Great communication by hosts and great place!

We enjoyed our stay. Communication was very quick. The place was clean and as described.

A few hiccups but hosts were responsive and eager to help. Lovely yard for a big group. More garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels and napkins would be helpful.

Great stay for our group of 10 and we easily could have fit a few more. The home had all the amenities listed in the posting, and the hosts were quick to respond whenever we had questions. Everything we needed was just a short rideshare away. I’d definitely recommend and stay here again.

It was a beautiful home. Located close to a Mall, grocery store and gas station. Practical, clean, roomy and provided all the essentials. The host was responsible and responsive. We had a wonderful stay.

Spacious house with relaxing and accommodating backyard for large groups. Fire pit and pool were perfect amenities to and each day. Very responsive and helpful hosts

House was clean. They were very easy to get a hold of. AC shut off at night and they walked me through how to keep it on. Kitchen needs new pots and pans. Utensils were very dirty. Beds were awful and made a noise every time we turned over.

We found the location to be great for all the activities we planned during our stay. In addition, the home had so many great amenities for the kids. The host did a great job responding to any messages and the home was clean

Our stay at this Scottsdale home, "Backyard Oasis," was truly special and exactly what our family needed. The location was fantastic, and the house was incredibly comfortable for our group of 9 adults and 6 children. The kids especially loved the fun outdoor area. We were in town for my mother’s funeral, and while it was a difficult time, the warmth of this home allowed us to gather and make wonderful memories that will stay with us forever. We are so grateful to our hosts Jeff, Bridget, Kyle, and Nicole, who consistently checked in to ensure we were well and were so supportive during our loss. Thank you for your kindness and for providing such a beautiful setting for our family.

We had an absolute blast at this Airbnb for my sister's 30th birthday! The location was perfect, right on East Thomas Road in Scottsdale. The house was amazing and had everything we needed for a memorable celebration. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to have a fun getaway!

Jeff and Bridget’s listing was extremely accurate. They were very responsive. I explained something to them of a minor issue and it was fixed within 10 minutes. I don’t know how they did it but they are more than prepared.

This Airbnb was perfect for our 10 person Bachelor Party! Plenty to do at the Airbnb to keep us entertained, great grill for lunches and dinners, and short Ubers from all the hot spots in Scottsdale. Great sleeping arrangements and plenty of bathrooms. Highly recommend!

Big home with lots of amenities; we loved the hot tub, pool, table tennis @ outdoor dining area! The home is close to excellent restaurants and plenty of cool places to visit (Papago park, Camelback Mtn, shopping and much more)! Home is fully stocked and we cooked several meals (10 people) during our weeklong stay. I highly recommend this home for any Scottsdale vacation.

Home looked exactly like the photos. Size was deceiving from the outside when we arrived and I was pleasantly surprised how comfortable all 12 of us fit. Back yard is fantastic with so much space for activities and lounging. The kitchen was lacking a few of my preferred amenities, however, owners were very responsive and receptive that I believe they will take recommendations seriously. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed as a group of 10 guys on a golf trip, and the house was perfect. The house never felt crowded, had tons of space, and was clean and easy to maintain. The bunk room was bigger than it looked in the pictures, with the 4 bunks having larger and more comfortable mattresses than I would have thought. Washrooms were accessible to all and we never had an issue. 2 Fridges for drinks was helpful, and there was tons of activities to keep us busy in down time. Jeff and Bridget were incredibly responsible leading up to the trip, and flexible with check in to accommodate our group. While the house was just off a main street, it was surprisingly quiet and was significantly more peaceful than I expected. Easy access to both the highway to get to many golf courses out of the city, and to Old Town. The only minor room for improvement was there were too many chlorine tablets in the hot tub. Fantastic stay, could not recommend enough.

Beautiful place with a lot of entertainment options. The place had a lot of character and the decor was so cool and aesthetically pleasing. It’s also so close to old town which is a bonus. We were really excited to stay here for a bachelorette weekend—the listing looked great, especially the backyard. The house had plenty of space for our group of eight. Unfortunately, the home was not properly prepared for guests. There was a hole in the bathroom floor, photos and curtains were falling off the walls, trash was left outside, and the kitchen was missing basics like paper towels and soap. It appeared like the house hadn’t been flipped or cleaned properly before our arrival. The most uncomfortable issue was the AC. It was 110° outside, and the house got up to 82° inside at night. None of us were able to sleep comfortably. Despite the hosts being kind and responsive, there was no real solution available. A maintenance worker told us the AC had been malfunctioning for a few months. The backyard was beautiful and matched the listing (pool was perfect), but the overall experience was disappointing. I would only recommend booking if all maintenance and AC issues are resolved.

