Good Times The property is very nice. I’ve stayed there a number of times. I am not a fan of the bracelets for access. I prefer a code. I appreciate the security, but bracelets are cumbersome. I also wish there was a better access to the beach for those who don’t walk great or for those pulling wagons etc out to the beach. No issues with the room.

Great condo close to the beach! This is a great property! The condo was very nice and close to the beach. It was perfect for our family. We had plenty of space. We had a great time. We would definitely stay here again!

Room was clean, check in and out very easy. Code was already sent before we check in. No body bother is at all. Pool and beach at walking distance. Balcony had good view to the pool and can see the beach too. I will recommend and will be going back. Thank you.

This is great location, we have stayed at the crescent condos before and love the pool, ease of getting to the beach and the overall vibe of the place. Our condo was very clean and mostly comfortable and scenic stays is a great company to rent from. This was our first time staying in 107 and it was very clean but just kind of run down. I know you are going to get wear and tear in condos but it looks like this place has not received an update in awhile and the decor is kind of sad, although the carpet did look new. I would love to see them replace the patio furniture. We love to sit outside but really couldn't because there is patio furniture that has fabric cushions (not a good choice in humid places) and they were wet and moldy. I know it sounds like I am complaining a lot but they are mainly just suggestions to improve the place. Like I said, it was very clean, the condo building itself is awesome, it was very easy to check in and out, the location to the beach and restaurants are great too. We love staying that the crescent condos.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Crescent and will definitely be back! The unit was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located with easy beach access. One of our favorite amenities was the complimentary daily beach setup, which included two chairs and an umbrella. It made our beach days so relaxing and enjoyable.A few minor suggestions for improvement: the couch could use an upgrade, although it worked well as an extra bed during our stay. We would also recommend replacing the cooking pans, as the current ones are showing their age and have noticeable scratches. Additionally, the bathtub was a little challenging for bathing young children since it did not have a traditional faucet and the water flowed from only a few jets, making it difficult for rinsing during bath time.Overall, these were small issues compared to an otherwise wonderful experience. We highly recommend The Crescent and look forward to returning!

Close to grocery, shopping and dining. Pool is beautiful! Condo could use a broom.We used to get four beach chairs, and now only two. Would think it would match the number of people staying in the condo, at least four.Overall, still love the Crescent!

Pros - good location to beach, nice pool and friendly ataffCons - Armbands do not stay on large wrists. We have been staying at The Crescent for 15 years. Highly recommend.

Carpet & master bath tub Carpwt needs to be replaces & only one het works in master bath spa tub

Beautiful Condo We really enjoyed our stay here. The kitchen was well stocked with the essentials tools for cooking and appliances. The ice dispenser did randomly drop ice out on to the floor and the kitchen sink faucet is a little leaky. Minor things to us though. All the rooms were clean and stocked with essentials to get us started for our stay. The only complaint I have is the bed in the master bedroom seems to have a broken box spring or bed base on one side. It caused that side of the bed to slope down which was a little uncomfortable. Otherwise everything else was great! We would definitely return.

First Time In Miramar Our stay was great. Staff was helpful at check-in. Room was clean and as described. The pool area was clean and the beach perfect.

Wonderful condo. Would have loved to be a little higher for the view but it was wonderful other than that. Hated to leave . Hope to come back maybe in the fall.

John It was great — the crescent always is — 2 things that were a little different — we got there and was told the tv box had been taken so we had no tv in the living room until the next day and we are in eastern time not having the pool or the gate to get to the beach open until ten (9 central)— yes I know we can walk outside by the grills — carrying 2 coolers jammed full up two flights of stairs then down 2 to get to the beach— where the main one is mostly ramps— would that really change anything—- no we are looking for other weeks in the August to come again. Love this place!!!!!

Crescent 107 The unit was nice, except for the dirty carpet which needs to be removed and replaced with tile or vinyl flooring. I am hoping that will happen before my stay next Jan and Feb. Desk people were nice and responsive.

Comfortable Stay Carpet looks worn but clean. Second bath needs attention such as rust around the faucet. Master bedroom was excellent. Definitely would return to this unit.

Great property and location. Unit was clean and as described. Easy access to the beach. The condo is conveniently located in walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants and bars.

Needs updating While the stay was good the place needs some attention. There was a hole in bathroom ceiling, carpets were old and worn and stained. There was a missing baseboard in the kitchen. Furniture was broken down and sagging. Outside furniture was rusted. Location to the beach was great. Just general upkeep was needed.

Stay September 25 th thru October 1st We’ve stayed here before and the other rooms were excellent. This room had stain on the carpet and found hair hanging off of the hair dryer in the master bath when we got there. Guess there was water damage because of a hole in the ceiling in the master bath and there was a loose piece of baseboard that was just sitting against the corner of the cabinet in the kitchen and a Very limited supply of cookware. Otherwise everything was great.

Room 107 My only suggestion is to upgrade the skillet you have in the condo! Unable to cook eggs in the am. Everything sticks to the pot. Add more pots for cooking! Everything else was lovely!

Nice place The condo was okay- the carpet was a little dingy and gross, and the kitchen was not equipped with what we needed. There was one small pot and one small pan. More cookware is needed for sure!! Overall a decent stay!!

The crescent 107 Beautiful floor layout. Kitchen and bathrooms were very clean. Carpet in livingroom and bedroom were extremely musty smelling and visibly dirty. We loved the “porch” area off the bedroom and the views were incredible.

Very comfortable and felt safe staying The unit was very nice with the exception of the carpet which first night in was musty smelling. The smell got better the more the ac unit was used as well as the ceiling fans. The kitchen area was very versatile. We enjoyed our stay
