- Parking is available for 5 vehicles in the driveway. Please note that street parking is not allowed.
- If you're interested in a long-term stay, please reach out to inquire about availability
- Heated pool fee is $125/night. We recommend heating the pool in the months between October and May each year. We require at least a 3-day notice before your arrival if you'd like the pool heated. Pool must be heated for the entirety of your stay. Thank you!
- Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property.

“We travel to Arizona often and stay at many Airbnb's. The house was welcoming, cozy and clean. Hosts were easy to get a hold of and very kind. My only recommendation would be to stock up on more household items; trash bags, paper towels, TP, etc. We did have to go purchase more, which wasn't a huge problem. Overall, everything was great. Would def stay again.”
