We enjoyed the easy access to the beach. Quiet and friendly neighborhood.

We had a great time. The house was clean and it a great location for a family with kids that wanted to go back and forth between beach and pool.

We loved staying at the Grammont. We had the perfect set up, for me and my children to be upstairs and my brother and his wife in the bedroom downstairs. Kitchen was very well stocked; loved the double fridges. The front deck was the best part - watching the thunderstorms and sunbathing on the deck. Only a quick few minutes walk to the beach. It was perfect.

We loved the house! Perfect for our family of 8! Beach access was right across the street, just a few minutes walk. Definitely look up the ferry schedule if you’re coming that route. Also get groceries before you get to the house because there’s only a small store and the prices are jacked way up. But the house was wonderful and we loved the location.

Second time we have stayed here. Please to see stair and balconies has been replaced. Ground floor AC was replaced mid-week after unit failed. Potable AC unit provided by property manager to help while we waited for new unit which was installed the next day. Furniture is getting old and needs replacing.

Home was clean and well maintained! Perfect access to the beach. Downstairs covered area made for great shaded area when entertaining family. Large spacious inside.

The Grammont was the perfect location for our family vacation. It was so close to the beach and the pool. The pictures didn’t do it justice. While it was about 15+ minutes to many of the restaurants and shops, we enjoyed the serenity and laid-back vibe of the area. We would definitely rent this house again if we vacation in this area again. We did wish this rental offered the $400 Activities Daily that several of the other rentals in the area offer.

Great place to stay and extremely convenient to beach access and pool

Had a great time at the beach and this house made it perfect. Plenty of space, everything was clean and worked great. Beds were comfortable, and they supplied ample pillows and blankets. House stayed cool even with the high temps throughout the week. Property Manager was very helpful and has great communication.

Very very nice

This house met our every need. Super convenient to the beach and the pool. The beach access was only about 30 steps from the house. The property manager Dee Dee answered all of our questions immediately. We will definitely be staying here again.

It was wonderful! everything was perfect!

Everything was perfect. The only thing I would suggest is to bring extra towels if you like to have more than one per person. Otherwise, the view is spectacular and the decks are great for napping and reading and the kids loved it all. I will stay here again.
