We enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb for our family trip to Nashville. The house was very clean, had everything we needed, with a fantastic location. We were a quick drive to Broadway and an even shorter drive or walking distance to the Gulch, and 12 South. The staff was also responsive and very kind in any communication we had during our stay. We would recommend this place and would stay again on a return to Nashville.

This was the best stay for our family of 9 & 2 furbabies! It was spacious and offered great room on all 3 levels that no one was tripping over each other. We could even peacefully escape one another when "social batteries" ran out. We loved everything! The kitchen was fully loaded & had everything, even a gas stove & crockpot! The washer & dryer were top notch. Many game nights were had on the gigantic family style table. Pool table was a hit with the guys in our crew. Communication with the rental company as quick and they were very responsive. We were so impressed with everything. The only thing that was ever so slightly "tricky" was the parking. It has a 2 car garage that you can use. We were (thanks to excellent drivers/parkers) able to fit a minivan & Suburban in there. It was tight, but doable. Our 3rd car was smaller and it was parallel parked in the driveway. Sometimes we had to rotate cars around, but we made it all work. Excellent rental!!!

We had an amazing stay! From start to finish, everything was perfect. The communication was smooth and responsive, which made the entire process so easy. The home itself was absolutely beautiful, clean, well-maintained, and exactly as pictured. We were in Nashville for my daughter’s cheer competition, and this place was the perfect home base. The beds were super comfortable, and we all felt relaxed and well taken care of during our stay. 10/10, I highly recommend! We can’t wait to come back to Nashville and stay here again.

My family and I were very pleased with this property. It was just as pictured, very clean, and well stocked with essentials. It’s a very close walk to shopping and dining. I would definitely recommend!

The house was clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the outdoor patio and large dining table which was perfect for a family dinner of 10 and playing board games. There was a lot of communication in the way of texts and emails before and during our stay with all of our instructions so we never had a questions arise. The bottle of wine and other treats in the welcome basket were a nice touch! Perfect for our family and would definitely stay there again!

We rented The Gambler for a family trip to enjoy Broadway live music and see Nashville. The house was awesome my family was overwhelmed with how nice it was! Everything was a shirt uber ride to Broadway. The beds were so comfortable everyone mentioned it. We had 9 people staying and we had more than enough room, plenty of beds and bathrooms for a lot more people. We used the kitchen amenities and everything worked well, coffeemaker Keurig made the mornings easy. Pulling in the garage is a little tight but really wasn’t a big deal. Area was safe I felt comfortable having my family stay here. Was a great rental would recommend to families or friends traveling really really nice place worth the money !!

My family and I had a great time during our stay at "The Gambler". We were seven adults, and it was very spacious. Nice size gathering space in the kitchen area where we sat planning out our days and then coming back late at night just talking about what a great time we had on Broadway. Located near some great restaurants and not too far from the shopping area at 12 South, which we also enjoyed. We would definitely recommend "The Gambler" to anyone looking to have fun and enjoy their stay in Nashville.

Great stay at The Gambler in Nashville. Exactly as described. Comfortable home with great layout for our trip - taking 3 teens to Nashville for a concert. Guys loved the top floor with bunk room and pool table. We (parents) had privacy as well a floor down. Very convenient location. Lots of bathrooms. Great private, secluded roof patio. Clean kitchen, nice furnishings. Fun to have record player and the decor was very Nashville. Great communication so we knew what to expect and how to operate everything. Nice hospitable touches - snacks, wine, coffee, etc. Thank you Hallson!

Great place for our large family gathering. It was close to a lot of activities and downtown. Kitchen was well stocked and cookware was professional grade and appliances were high end. Host was very accommodating and replied in a timely manner. Beautiful home…would recommend to anyone and hope to come back again soon.

