The view and location was perfect. The beach felt private most times. Our family had a wonderful time.

Great stay We did a family vacation ages ranging from 21-6. Checkin was great super easy and house was very clean. It came with everything you need for a great stay. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. It also came with beach toys, chairs, net, beach towels etc. The only thing we needed to purchase was fishing pools. Our stay was amazing 10/10 recommend this vrbo and navarre.

Great place! The townhouse was beautifully decorated. It was perfect for our family of 6. There were plenty of dishes and utensils. The upstairs air conditioner quit cooling but it was fixed by a maintenance person within 2 hours after calling it in. We loved the view of the ocean from the patio and the upstairs balcony.

Beautiful and peaceful My family had a great relaxing vacation. Hope to return in the future.

Perfect Location We were looking for a quieter spot for our annual family vacation this year. The Carlyle was the perfect location. The house is amazing. The deck has beautiful views of the white sandy beach. We hope to make this our annual spot. The only negative...and it certainly isn't a big deal considering what an amazing time we had...the rental states it includes beach service. It isn't a true beach service. We called and got everything set up. They didn't come until 9:30 on the 2nd day. We tipped the young man and told him we were there for 9 more days. We never saw them again. We had a 10 day rental. The equipment is not stored in the traditional boxes out of the weather. It was left at the end of the boardwalk and was in pretty bad condition. We were able to set it up ourselves for the rest of the stay.

Repeat Guests We’ve stayed in the property 3-4 times now & it just doesn’t get any better. Perfect location on the beach & comfortable for the whole family. Kitchen is well stocked making it easy to eat at home, but restaurants are just a quick drive if you want to go out. Can’t beat the view and the quiet area.

Great vacation rental property My family and I had a great stay at “The Carlyle.” The townhouse was very clean, well equipped and comfortable. The beach was beautiful and not very busy. It is a very family friendly location, my children loved it. I just wish we could have stayed longer! I would highly recommend this property.

Only way to enjoy the beach Very upscale luxury feel to the decor and design, we loved having the balcony to listen to the waves at night. Best part is as a family of 6 we could come and go from the house to the beach so conveniently if someone needed something, food, bathroom etc. They could just run back up themselves. No packing lots of stuff or even needing to walk across the road, you're right there. Navarre is the most friendly and polite town I've been to in a long time. Every thing we needed store wise was minutes away. And there might have been only 20 to 30 people within viewing distance of where we were on the beach. Also they have a beach service that sets up your chairs and umbrellas daily if the wind isn't too high. Will definitely be back one day.

Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or a solo retreat to recharge, this place delivers. It’s not just a stay—it’s an experience. We left with sun-kissed skin, salty hair, and hearts full of memories. Already dreaming of our return.

Affordable luxurious beach getaway The property is as beautiful as it is in the pictures. I love the balcony/decks that overlook the white sand and emerald waters. I enjoyed the boogie boards, nets, and beach chairs that were in garage. Fantastic luxurious place!!!!

Beautiful Townhouse We always love to stay at the Carlyle. It’s very upscaled and comfortable place to stay!

Nice luxurious getaway This property sits at the end and so we had even more privacy. The townhome is loaded with things you'll need such as pans, cups, or bowls! Even toilet papers, napkins, 1,2 or days of laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent. We love how we just open the back door and step right to the beach!! You cant beat that! The only thing was the internet. It was dropping off and on. Called to discuss the matter. We reset and all. Still, it didn't improve. We did not call in again though

Our stay at the Carlyle Our experience at The Carlyle Townhouse was nearly perfect! The Townhouse itself was extremely comfortable and beautiful! It was nicely stocked, clean, and there were quite a few amenities. The price was a little high, but you get what you pay for and it was definitely a high end Townhouse! It had beautiful views, easy access to the beach, and it was a quick walk to the water. There is one thing though that I would have changed and I feel it was somewhat confusing! The chairs and umbrella situation could have been handled a little different. Any time that we've ever stayed on a beach where chairs and umbrellas where part of the stay, we never questioned which ones where ours, except for our stay here. I would like to suggest putting the last names on the back of them when they are up! That way there wouldn't be any confusion on the ones that where yours. We had some confusion that was resolved, but wished that would have never been an issue! Otherwise, our stay was memorable and we plan on coming back next summer there!

