About this property

Slide into the pool while the citrus trees drip morning light and the day is still yours to plan. This Arcadia home is built for making memories.

- Private pool & hot tub
- Citrus grove backyard
- Ping pong & foosball
- Fire pit + BBQ grill
- Sleeps 8, 3BR/3BA
- Dog friendly, parking for 3

Picture this: the kids cannonballing into the pool while dinner sizzles on the grill and the citrus trees perfume the whole backyard. That's an ordinary evening at this Arcadia home, tucked into one of Phoenix's most charming, tree-lined neighborhoods.
Inside, three well-designed bedrooms and three full bathrooms comfortably sleep up to 8 guests:

- Bedroom 1: king bed, ensuite bathroom, smart TV
- Bedroom 2: two twin/twin bunk beds, shared bathroom, smart TV
- Bedroom 3: queen bed, beanbags, shared bathroom, smart TV

The open-concept living room flows right into the kitchen and dining area, so nobody's left out of the conversation while you're cooking. The chef's kitchen comes fully stocked with high-end stainless appliances and a Keurig and drip coffee maker for early risers. Need to squeeze in a work call? There's a dedicated workspace waiting for you.

But the real magic happens out back. A private pool and hot tub anchor a genuinely resort-style yard, with a fire pit, BBQ grill, ping pong table, poolside basketball hoops, and floaties for the kids. It's the kind of backyard that turns a quick trip into a "let's just stay one more day."

Our local team is close by throughout your stay, so you can relax and soak up everything Arcadia has to offer.

The area

You're right in the heart of Arcadia, a leafy, citrus-lined Phoenix neighborhood tucked at the foot of Camelback Mountain, and it shows the moment you pull up.

Food & drink: Some of the city's best local spots are within walking distance or a quick stroll away, and a short drive opens up even more of Arcadia's dining scene, from casual patios to upscale steakhouses.

Outdoors: Camelback Mountain hiking trails and the Arizona Canal path are both close by, perfect for a morning walk or bike ride.

Attractions: The Desert Botanical Garden, Phoenix Zoo, and Heard Museum are all an easy drive away, great for a family day out.

Shopping: Biltmore Fashion Park is about 10 minutes away, with Old Town Scottsdale and Fashion Square Mall roughly 15-20 minutes out.

Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout the area if you'd rather leave the driving to someone else.

A car is the easiest way to explore everything Arcadia and the greater Phoenix area have to offer, with parking for up to 3 vehicles right at the house. Uber and Lyft are also readily available if you'd prefer not to drive.

“My family and I had a great 8 night stay at the Citrus House! My sons, ages 18 and 10, had fun swimming and playing ping pong. My older parents loved the hot tub. It’s a great location when visiting a GCU student. Central to everything we wanted to do and see. We would definitely stay here again on a future visit!”