GREAT for families but had some issues The Good (Great): This house was perfect for our three families with 8 adults and two teens. The house is modern, beautiful, nicely decorated, and roomy, and the 10 of us never felt we were in each other's way. We really appreciated the many towels, wash cloths, and make-up cloths for each guest. The kitchen was clean and well stocked too. The pool table provided hours of "tournaments" and entertainment. We moved the bluetooth radio upstairs which provided enough sound for the second level too. Warning: there are a total of three flights of stairs (with two bedrooms, patio, and pool table at the top floor). If you are not able to climb stairs, this may not be the place for you. My parents are disabled so we gave them the room at the entrance level but in hindsight, we should have given them the one on the main level (kitchen and living room). The not-so-great: None of the TVs worked for very long. The Hallson staff was very responsive to our technical difficulties. We tried to mirror one of our phones to Apple TV but because of the wifi issue, our connection only last 5-10 minutes before the buffering started again. Again the staff was great and tried to troubleshoot the issue but it didn't work. The bad: We couldn't park in the garage bc several cars were parked in the alley which belonged to neighbors who appeared to be conducting "transactions" all day and night. We didn't feel threatened but my old parents were scared. Hallson was very responsive to our concerns. FYI

A ton of room for multiple families. private rooms and bathrooms was extremely convenient. Nicely decorated with some wear and tear, but liveable and comfortable. Apparent up and coming neighborhood, but nothing too close to walk to. Be prepared with either a car or pay for Uber (which we did). Users were very available! Good choice for a first trip and away from Broadway.

Was excellent! Such a cool place either with kids (bunk beds and pool table) or without (3 stories, modern, spacious, balcony). Great place to stay while visiting nashville!

The Positives: Well decorated, Lots of room, Cute touches (cowboy hats, record player and pool table),Well-Equipped Kitchen,Great size for families The Negatives: Close to downtown, but not great area. It is directly across the street from a large apartment complex with lots of traffic in and out of it. Apartment residents were aware the property was an Airbnb and not all kind when they saw us. The grass on property was covered in dog poop. The owner has a sign saying to pick up after pets but it was thrown down when we arrived. Clearly a space used by pet owners in the apartment. Noise was awful and we were woken up each night from couples having fights outside the apartments, car alarms going off, etc... Parking was an issue. We chose this location for the two spots, but due to the roadway - it’s really only one spot. People park directly in front of Airbnb preventing use of drive way at times. Host asked us to put notes on cars to tell them to move. Locals were not kind.

This unit was exactly as advertised and having the master suite on the main living floor was ideal for us. Good place for groups as well. Our only concern was the driveway / alley leading to the unit had cars parking on it and people hanging out a bit.

Great for groups We had 12 in our group stay here. The kitchen/dining/living room was a great place for the larger group to gather. The kitchen was well equipped. we had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all to be comfortable. Great location. We visited many restaurants and music venues in the area. Nothing was far away. Our group had many compliments of the property. Would certainly recommend.

The house is so well cared for and the house cleaner is so sweet. She left flowers and some treats for our group. She even put pumpkins on the front porch as Halloween was approaching. The hosting company kept in great contact with us and allowed us to leave our bags before we were able to stay! Absolutely great all around!

Birthday celebration We were a group of 12 celebrating my husband's 50th birthday. Everyone had a great time, plenty of space. Would definitely stay here again.

Gambler Review Great location and floor plan for a big group! Had some troubles getting into the home but host was very responsive to troubleshoot. Could have been a bit cleaner as there was makeup on the walls and pretzels in the couch. Overall great stay!

The Gambler was a great place for a "getaway" with friends. IT was very clean and accomodating - lots of necessities; towels, cleaning supplies, kitchen utinsels, bath products etc... Will definitely return if available.

Great place to stay with a large group love how everything was 10-15 minute away by car, missing things like extra accessible paper towels and the bottom of the pull out had a lot of wrappers from kid snacks, wish they had more barware like a pitcher or a drink shaker

We really enjoyed our stay at The Gambler and plan to be back. We were welcomed with a note and snack which was a nice touch! The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed. We were a party of 8 and had plenty of space. The location is ideal and a quick drive to Vandy, Broadway, the Gulch, Hillsboro, etc. I highly recommend staying here!