Beautiful beach home Gorgeous home with tall ceilings and large chandeliers make this place very impressive. Perfect location right in the beach. House was clean on arrival with plenty of toiletries to get you started. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to fix meals at the home. The dishwasher is a drawer type and probably holds 40% capacity compared to a normal dishwasher. Something to keep in mind if you have a large family. Also the internet doesn’t have great coverage/reliability. There are areas of the townhouse which don’t get enough coverage to load a web page. The internet sporadically went down sometimes for 30 seconds-5 minutes. This would happen repeatedly throughout our week long stay. Sometimes 5-8 times an hour. Other times it would be fine most of the day. If you plan on doing any kind of work that you need to have a continuous connection I would plan accordingly. I’m taking one star off for the responsiveness/misinformation of the management company. I believe there is room for improvement in that area. We arrived late Saturday evening and picked up our keys from a lock box outside the Vacasa office as they were closed already. Multiple signs at the townhouse stated only one vehicle can be parked outside the garage or it will be towed. The code for the garage is not given in any information online or in the welcome folder in the townhouse. I called the Vacasa office Sunday during business hours as the local office is closed on Sunday. They gave me a code to the garage which turned out not to work. I had to wait until Monday and call the local office to get the correct code for the garage. On Wednesday night of our trip there were some bad storms nearby and I guess the alarm panel is synced with weather alerts and repeatedly between 11pm-2am the alarm system went off with a tornado warning. It went off every 20-30 minutes and all you can do is dismiss the alert on the panel. The panel itself is not functioning correctly and has a ghosted/duplicate image of itself making navigation of menus next to impossible. The alarm itself is a loud piercing siren that woke us up out of our sleep. I ended up just sitting by the alarm system downstairs to silence it every time it went off so my family could try to get some rest. After the alarm went off 4 times I called the emergency Vacasa number as I didn’t know what else to do. This was approximately 12:45am. The lady on the phone said there was nothing she could do, but would put in a request for the local office to come look at it and fix it once they get in first thing in the morning. I never received a phone call or follow up so I called the local office at 3pm to check on the status. The gentlemen that answered was polite and concerned, but was unaware of what was going on. He looked up the incident where I called and noted that the main office I called placed it on a specific maintenance persons list and he wasn’t working that day. He apologized and said he would assign it to someone who is at work today and someone will be out shortly. I never saw anyone or received a call back the rest of the day. The next morning at 9am I got a call from the maintenance person who said he would follow up with the homeowner to see if there was a setting on the alarm system that could be changed. He also stated he would let the property manager know since I was up all night silencing the alarm. I never did get a follow up response from maintenance, but luckily the alarm didn’t have any other problems. The property manager did call me back that Friday afternoon and apologized and offered some compensation for the inconvenience which was appreciated. Both times I had an issue during my week I had to make repeated phone calls to get the issue corrected. I feel the whole point of a property management service should be to have someone local who can take care of issues. I...

Beautiful house, Beautiful views, lots of stairs. The house is a very beautiful house that sits gulf front with a very short distance to the waterline. We loved the house, but with my elderly grandmother, the stairs were steeper than we had thought they would be. Just a heads up for those traveling with small children or the elderly. The service elevator that you would normally be able to use to send luggage and groceries up to the correct floor is only operational to owners and are locked.

Thanksgiving at the Carlyle My boyfriend and his parents and I stayed at the Carlyle Townhouse for Thanksgiving. We couldn't have had a better view, place to stay or overall time. The house is utterly beautiful and has one of the best views of the sunrise and sunset from the beautiful, open patio during this time of year. If we venture back to Navarre we'll be sure to book this oasis!

It was an ideal location for our family beach trip. The townhouse was private and we were contacted multiple times from Scenic Stays to see if everything was ok and if we needed anything. We loved the porch and balconies and the downstairs was perfect for grilling. The view of the gulf was perfect and the boardwalk was very well maintained. We would love to stay here again!!

We loved this place! It was exactly as described. The kitchen was fully stocked and came with complimentary dish soap and dishwasher pods. We had two toddlers with us during our stay and there were lots of beach toys in the garage and even a baby gate for the stairs! The view is excellent and made going to the beach really easy. Everything was clean and easy to find. All 3 rooms have their own full bathroom and 1 half bath behind the kitchen. The sofa in the living room is also a pull out! I couldn’t recommend this place enough. We had such a wonderful vacation!

The condo was perfect for our group of 6 adults. It was a beautiful space and exactly what we wanted.

Our family’s visit was peaceful and memorable. Just a 1 minute walk to the beach which was not crowded. Our house was clean and very spacious.

The first 3 glasses pulled out of the cabinet were dirty. There was a king bed, queen bed, and the last one was to be queen size, however, appeared to be a full or double size. Much smaller than the queen size I sleep on at home. We were not aware of all the stairs. There was a shutter for the window at the top of the stairs across from the laundry room that was just leaning against the window, not attached. A can light was hanging from the ceiling and a set of doors were held shut with a bungee cord. All of these are easily fixable but made our stay a little tense due to potential injuries. The beach view was phenomenal and parking was adequate. The rooms were clean with the exception of the glasses in the cabinet. A little disappointing but so was the tropical storm! We made the best of it and had some enjoyable times.