We really enjoyed our stay here! There was lots of space for our later group, and the home was well equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen, extra towels, etc. The home is in a great location to get to Old Town within 10 minutes. The backyard was the hangout spot!! Our group of 8 girls had a blast. The home did have a few minor things pop-up, like a missing pool net and a slow-draining sink, but the host was very communicative and it didn’t take away from the trip at all. They even ordered a new pool net for us on our stay. I would recommend staying here.

I booked this stay for 3 nights in mid June. Within 20 hours of check in, I was having to message with host back and forth to provide them with various info they wanted regarding who all was staying. This was stressful to do last minute to ensure we could get our check in info. Once we arrived to the home to check in, everything looked great. We did notice the thermostat was marking at 82 degrees mid day and notified the host to which they responded quickly. The temps continued to rise up to 86. We requested fans and an HVAC tech. Tech was not sent out until next day at mid day. We continued to have issues with AC entire time and had to involve AirBnB support as host was not helpful, just saying they were sorry and empathizing how hot it must be. There was an issue with fan delivery so we didng get them until our 3rd day. On our last night we discovered thermostat had been alerting cooling issues for 3 weeks leading up to our stay. House was cute but 85+ indoor temp ruined the trip.

Great spot, close to everything

Our group of 12 stayed here for a long weekend. Between the indoor activities and backyard, we never ran out of things to do. There was more than enough room and everyone slept comfortably. Jeff and Bridget were friendly and responsive to everything we needed. This was probably the best trip our group has ever been on and this home was a big reason for that. If you’re looking for a place in the area, this is it!!

This was perfect for 16 people on a bachelorette. It was close to all the popular spots only a 8-9 minute uber!

We stayed there with our kids and it was the perfect place for us to make memories! We loved loved loved the outside space and spent most of our time outside! They were greats hosts and also responded in a very timely manner!

We absolutely loved the home and the location of it. The outside is the best part of the house in my opinion. Our group (even though it was very cold) absolutely loved and took advantage of the backyard activities. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our stay.

The response time from Jeff and Bridget was refreshing. Never longer than 15 min and usually less than 10. I asked ALOT of questions as I looked at multiple houses and the response time was usually hours, if not a day for some. 8 of us had plenty of room in the house when we were not outside. Absolutely more than enough to do to pass the time with the selection of games. We did couples Olympics and had a blast out back. Impossible to be bored. Pictures were spot on. Open concept kitchen was nice when multiple people cook. You can tell they have spent some money on furniture inside and out. Chairs, couches and cushions around the fire pit were fantastic, and most importantly clean and not stained. Too chilly to use pool but hot tub was nice. Road noise at night could be an issue but we all had fans or apps and was no big deal. Out back you hardly notice it at all. Easy hwy access, close to old town. We were happy with our selection had a great time!

plenty of space although with the kitchen set up it is a main hwy for those to go from family room to back of home and yard and minus a much needed island for preparation and space. front yard is not for kids as it is a busy main road but back yard felt safe and plenty for everyone to do and space to eat outside , very nice and comfortable.

Fun and family friendly. Just need to check how their cleaning people do because they don’t really clean thoroughly.

Lovely stay in this beautiful home! Our family decided to celebrate Christmas week in Scottsdale, and we were looking for a clean and updated place with a backyard that we could all enjoy. It was my first time booking an Airbnb, so I was nervous that the home would not be as pictured. When we arrived, I was immediately relieved. This property was perfect for our extended family. The home had a calming and peaceful decor and big open shared spaces for us all to enjoy. We loved the fire pit and large dining table in the backyard! And we enjoyed the location near a large Greenbelt area, perfect for bike rides and walks. Our hosts were great and I really appreciated them checking in to make sure everything was going well. We will definitely recommend to others and would love to come back for another stay.