Place was spacious, modern, clean, and matched photos. The hosts were always helpfully and responsive! 3 floors plus small patio, with a Big kitchen and eating space, comfortably fit 9 people and room for more. Fun touches like record player and artwork, and felt new. Location was not too far to get around, and plenty of parking. Publix around the corner too. Would stay here again!!

Great master bedroom with plenty of other private spaces for sleeping. Nice open kitchen living and dining space. The roof top was nice especially for our morning coffee. We had our vehicle I would recommend Uber over renting a car parking can cost more in town than the ride and we never had to wait more than 15 minutes from the house and less than 5 minutes from the popular locations If you have a large group or want to stay somewhere less chaotic than the broadway area this house will be perfect

Very nice place, much larger than we originally expected! Easily fits 12 people if needed with tons of extra beds via pull out couches and futons.

Wonderful place, spacious and great location. The restaurant suggestions from Brandon were also great. The beds are comfortable, bathrooms are modern and others is room for a large group. Belmonte is a nice place nearby for walks too.

Honestly 10/10 bachelorette weekend! Such a good location. We were less than 10 minutes from EVERYWHERE. Less than 15 min from the airport. Soooo easy to get around. The house was so cute too!

This was our first experience with an airB&B as we usually stay in 5 star upscale hotels. We have traveled all over the world, and hope to keep doing so. As we were two couple, 4 seniors, we wanted a place where we could share time together. This place was perfect - although the steep stairs were a challenge. It was quiet and roomy, great kitchen and living room, immaculate and most importantly for us, the beds were very comfortable. The layout was perfect and we found nearby restaurants easy to get to as well as downtown being only 8 minutes away. If stairs are not an issue, I would highly recommend this place! Hallson was very responsive to our questions which made our vacation even better.

Some of the beds had quite a bit of dog hair on the sheets of the otherwise made bed.

Christmas destination - a lot was at stake choosing a rental property to comfortably accommodate 11 adults plus one infant. I tag a theme to all of our family Christmas's and this year, every one said it was THE BEST CHRISTMAS EVER! The Gambler felt like home, so cozy - from the beds to the bathrooms that no one had to share! The host was always available and kind. 12 South is a brief walk away - shopping is always fun when my girls are around. We would definitely rent this property again.

Great price and design was beautiful. Loved the vibe of the pool table. Beds were ok. Only main trouble we had was checking in. Gave us 10 different codes to try and none worked. Stood outside in 40 degree weather for an hour trying to get in. Then as we were leaving a group was told they could check in early and leave their stuff there. Felt a little unprofessional they were able to do that. Location was convenient but there were some very suspicious people walking around late at night. Loved how spacious it was and felt luxurious inside. Just wish the getting in was smoother.

We had a fabulous time. The house was spacious, well decorated, clean, and perfect for our girls trip. It is walking distance from the 12 South shops and restaurants, and an easy Uber drive to everywhere else. The host was a great communicator, making it easy for us to stock the house with food and drinks and to get it decorated for my daughter's birthday party. I would definitely stay here again.

Birthday Everything was great. The street and approach was dirty with trash at times. That would be the only negative thing.

Brandon prides himself on clean homes and he truly provided a clean home! It was for a business trip and this location was extremely close to downtown. 7-10 minutes in peak traffic to get anywhere we wanted. Quality appliances and amenities in the home made our down time truly relaxing when when we finished with our work for he day.

This was a great place for our family reunion. The large open kitchen/livingroom, rooftop deck/poolroom was great for socializing. The beds were very comfortable with lots of extra linens.

Great Location, loved we were a short drive from downtown. The neighborhood was quiet, and garage had tons of space for our big SUV. Immediately felt at home, appreciated all the extra towels and blankets. Pricing was competitive and under most hotels for downtown. Checkout was very easy. Would have a difficult time to stay anwhere else the next time we visit nashville. This BnB raised the bar so much!