Great place to stay for a lot of people. The walk from the townhouse to the beach was short!

We had such a wonderful stay at Scenic Stays! The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful, and we loved sitting outside watching the ocean every morning and evening. The master bedroom was amazing, especially having our own private balcony to enjoy the peaceful beach views. 🌊 The boardwalk made it so easy to walk right down to the beach, and the water was the prettiest blue with soft, clean white sand. The home itself was beautiful, comfortable, and perfect for our family. We all had such a relaxing and memorable time together. Thank you for sharing your beautiful beach home with us. We would love to come back again! ☀️🏖️

Our stay at the Carlyle was good, its right in front of the beach!

My family and I stayed here over spring break and had such a great relaxing time. The pictures don’t do it justice. Waking up to the sound of the waves and morning coffee on the balcony. The views were unreal. Easy beach access for my 3 little kids to run up to the beach without crossing a road was a huge perk. We will absolutely be back!

Parking was tight with having big truck. Elevator was broke had to go up all the stairs. We had to call Saturday night when we arrived because the upstairs air was not working we called about 10 pm. The person we talked to was unprofessional when speaking to me and very rude just a heads up on you night time help with problems. The day workers were very nice and helpful we really enjoyed the stay after that and the air was fixed very next day .

Everything thing was great. But the floors were not clean. Food left on the floor. They had great beach equipment. Over all it was great.

Beautiful home, very clean!

Very nice property and host was easy to communicate with. The sliding doors were very difficult to open and we wished there were a few more forks in the kitchen but otherwise, no complaints. Beach access was so easy with the boardwalk and being on the end was nice. Very quiet beach are, not near a lot of built up things.

Great Beach Vacation!!! The location is perfect and the rental came with everything we needed for our stay. We'll definitely be back!

Beautiful place!!! Quiet and so beautiful!

Lovely, Comfortable and Clean! We’ve been coming to Navarre since the early 90’s and this is by far the nicest place we’ve stayed. Lovely, comfortable and clean with great views. Easy access to the beach and garage parking were nice additions, along with ice maker in fridge and really good water pressure in the showers!

The Carlyle Candescence We absolutely loved this house!! It is in great condition and all the amenities functioned well once we figured them out! The only recommendations are as follows: Update the manual explaining in detail how to manage the different appliances. Vacasa was excellent to work with. We had an issue with our refrigerator and they brought us another one out within hours and had an appliance company come and fix the issue. It was seamless. The views were amazing from the porch and the master BR balcony. All the furniture was super comfy including the mattresses. Would definitely stay here again!!

Great location The location was great and the condo was beautiful. The only issues we had were a fruit fly infestation in every part of the house when we arrived, so we had to be careful about leaving any food sitting out and take the trash out contatantly. The dishwasher was also out of order so we had to buy paper plates and silverware.

Well appointed but some non working items Loved the view, decor, garage and well appointed rooms. Unfortunately the dishwasher was broken. The front gate also had no lock in it, which left the entrance vulnerable. Door to garage was a keypad but keys were required for home door. The townhome was very clean and neat with extensive kitchen inventory.

Beautiful place This is one of the most beautiful places we’ve stayed in Florida. Everything was so clean and the atmosphere was so relaxing. We cannot wait to come back to The Carlyle!

Beautiful place Perfect in every which way. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed at such a well appointed beach house. It was stocked with everything we needed and directly on the beach. We’d definitely stay here again!

Absolutely beautiful! I can’t tell you enough good things about this property. It’s absolutely beautiful from the moment you walk through the door. It’s really stunning and spotless. It was the most beautifully decorated home we’ve stayed in. It was such a pleasure spending 4 nights there and we can’t wait to return. The best word I can think of to describe this wonderful property is CLASSY! Wow just fantastic!!

