It wa great! Location was perfect.

We were a family of 12 vacationing for fall break! We had a wonderful time at the Easton House! House was clean upon arrival and everything was as expected from pictures. We had plenty of room with the 6 bedrooms. The back deck was perfect and the easy was walk to beach was great for our littles! Only complaint was couple of bedrooms got a little hot at night but fans were located in closets which helped. Overall house was great and we would return.

The view and house are fantastic. Our family loved our time at the Easton house.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and it was wonderful each time. The location is great and the view from the porch is a postcard! All issues were immediately resolved and the property management representative was pleasant and extremely helpful. We will be back!

This was the best location for a house I've ever stayed at. The beach is much closer than it appears in the photos. It's so convenient to be able to go up and down to the house from the beach as often as you need!

We enjoyed our stay, the property description was accurate, it was clean, had a well-stocked kitchen (would love the addition of an air fryer) and excellent customer service for a couple very minor issues.

Very nice home layout and a good porch with everything in great condition. Very basic supplies provided. No issues with any appliances. The home was very clean.

The property was a nice size for our family gathering and provided adequate amenities. The kitchen and dining may have been a little on the small size to prepare/serve meals for everyone to sit down and eat at once but we were able to work around it. There is a tremendous amount of sand/beach toys, umbrellas and chairs in the storage area below the house. However, there is no direct access from below the house (and the parking area) to the beach without passing through the inside living areas so be prepared for sandy and possibly wet pathways indoors in that regard. The management company was very accommodating and provided immediate response whenever we had a problem. The drive to shopping, entertainment and restaurants is relatively significant and must be planned - that was perfect for us as we prefer to minimize our time in high populated areas while vacationing.

This house is fantastic!! Plenty of room for all 14 of us. The kids loved the bunk room! Beds were comfortable. House was very clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Loved having the icemaker and 2 fridges. Living room had plenty of seating. And the views!!! We could watch the sunset from the dining room/living room or from the deck. Plenty of parking for our 4 vehicles. Beach was not crowded and we loved being right on the beach! I wish I had asked before I brought all of this with us, but the house has a closet full of beach toys, chairs, etc for guests to use. There was also a crockpot, hair dryers in every bathroom, board games and a pack n play. This is our second stay in Morgantown. We love the area and the amenities.This has become our place to go for a beach vacation. Also our second time renting a home thru Coastal View Vacations. I won't hesitate to rent thru them again! They're great!

We have stayed in Easton House for several years and continue to have a wonderful time. The house is just right for our family and is always clean and well stocked. The staff at Coastal View is most helpful and always pleasant. Our children and their children especially like that it is so close to the beach and they can come and go as they like. Can’t wait until next year!

Stayed there before, it was great right on a private beach. Had a great time. All appliances worked great, didn't have any issues. The only thing was the Bed in the master bedroom was a little uncomfortable and could use an upgrade. Other than that, have no complaints.

Overall, we had a very good experience and will rent this house again. The house is large, the kitchen is well stocked and the view is beautiful. The dishwasher broke while we were there and the management company responded quickly and had a new one installed in 3 days. The house was clean overall but could use a deep clean (shampoo furniture, stairs, rugs and clean ceiling fans and vents).

We have always enjoyed our stays at Easton House! So convenient to the beach as well as all the amenities we need. Would love for there to be more beach chairs for guests use though. It is clean and if we needed something, the staff was always ready to help. And it’s easy to get in touch with them. We are looking forward to a return visit next year!

God blessed us with a very nice family vacation again this year where we were fortunate to have enjoyed a portion of His wonderful creation! Our visit at The Easton House was very pleasant. Although there are many properties in the area, we felt it to be a remote area of the beach which we prefer. Access to retail establishments are a bit of a drive so plan accordingly. Beach access is just a few steps away but is accessible only from within the house and not from the parking area so plan accordingly when taking outdoor things to/from the beach. Also, the beach drops off very sharply and quickly into the Gulf of Mexico so keep an eye on your little ones who like to play at the water's edge. We did experience a few problems but Guest Services was very quick to respond to have those issues addressed for us with plans to more permanently correct the problems. Guest services is also aware of the few areas throughout the property that need a little maintenance and they have plans to address those things as well. All in all we had a very nice visit and hope to return to the area!

The house was just as described on the website. There were some minor issues with the laundry room door coming off the track and difficulty opening the sliding door from the outside due to it not having a handle on it, but like I said they were minor. My family loved the house, especially sitting on the back deck and being directly on the beach. There was plenty of seating for all 20 of us. It was great having the ice machine, and an extra refrigerator just for water and drinks. I was worried about the parking, but all of our vehicles were able to be parked in the yard with no problems. My family is already talking about coming back next year.

The Easton is a lovely beachfront home. There are a couple of balconies to view the gulf and daily dolphin sightings. The kitchen is well stocked. No need to bring beach toys, plenty to pick from! Communication was excellent with Coastal View Vacations.

Family of 9, enjoyed every minute of it.

This was a great vacation home for my extended family! The extra den upstairs was perfect as a kids play room. The owners shared beach chairs, toys, etc with guests. Close access to the beach was a plus. The property manager was extremely friendly and helpful upon arrival.

We had another wonderful stay at Easton House. So much so that we are returning next year. It is a beautiful house with all the amenities needed for a seamless vacation. My daughter especially likes that she can sit on the porch and see her child building sand castles on the beach. There aren’t many people so there is plenty of beach space. All in all, perfect!

Entire family had a great week. House was great, location great and great weather. We would recommend this home.

Beautiful home, great location, clean, well stocked. It stormed late one afternoon and the upstairs air conditioning unit went out. I called Coastal View and they dispatched a repairman who came right away. I've already booked the home for 2024, which says it all. We had a great week with the entire family in order to celebrate our 50th Anniversary. We had one problem with the internet but the problem was resolved within an hour.

The house was simply amazing, my family enjoyed the house and being able to go outside and already be on the beach was an added extra bonus. The only downside about the house that we had an issue with was fact that the hot water didn't last very long. Other than we had a splendid time

Beautiful beach house with easy beach access. Plenty of room for our crew of 4 couples and kids. Large kitchen with plenty of pots, dishes, etc. Fast communication when we had Wi-Fi issues.

Had a wonderful time! My daughter got engaged right on the beach in front of the house! It was perfect! Love the house and how roomy it is ! And the location is beautiful! We will be back soon!

Our family had a FANTASTIC stay at The Easton. Nothing compares to the view and being steps from the ocean. The accommodations were just what we needed for all ages of our family...ages 1-75! Jen and Linda were so great to add a personal touch to the booking/rental process. We will talk about this vacation for years to come! Thanks for having us!

Perfect house for family vacation.

Nice and clean house, very thoughtfully set, right on the beach

We had an excellent experience! We loved the property and location. The house was beautiful and spacious. The queen bedroom on the first floor has a terrible mattress. It was very hard, noisy and felt like laying on metal. Otherwise everything else was great!

Our family had a wonderful time at the Easton House. We could not get any closer to the beach so that was perfect! And there was plenty of room for all of us.

The house was even more beautiful than the pictures. Well stocked with a great lay-out. The porch was a perfect retreat with nice furniture, and just a ramp's walk down to the gorgeous beach. The property manager was prompt to respond and gracious taking care of our requests. It was a wonderful vacation - we plan to be back next year!

This house was perfect for my family. The beach was steps from the deck which was great since we had little ones. We really enjoyed our stay at the Easton House.