My guests and I had a tremendous experience at the estate. We couldn't have ask for more from the house itself or Hallson Hospitality. The location was perfect only 8 minutes from the center of downtown Nashville. So much room for myself and the five other guest. Communication was amazing and quick. It was one of the best ABB experiences I have had to date. Each Bedroom having its own bathroom was fantastic. The Estate was immaculate. I felt right at home and I would highly recommend anyone thinking of traveling to Nashville. I would definitely stay at this estate again in the future. Great location and a comfortable place to stay!

Beautiful place as described. Very cozy, warm, and clean. I have a suggestion to have a house book of information on the house instead of calling someone several times. When we did call they were very friendly and helpful. The information on the refrigerator for the internet did not work. The alternative they gave us did not stay connected so watching tv was impossible. All in all we had a great stay in your beautiful place. It's the little things that make a big difference. This place is absolutely wonderful! If we ever find ourselves in Nashville again, we would 100% want to stay here. The hosts are fantastic. They let us drop our bags early as our flights arrived earlier in the morning so that way we could start exploring Nashville. They also let us have a little bit of a late check out. The house was so clean, so cutlet decorated. We truly felt at home. Quick uber ride to all the things we wanted to do!

This group refused to refund us at all for a weekend in Nashville while this winter storm was forecast. I messaged them days in advance voicing our concerns. The stay was for 2 nights. It said we were eligible for a “partial refund.” Our stay total was $1400 and we got $323 back- meaning they definitely kept the cleaning fee and whatever other BS these hosts make up. Don’t use this company. Find an individual homeowner who actually has a soul,

This place was amazing. I felt like I was home. Everything was so comfortable and clean. I would recommend this place to everyone and will definitely try staying here again. The management company was also amazing, very helpful, and went above and beyond. Can't say enough good things about this location.

HUGE, three story property with so much space and comfortable surroundings. High quality bedding, towels and paper products. Kitchen is well appointed for cooking. (They even had several stock pots and a crock pot!) The top floor billiard room and outdoor space were especially fun for those evenings when you don’t want to be out but you’re also not ready for the night to end. Very clean and the private integral garage with opener made coming and going a breeze. Quite literally a 3 min walk to Belmont College, and easy drive to Vanderbilt, The Gulch, and midtown. We would absolutely stay again.

Really close to the Gulch, 12th south, midtown, Belmont and Vanderbilt college. House is three stories and has bedrooms and bathrooms on all floors, making plenty of room for everyone to sleep and get ready in their own space.

Beautiful place!

From the booking process to check out, everything went smoothly. The host was extremely helpful with questions regarding things that we would be needing during the week from limousine services to in-home IV services. We had flight issues on our way out & they worked with us and gave us free extended check out time so we would not be homeless for the morning. That is something you don't find often. The house was as described & pictured except for the rooftop area. It was much smaller than what it looked in pictures & also had zero view other than the other buildings. The house was immaculate with plenty of towels, washcloths, clean sheets & the kitchen was stocked very nicely. Where the unit was located was on a corner and the other resident parked on the street which made maneuvering on the streets very tight and at times undoable. That is not an issue with the unit but an issue with the area to be aware of. The unit has offstreet parking via the garage which was utilized.

Place was nice and easy to book. Host was responsive. Only negative is the wifi was incredibly slow.

Beautiful house located close to everything We loved our stay. The house is large enough to accommodate multiple couples, families or groups. It is beautifully decorated, very comfortable and stocked with everything you need. The location is amazing. Everything you want to do or see is within walking distance or a very short car ride. There are multiple delicious restaurants within a mile or 2 of the house. The management team is extremely nice, helpful and very responsive.

Brandon and his team were amazing. They made sure we had everything we needed. This property has felt like home. We have stayed here numerous times, and we love the space. The internet is spotty at times, but overall it is like home away from home.

I would highly recommend Brandon and his team as they could not have been better to work with. I had some scheduling issues but they were so generous and accommodating. Look forward to staying with them in the future!