Exactly As Reflected In Vacasa Listing What a perfect property for a quiet & relaxing trip to beautiful Navarre Beach. This townhouse is so much easier to access than previous high rise condos we have stayed in because we could park at the front door and walk right in - no common area elevators to contend with as we unloaded our belongings or multiple gates with codes. Being the end unit of a small, 4-unit property, it was so private and peaceful a setting. We enjoyed complete privacy on both the lower patio & upper balcony. Being able to walk directly from our living area to the beach on the short boardwalk was incredibly convenient. We enjoyed having a 2 story townhouse with 2 of the 3 bedrooms upstairs; however, any traveler with mobility issues should be aware that you'll have 2 sets of steep stairs to manage as the private elevator is not working at this time (Sept 2021). There are stairs from the parking level to the interior entrance of the townhouse and stairs to the master bedroom/2nd bedroom/laundry room. There is a very spacious garage attached to the unit to accommodate at least 1 or 2 vehicles, depending on size, plus 1 outdoor parking space. The property is well insulated, so we never heard a sound from our neighbors to the side. As for the decor, you'll not find anything so tastefully done and with such high end finishes as this unit. It is stunning and very true to the photos reflected in the listing. The property owner is to be commended on creating so beautiful a space. We have stayed in several other places in prior visits to Navarre, but now that we have experienced this townhouse, there will be no other place for us.

Beautiful place and beautiful home! Right on the beach, white sand and just such a relaxing place. This home is beautiful and on the beach. The beach view is so relaxing. Very clean beach home and beautifully decorated. Great patios to sit on and enjoy the sound of the ocean . Would definitely visit this home and beach again.

Lovely townhome on an even lovelier beach! We spent ten days at this townhome and it is really very nice. The decor is quite over the top and it is obvious someone put a lot of time and money into the design and materials. I love that there is zero carpet. The washer and dryer worked well and I loved having that option. The beds are quite comfy and the fridge is new. The mini drawer dishwasher is cute but not really functional, it holds so little. No big deal, I don't mind washing dishes. They do have working blenders and toaster but the pans are teflon coated and it is flaking off badly and they are so worn we chose to buy a pan instead. The a/c was not cooling the first day and a technician was prompt in addressing the issue. The only suggestions I would make and the reason for my 4 star rating is the patio furniture is quite dirty and very worn, the downstairs patio table is so damaged it is unusable and the upstairs outdoor rockers are rusted out underneath, so we were afraid to sit on them. I understand it is probably very hard to keep up with the damage from the elements. Thats a bummer since eating and congregating outside is the best part of a beach vacation. The living room furniture is insufficient for the amount of people the unit accomadates and very uncomfortable. It looks nice but no one wanted to sit on it in the evenings when we wanted to watch movies together. Also, fyi-the sliding door only locks from the inside, the keyhole is corroded, so you have to go out from the garage if you want to lock up. The surf is a gorgeous green most days and the sand is sugar white, so perfect! All in all with a little love this place could be perfect.

Great place! Great location, beautiful uncrowded beach, lots of amenities and beautiful home. We stayed here did a week in July and loved it!

wonderful quiet spot As described - clean, lots of space, close to beach, quiet. We chose this location for its proximity to the beach and quiet area and it certainly delivered on those! The big deck gets afternoon sun out of the wind which was lovely. Only frustrations were that the front gate did not lock, dishwasher initially didn't work and maintenance was not available on the weekend, and the fridge beeped non stop the second night, again on a weekend so we had to listen to that for hours. We also had no idea the chairs at the beach were included with our stay as the worker putting them out told us to call and pay for them but the binder in the rental said they were included. We never did use them due to this confusion. We were told there was no grill but upon arrival there was a grill but it did not have propane. A working grill would be a huge bonus for the property. Also description said we needed a parking pass but we were never given one. No issues with parking though. Minor issues only, and I would highly recommend the Carlyle. I would stay here again no doubt.

Very nice visit Overall, we enjoyed our stay. However, when we first arrived, I realized that no where on my reservation and subsequent notifications did it tell you where or how to get access. So we had to call the 800 number, where the agent was quick to help. Also, the patio doors in the bedrooms did not close or shut and the locks appear to be broken. This made us feel a bit unsafe.

Our Vacation We enjoyed our stay at this home. The location is amazing and the views of the ocean unbeatable! It is so convenient to wake up and walk outside your slider door and across the wooden bridge to the beach. Really nice! The house has some simple maintenance items that need to be done (I.e. light bulbs, a few broken pieces of furniture, missing patio cushions, torn sliding door screen and the windows could use a cleaning) but other than that we would definitely recommend this home and would come back and stay again. :-)

Excellent location The Carlysle was an excellent location. Close enough to do the fun things but secluded enough to enjoy quiet time on the beach away from crowds. It had all the comforts of home. We will definitely be returning!

Great Stay! Beautiful home on the beach. Well equipped and beautifully decorated. No elevators or lobby to walk through just open the back door and you are on the beach. Beautiful view from all balconies and the sound of the waves so relaxing. Rent chairs from Lazy Days Rentals and they set up and take down every day. Mattress in upstairs guest room is best the other two a little soft but still a great stay. Very clean and comfortable, Netflix available and lots of channels good wifi too. Thanks to the owners and managers for a safe and great vacation!
