My family of four fit perfectly in the home! The property was clean and exactly as described in the listing. We enjoyed a 3 night stay and enjoyed how close it was to everything - food, stores, beach access, etc. Definitely would recommend for your next stay in Port A!

The condo was in a good part of town. Easy access to the beach via golf cart or car. I would recommend bringing your own beach towels as those aren’t provided. There is a laundry space on-site of the building. Would definitely stay here again.

The place was clean, but the walls are VERY thin, and the outside looks fairly run down. The WiFi connection was poor, and we were unable to watch any TV at all.

Had everything we needed and was very clean!

The property is close to the beach entrance and is spacious inside. Would recommend to anyone wanting a good value stay in Port A.

I loved our experience. Even when we arrived and needed some directions, we had an IMMEDIATE response that resolved the issue. It was a great experience and was just what we needed in between aquatic adventures.

Check in was easy, the condo was clean and in a popular location. Very close to everything including the beach. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this location.

Pros: On the more affordable side of AirBnBs and condos in Port Aransas. Close to the beach. Easy to reach rental property management. Modern kitchen appliances. Cons: Other than the kitchen appliances, everything else is pretty dated. The dining table chairs seem to be sagging on the seat cushion part and is very uncomfortable to sit in. Other previous reviewers have mentioned that the bed has a plastic material underneath that makes loud crunchy noises when you move around and it is very uncomfortable to sleep on. Another previous reviewer mentioned that the curtains in the bedrooms are "sheer," pretty much see through. It lets all the street lights in at night and the sunlight right in in the morning. Neither have been replaced even after previous feedback. It faces a busy street where everyone drives their golfcart rentals and blast music, so good luck sleeping if you're a light sleeper. The doors make really loud squeaky noises when opening and closing, not good for toddlers nap.

Had a great stay here for vacation. Would highly recommend for the next family/friends. This Airbnb has a great location very central to the beach and activities.

Everything was clean, comfy, and relaxing. Loved the sunshine hitting the rooms giving it the warm glow of vacation. Not full beach access but we made our way not too far. Property wise this makes you feel like vacation is here so relax enjoy the breeze and be mindful of your neighbors. Wished we could of stayed longer due to "computer error" our stay was cut short still a good stay for the time being.

Came to town for a wedding and this rental was just the place to accommodate on a budget.

This place was above our expectations! Clean and in a great location for a fraction of the price of others in the area. As a family of 4 this was the PERFECT place to stay this weekend for the Kite Fest. Thank you!!

Communication great, the hotel was great. Looked cute -er inside than it did out. The only thing that we didnt like was the TV. The TV didnt have a second remote to turn it up so when we had family dinners it was hard to relax and watch a movie together. Everything else was great.

I really enjoyed staying here. I will definitely book again in the future. Very peaceful and Close to the beach is a plus!

This was like staying at a poor, tired old hotel! I literally re washed every dish and utensil that we used. It was poorly outfitted for actual cooking. Beds were very hard and uncomfortable.. luckily I always bring my own pillows because these were huge! I had to scrub the bathtub before using it. Mattresses are covered with ripped plastic..

Great location. This place is only minutes from the beach and local attractions. We stayed over spring break and it was very loud and lots of traffic on 11th street but this had nothing to do with accommodations. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The location is great! right near the beach and other interesting locations in town. The apartment condo is a bit older, and the age shows a bit. The bathroom especially shows it's age. But overall, satisfied with the place. also, may be because it's spring break, the apartment was located next to the streets, so it does have some noise. but I am not a light sleeper so didn't bother me too much. Finally, I wish there was a hair dryer. I think considering it's spring break and we booked last minute, we are satisfied with the accomodations. would recommend.

Never was told about 25+ age restriction and let the host know multiple times I was not of age and nothing was ever said until I drove 17 hrs to stay at this place and they said I couldn’t stay and kept my 800 dollars. Terrible customer service.

The place was nice enough for the price but the plastic bed covers made sleeping tough. Similar to sleeping on a plastic crib mattress. Not enough toilet paper, paper towels were left for our stay we had to buy more. Only one hand towel for 3 people for 4 days. Only one dish towel for a full kitchen for those 4 days. This condo needs to be stocked better according to occupancy and days of stay.

It was a comfortable place to stay for our short trip and we felt it was reasonable for the cost.

The pictures are exactly like the listing shows. Kitchen is well stocked with what is needed. Nicely located between two drive up beach entrances, if there was a walking path to the beach we did not know about it. A mile or less to seafood restaurants, tourist shops and ice cream. The only small inconvenience was the curtains are sheer in the bedrooms and the sun rises into them making the room super bright in the mornings.

I loved it here! Wonderful place.

We enjoyed our stay. It was peaceful, comfortable, and easy to get to. On the down side, this is definitely a business venture, not a private home rental. There were no extra amenities or personal touches that are often available at Air BnBs. For example, there was no coffee or even washcloths.

We had a great time. We definitely will be back. I just wish the check out time was a little later.

Girls Getaway Great location, clean and easy to get to. Rooms were plenty big and bath/kitchen were stocked with the things needed. TV remote connectivity was poor, lagging and had to turn volume up to 100 to listen. Put on subtitles in order to watch a show.

It was exactly what we needed for our weekend stay. Will definitely be back!

Good location, small and quiet condo set. Frequent contact from the host offering support if needed. Could use a touch up paint on the outside, but overall we'll maintained property.

All good. We had a few things that needed tending to and the right person arrived quickly to take care of it.

Great place for a family of 4. I think the only thing I would recommend is maybe some instruction on how to lock the door when leaving the condo for us older people. My kids figured it out for us. Everything else was perfect!

Sand Key Vacation Rental's is my go to host whenever staying in Port Aransas, their properties are always great. This property was clean and comfortable, perfect for a coastal getaway.

Had an amazing stay with Sand Key! Everything was as described and very well maintained despite the building being older. Quick walk to the beach as well! Highly recommend and will be staying again in the foreseeable future!

It was exactly as advertised, and worth the rate we paid.

Place is very quaint and quiet just like we were hoping! Only thing that I would recommend would be to maybe get more lighting in the living room area. Some wafer lights or even a ceiling fan/light combo would be great in there. With only the floor lamp it was kind of dark. Otherwise it was a fantastic place to stay! Lighting is most definitely not a deal breaker!

Checkin directions were clear and easy. The place was completely spotless, up to date and modern. The mattresses were not the most comfortable.

Great space for a quick trip!
