We travelled with a group of 19 and had units C&D. Both units are very nice, great size kitchens and plenty of space to sleep our group. The house is very clean and well maintained. The units have a semi-shared rooftop patio which had a nice view of the city as well. Would absolutely stay here again travelling with a big group.
Loved our stay here!! Was perfect for a big group and everyone loved the space. Our only suggestion would be to deep clean some of the rugs! The people helping out were extremely responsive and friendly. Made our stay spectacular.
Absolutely perfect for our 16 people bachelor/ bachelorette party. The location is great, 5 minute drive to downtown but still far enough to enjoy quiet evening on the rooftop. We loved that every bedroom had their own bathroom and the shuffle board/ games were a great addition to liven up pre-gaming before a night out! Only comments would be we never got a text confirming that our units were ready for check-in (we just tried the door code shortly after 4pm), but since some of us got there around 9am, and the hosts were aware since we had to store our luggage, it would have been nice to have gotten a text when they were ready. And the units definitely have some wear-n-tear from use, not 'dirty' at all but scuffs on the walls, markings on furniture, blemishes in bathrooms, exc. Overall, a great experience and we are already thinking of booking again for my step-brother's 21st birthday!
The 2 houses next to each other were super convenient with a bigger group of people. The location was great, loved that it had free parking. Both houses decorated nicely. House could use a good deep clean (rugs, baseboards, rooftop furniture) but was overall a great stay and we would stay again.
We had a really great stay in Nashville and the houses we rented were really nice, good price and great location to Broadway! We would definitely stay there again.
Perfect location for our work trip! Close to downtown, yet quiet. Floor plans worked great for our group with bedrooms on each level. If we make it back to Nashville, we would definitely look to rebook.
We came to celebrate a bachelor party, and these houses had everything we needed. We went with a group of 16 men, and not a single person complained. Beds were comfortable, house was clean, and no one felt crammed at all. The location is ideal. About a 6-7 minute drive to Broadway, and you could even take the scooter into town as well (which was a lot of fun). The team was very responsive whenever I had questions, so a big thank you to them for the timely responses! Thank you for hosting us, and I hope to be back in Nashville sometime soon!

The bedrooms and condos were very clean; however the photos of the roof top area did not accurately display the wear and tear on the furniture there.
