to Broadway and hilly with construction, also next to a homeless shelter so kinda sketchy. We ended up ubering and that added some cost for us.

Everything was amazing! Close to Broadway and entertainment. Only complaint is the app to get thru doors. Difficult to navigate !

Great place to stay when visiting Nashville! Close proximity to downtown but also lots of cool restaurants right around the corner. The place has plenty of space so it’s perfect for a group trip. The building is great, with awesome amenities!

The Airbnb was very spacious and clean. The space was comfortable and made the stay easy and relaxing. I would recommend this condo to anyone.

The place was lovely! We had plenty of space to spread out. The balcony was very nice. Location was close to drive to Broadway and other locations within Nashville. Communication was always quick and helpful. We had a question about the oven and it was fixed immediately. Would stay there again!

Great stay, wonderful condo with comfortable beds and very clean.

Everything about unit met expectations. We unfortunately had a leak from unit above which did make for a lot to deal w in master bedroom. Was out of their control , but it did negatively impact the unit and inconvenience us. Place is well equipped. Definitely would’ve enjoyed more. Also never found the grill or ping pong table. Pool and work out room were enjoyable.

Nice place, very clean! Homeless shelter across the street was a little unsettling but overall great stay.

Large , lovely space. Very secure building . Loved the porch. The whole team is very responsive. Quick answers to questions when the Wi-Fi changed. It only took a few minutes for them to get us a new password Little touches like a small froze on the bed and extra blankets in the closet, meant that people in our group who tended to be colder than others were still as comfortable When I left sweatshirt, they made sure it was at concierge’s desk for me to pick up offered to mail it if I couldn’t swing and get it The neighborhood itself was not terrific, safe but not pretty , but it is a great jumping off point for anywhere you want go in the city. If I go back to Nashville this week, definitely be my first choice and I would look for other properties from this host anywhere else I know it’ll be a great experience

Beautiful place to stay and perfect location from downtown.

Melissa and team did a great job communicating thru the process. We enjoyed our time there and plan to stay there again. Place was fantastic, from the towels to the kitchen appliances. A home away from home.

My Stay Very nice place to stay. Fairly short walk to downtown and had nice amenities.

6 friends Property was good, secure, quick ride to Broadway, plenty of room plenty of beds and bathrooms. We gathered in LR and Balcony before leaving to see the town.everyone had their own room and bathroom. We all went to bed and ya' never really heard anyone . Great separation . Would love to stay near early summer time to enjoy pool.

Perfect stay for our group! The condo was beautiful and very clean! The set up of the rooms and bathrooms were perfect for our three couples visiting Nashville. It was well located- we could take a short walk or a short Uber ride to everything we wanted to do! Would definitely stay here again!

Birthday Celebration My party of five stayed there to celebrate a birthday. It was a beautiful home with the perfect amount of space for all of us. The place was stocked with all the amenities anyone would need. I would definitely rent here again and highly recommend!

Great Experience The condo was represented perfectly in the VRBO post. It was clean and comfortable. We had 8 adults who all felt they had their space and privacy. The location is walkable to Broadway if you choose. The neighborhood has homeless around it and The Mission shelter nearby, but we had no issues. We would stay there again in a heartbeat! Communication with management prior to our stay was excellent!

Great place to stay in Nashville Beautiful place to stay, very clean and spacious, front desk/security staff on property were very nice and friendly, felt safe in neighborhood, $7-$8 Uber rides to bars, restaurants and Nissan Stadium (or you can walk there if you wanted).

Condo Rental The accommodations of 411 were very nice. Will recommend this place to anyone visiting Nashville who wants to be close to Nashville. Check in was a breeze.

Family Stay First time in Nashville and we had a blast. Place was clean and hosts very responsive. The rescue mission was close by and we were warned by uber driver of the homeless and to be careful not to walk alone, but we felt very safe.

Friends Vacation We were a group of 4 couples celebrating friendship and retirement. The property was exactly like the pictures. Easy walking distance to downtown. We weren't sure about the neighborhood at first but no issues at all. Communication before and during the stay was fantastic. Everyone could not have been any nicer and the recommendations for everything from a ride with TJ (who was fantastic) to where to grab a quick sandwich was spot on. Thanks for having us

Perfect for our Dad's 70th birthday trip This rental is really perfect if you are looking for enough space for a big group. Me and my siblings plus spouses took our dad to Nashville for his 70th so there were the perfect amount of rooms, beds and large living and kitchen. We did come across a few things we needed help with to fix and we go immediate responses and help, it was great. The location is really great for getting to all the buzz of Broadway. We ubered a few times but loved taking the scooters even more. I recommend!!
