★★★★★ We had a great stay and everyone in our group had a really fun time! There were 12 of us, and the house had plenty of room for everyone to hang out together while still having space to spread out when needed. One thing to keep in mind is that you’ll be driving into Dallas for most activities, but we actually didn’t mind that. After being out all day, it was nice coming back, throwing on a movie, sitting on the couch, and just relaxing with friends and family. The hosts were responsive whenever we reached out and easy to communicate with throughout the stay. Overall, the house worked well for our group, we made a lot of good memories here, and we’d definitely stay again if we were back in the area.

We had a great time. Large group of us there for a wedding. We all had our own bathrooms which was so great. Everyone felt very much at home. Pool was great and relaxing. Walking to the lake was a nice reprieve. Host was very responsive when we needed something - Very grateful for that. Location was fantastic for us as it was close to the wedding venue. We had an absolute blast. Thank you so much!

We had a fantastic experience staying at 200 Cove. Hannah was an excellent host—very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The home itself was beautiful, comfortable, and very well maintained. Smooth check in and no-hassle check out! The pool and backyard were a huge highlight, providing a great space to relax and spend time with the family. We also really appreciated the convenience of the indoor garage parking. Will definitely stay again - I highly recommend.

This place was exactly as described and exceeded our expectations. It was very spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The amenities were great, and one of our favorite parts was being able to relax by the lake and enjoy the beautiful views. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend staying here to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway.

House was beautiful, very clean and the fact that it had 6 bedrooms and 7 full bathroom was great! Two of the bedrooms were downstairs which was great for the grandparents! Kids loved the game room upstairs. Rooms were all pretty big as well as the closets. We had access to park two cars in the garage. Driveway was a little struggle if you have several vehicles since you will get fined to park on the street or other place beside the driveway. 5 vehicles is probably the max to have there. This is a Five Star House for sure!

Thank you to Hannah and team for a fantastic stay. My family and I were looking for a large property to meet at one spot and relax, catch up and make memories. Everything was as advertised (except for the area ducks cooling off in the pool, lol) and the communication was second to none. We had an issue with the coffee maker on the first morning and by that afternoon there was a new one at the door. This gesture went over quite well with the many coffee drinkers in the house. True customer service! highly recommend this property--modern, clean and well equipped; It will be well worth it!

We had a small family reunion at the house and were thrilled with everything about it! Hannah and her team quickly responded to every inquiry and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool, lakefront, kayaks, and standup paddle boards.

Loved this house and host! The linens, kitchenware, bathroom towels and such were all very clean. The place is well decorated and we loved the back patio & pool.

Great stay!

The house was great! We brought in our sales team and it was extremely convenient as everyone had their own bathroom connected to each bedroom. The house was clean, extremely well stocked (probably better than any other stay at an Airbnb) and was setup extremely well. Really appreciated the electric skillet as it allowed us to cook for our group easily. Plenty of smart tv's and the backyard was awesome, you can even walk down to the public lake behind the house. Hannah was a great host and checked in often to make sure everything was going well. Check out was extremely easy with easy to follow instructions. It was refreshing to stay somewhere that felt like the host genuinely wanted us to enjoy our stay instead of just a transaction. We weren't required to clean half the house prior to check out like other Airbnbs either so while we took care of the place we didn't feel like we were the cleaning staff. Highly recommend a stay here.

Another amazing stay!!! We have a work team come in to support one of our locations, staying here is much better than renting 6 hotel rooms. Team works until 2am in a comfortable space where all our laptops fight. Kitchen is Amazing!! Losing the membership points is so worth it.

Hannah was great to work with from start to finish and was very communicative and quick to respond to any message. We enjoyed the spacious bedrooms at this house and loved that each one had a private bathroom! Both of those things were super with having the whole family under one roof and made it easy to relax. We all enjoyed the backyard area, especially the chairs around the firepit, and the hot tub was put to good use. The kitchen was well-stocked too. The kids loved the game room and having some balls and toys in the garage for them to use. Our stay on Cove Drive was an enjoyable family time!

This home was fantastic! Plenty of room for everyone. We celebrated our Thanksgiving here with my children and their children and it was wonderful and we can’t wait to come back. Things that stood out were that every bedroom had its own bathroom plus there was an additional bathroom upstairs and downstairs. There were plenty of bedrooms and beds, the children enjoyed the full over full bunks w trundles. The adults enjoyed the 2 spacious masters & spalike baths. There was plenty of dining seating in the dining room, kitchen area and bar. The living room sectional was very comfortable as well and plenty of tvs to watch holiday movies and keep all entertained. The children loved the game room. The hot tub was great as well. Outside space with the fire pit and seating was also a favorite and many s’mores made. We did some hiking in the area as well. Thank you Hannah & team for making this holiday family trip an awesome memory!

