Host was incredibly responsive even at late hours and addressed a few things very quickly that we needed help with.

We hope to have the opportunity to be your home away from home in the Smoky Mountains! New management company did not provide entry code, WiFi and jacuzzi was broken. I will never rent from this company. It took more than 24 hours for maintenance to fix the WiFi and to assess jacuzzi. Customer service was terrible as they lied about assessing WiFi and I spoke with multiple agents who were not helpful and they refused to refund the stay. Thanks to AirBNB support for fixing these issues. There are many great places to stay in Pigeon Forge, stay away from this company. The owner should fire them.

We felt right at home and only mins from everything. I will defiantly visit again.
