Great location Beautiful Staff easy to work with Great company

The house was enjoyable. The kids loved the pool. There were a couple of hiccups when we 1st arrived but those were quickly resolved. The house could use a deep cleaning though.

Had a great time at the Crazy Pearl. Outdoor area and pool were awesome. Kitchen and living room were spacious enough for all 8 of us to move around freely. Seems the oven has an issue holding at the temp you set but we made due. Bedrooms were nice, sheets were clean. Upstairs hall toilet leaks a little and was reported to host. All in all no real issues here great place to stay.

Nice place. We loved the fenced yard and the opportunity to bring our dogs. Great location. The beach is less than a 10 minute walk. The Beach House restaurant is also a very doable walk. Great walking path right out front. Could be even better with a deep cleaning and some TLC. Jen with Coastal View Vacations and Allison the property manager were great to work with.

We were very happy with our stay. The house is large and well taken care of. The beach is a several minute walk away; there are places to park and walk across to the beach for a shortened walk. The office also reached out to make sure everything was good and to let us know if we needed anything to just let them know. We also had our pets with us and greatly appreciated the fenced yard.

So the location was amazing. Walking distance to the beach. If u have a lot of stuff there's closer parking spots but very limited. It was our first time in gulf shores and I have to say the place is very beautiful. Alot of things to do with families plus shopping and restraunts. All very close. The pool in the back yard was very nice especially on sunny days just relaxing and cooking out on the grill. Private yard helped out with our 2 dogs. That was very nice. The house it self was ok just a few minor things. Like the master had no blinds or curtains so my parents stayed in that room and they were up all night because the lights outside shined through their window. The master bathroom was not cleaned we go there. If you sat still you could feel the house shake while others were walking around. Kindof scared me a little. Other than that the place was nice and my family and I had amazing 6 day vacation. Oh and yes very well on communication no problem there at all. The AC went out on the first or 2nd day we were there and they had them out within min and fixed! Thank you so much for that. Overall we enjoyed our stay thank you

Had a good time at the house. Kids loved the pool. Had an issue with the master bedroom bed but the owner addressed it quickly. Only thing I would recommend would be more towels, kitchen and house daily’s like trash bags, dish soap , coffee toilet paper. You pretty much have to go buy this stuff. Other than that. We would stay again

The Crazy Pearl house was awesome. It was very clean and the private pool was awesome. The whole family enjoyed it. The location to the beach was great. Not far at all from the house. The only downside was the steps for my elderly mother. If you have someone with difficulty walking or navigating steps, this may not be a good fit. But the house was perfect

Overall our stay was great! The home was very clean along with the pool. We enjoyed relaxing on the deck each morning. We were disappointed there was no shade by the pool. It would’ve been nice to have a way to get out of the sun but still relax by the pool. The other complaint I had was the silverware. It was very lacking. Almost all of the forks and spoons were so small I felt like they were for little kids.

We liked the closed in pool and grass area for our dog. The place could use a deep clean. Walls were dirty with ‘stuff’ that could be wiped away and we had to mop parts of the floor that were dirty. The metal gate needs to be fixed-very rusty and we were scared to get cut handling it. Thank goodness we didn’t have any small kids around it. The bunkbeds are definitely for kids who don’t care about comfort! Also, we had to clean up what looked like pieces of broken glass on the concrete underneath the unit. Other than needing a good cleaning, there was plenty of space and the pool was nice. The sectional sofa needs a good cleaning too-It smelled so we pulled a comforter off of one of the beds and put it on the sectional to be able to sit on it. :0

Very nice location and great house. We loved the neighborhood for walking the dog and the rear deck and yard was great. House was clean and well equipped.

This was a great house to stay in,close to the beach and the fence was a plus for our dogs. We would stay here again if we come back, thanks for the early check in too!!