Fabulous home in excellent location. Coffee station was such a treat! The beds were very comfortable!! Plenty of linens and towels. This will be a beautiful summer retreat when the pool is completed!!! Host was very responsive with all communication and made the difference in our stay! Would definitely stay again when back in North Texas.

Hannah's property was as described. It was especially accommodating for multi related families. Property was homey and comfortable. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was amazing. Provided all the amenities you need for a very pleasant stay. Washer/Dryer set up was really nice. Worked out perfectly!

This house was stunning! The fact that there was a full bathroom attached to every bedroom was a super-great benefit. We had plenty of room for everyone to sleep and to hang out with the living room, dining room, and upstairs loft area. There is also lots of closet space if you have extra clothing or intend to make an extended stay and want to have places to store items. The large closets also worked great for us as a place to have for the babies to sleep and not be woken by the noise from the family talking in the main house area Hannah is super responsive, one of the best communicators, getting back to us on multiple occasions within 30 minutes of our asking questions. The upstairs master is built over the garage and did not stay cool very well, which is the only warning I would give people who stay there in the future. We purchased a box fan to try and draw some of the cool air in from the hallway. We then noticed that there is a pedestal fan in the garage that we could have used.

We stayed here as a group of 9 and loved it! Amongst the feedback I got from the people staying with me, the highlights are the comfortable beds and pillows, having bathrooms in every bedroom, and it is spacious enough that we never felt any room was too crowded (all problems that we've had at other places we've booked in the past). The backyard was a great place to hang out for cornhole and sitting by the fire pit. It was everything we were looking for on a relaxing 3 day retreat and we'll definitely book again if we come back to the Dallas area!

A Truly Special Getaway — Comfort, Connection, and Everything We NeededOur stay at this beautiful home was everything we hoped for and more. We gathered for a long-overdue family reunion — our first time together since our dad passed away unexpectedly two years ago — making this trip especially meaningful. This home gave us the comfort, space, and peace we needed to reconnect, reflect, and create joyful new memories.From the start, the management company was responsive and helpful, making everything smooth and stress-free. When we arrived, the home was spotless, well-stocked, and even better than described. It’s clearly been lovingly maintained and thoughtfully prepared.There was plenty of room for everyone, including quiet corners for those working remotely. The fast Wi-Fi, desks, and calm surroundings made it easy. The beds were very comfortable, and there were more than enough linens and towels.The kitchen had everything we needed for big family meals. Outside we roasted s’mores, there’s an horn to soak in under the stars, annd we spent hours paddleboarding and kayaking with the gear provided. Rainy days brought indoor fun — the kids loved the ski ball game, video console, and board games.The nearby boat ramp made getting on the water easy, and the quiet neighborhood with truly felt like a retreat. With two washer/dryers, even laundry was a breeze. This trip was healing for us all, and we’re deeply grateful for the memories made here. Highly recommend!

I loved everything about this house. Hannah was the best!

I stayed in this lovely home for 3 nights with my family of 9 and I wish we could of stayed longer. The house was perfect and clean. It had everything we needed for the stay. All we had to buy was food. They had a perfect coffee bar set up, clean dishes, towels,and linens.I loved how there were so many bathrooms and all kept so clean and water pressure was amazing in all the bathrooms' including the amazing showers in BOTH master bathrooms. The gameroon was so fun for the kids and the adults! the lake was so close and easy access to go canoeing,so fun! there was just enough woods and wildlife to be completely content, we got to see fish splashing in the lake and even saw a family of rabbits just standing in the backyard. it was so beautiful 😍 Hannah was always just a text away if I needed her, I never did, but she was easy to communicate with when she welcomed us,checked in and prepared us for check out. This is definitely a home you want to stay at! 10STARS!! Absolutely Perfect💯

The house was wonderful. We were in town for a family wedding. 12 of us slept comfortably. The abundance of bathrooms were extremely helpful when we were all getting ready for each event. The kids loved the game room. Hannah was extremely quick to respond to any questions I had before and during our stay. We would definitely stay there again! I highly recommend their place!

The house felt super private and peaceful but was still close to everything. We’d definitely come back again, best airbnb we have ever stayed at!

Meticulously Well-kept The property was meticulously maintained and every amenity that we needed was there. I was especially impressed that not only did every room have a bathroom in it, but I believe they each also had their own shower and tub. The layout was very convenient and the owners maintained great communication with me throughout. I would recommend this home to anyone and above anything that I have ever stayed at. And I've had rentals right on the beach in Hawaii! This place is THAT friggin' nice!