We were satisfied with the location and price (we got a major discount in August 2024 since we booked 3 days prior) since this was a last minute trip. The property would be excellent if furniture was updated (couches & recliner were very stained) and some things were cleaned better. Baseboards/corners were pretty dirty. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom was very dusty. The shower curtain liner in the master bathroom had pink mold on it (a simple fix would be to just replace it prior to new tenants). The refrigerator was very dirty inside and out and smelt very bad. We had to buy candles and room spray as soon as we arrived, honestly I think it’s from the older furniture! The pool is most definitely what sells this property, but we didn’t use it whatsoever since we were there for the beach and it was too hot during the day. We would’ve used it at night had there been lighting around or inside the pool, but the only lighting outside was on the deck so it was too far away to light up the entire pool. While I definitely wouldn’t pay full price for this house, getting it at the cost we did was satisfactory.

Everything was great for an our stay. We even got to go in a little early on check in day. That was nice since we arrived early and were killing time. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Best thing was our own pool! Would highly recommend for any family!

Great rental!! The yard and pool are wonderful. We loved the deck. You you have a pet, you will love the yard and deck that is fully fenced. The house is a good layout and overalll fairly clean. It needs extra attention in some areas like doors around door handles and such.

Accommodations were as expected. It could use some updating but was very convenient to all of the action and restaurants. The rental company was very nice and responsive to any and all emails and text. I would use them again.

Master bathroom shower could use some work (slow draining tub and rusty shower curtain rod), but we just used the shower in the other bathroom. This was the perfect stay for my wife and I with our four young adult children. The pool was fantastic and a great place to relax when we were all beached out. Would book this location again without a doubt.

Will definitely come back

We had a nice stay here. Close walk to the beach. I even was able to walk a little over a mile to a nice coffee shop from the home. Loved that the dogs could come stay too. The patios and pool were so nice. We felt relaxed during our entire stay.

The house is in a great location with the city and with activities. The beach is close enough that you can easily walk and bars/ restaurants are a very short drive or bike ride. The pool was great and big enough for many people, with enough room to swim and relax at the same time. I would for sure recommend to a friend that wanted to be off the main drag and have a quiet relaxing stay.

This house has so much potential to be a wonderful vacation house. We enjoyed our stay and the pool was great to have for the kids. I was a little let down that the floors were pretty dirty, lots of hair, pet and human. I also found random trash and a half empty water bottle by the pool. I told the property manager and they didn't seem super concerned. So if you have a complaint contact them IMMEDIATELY and maybe they will be more responsive. Other than that, it was a nice place with a lot of space. Just make sure you bring your own everything, it really is bare bones.

Great location, not far from the beach, loved the pool and outside area.

We stayed with kids and grandkids. The location was close to the beach accesses. The salt water pool with the four corner landings was perfect for parents enjoying the pool with their kids. We also enjoyed the walking path across the street. The outdoor living spaces were a hit.

We had a great time, especially in the pool. Close to the beach where our granddaughter found lots of shells.

This house is fantastic. It's in a great location and the saltwater pool was great. The set up is perfect for sitting out on the deck rain or shine.

The house was good but the outside entertainment area was excellent!!!! The pool area is fantastic! We will rent here again just because of that!!! All the furniture was composite and had enough seating on all levels for outside lounging!!!! Loved not being on the main road, traffic on the main road was nuts!!! I wish there would have been a list of things the house offered (k cup or regular coffee pot?, blender, crock pot,electric skillet) by the way it offers all of the above. Will go back here for sure!!!!

The Crazy Pearl was a great property for a relaxing, quiet and lovely vacation. The common living and outdoor space were very comfortable and spacious. Great for entertaining or just hanging out. The pool area was a great are to hang out. The beach was an easy 5 minute walk. The beds were very comfortable, best sleep in ages. Open floor plan and spacious kitchen were perfect for our 2 week stay.

Overall it was a very nice experience. There are a few things that need to repaired on the steps and deck(nails sticking up and a bad board on the steps) and there were no towels in the lower bathroom, otherwise everything was very nice. Plenty of cookware and pots and pans for any need, appliances were very nice. We would stay there again.
