Megan was very responsive and accommodating. I enjoyed my overall experience both interacting with her and staying at her house. She’s a great host!!

Megan is a great host. She always responded to my messages promptly and offered options to enhance our experience without intruding on our privacy. The house looks exactly like it does in the photos. We were a group of 14, and we all fit comfortably across the various bedrooms and beds. The beds, sofas, and tables were all very comfortable. Overall, the house was very clean, including the pool, and it was well-stocked with all the necessary utensils. Everything was great, and we really enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend Megan’s home and would stay here again!

Our stay was pleasant. The house had everything we needed and fit our huge family perfectly.

We were looking toward to spend quality time in the pool area, we where here in a family trip to move in my daughter to her dorm. Pool seems dirty as soon as we walk thru the door I contacted our host and she was great communicating but the issue didn’t get resolved.

The host was very responsive, but we had multiple issues during our stay. We were told the home was keyless with a front-door code, but no code was provided. We had to wait while the host figured out which code opened the lockbox. A previous review was told this had been fixed, but it clearly had not. There is also no house number outside, making the property difficult to locate. The house was clean overall, and the kitchen was beautiful and spacious with plenty of amenities. However, there was mold on the master bathroom ceiling, the foosball table and gaming-room couch were broken, and the internet did not seem to work. The biggest issue was the pool. It was dirty, full of scum, and became increasingly green. The pool vacuum never worked, and two guests stepped on sharp metal wires inside the pool. We were repeatedly told it would be handled, but it wasn't until 7 p.m. the night before checkout that maintenance arrived, leaving no opportunity to use the pool afterward. Checkout was e

We had an amazing stay! The home was very comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was great, and the host was friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience easy. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The home was set up nicely and it was clean upon arrival. There was adequate things to do in the home which was great for the children in our party. My biggest complaint was upon arrival we received a code to unlock the door digitally; however, there was no digital door lock it required a key. I did reach out to the host, who had to call me back while they figured it out. My party sat outside of the home between 15-20 minutes while it was resolved. It was really inconvenient after traveling for the day but they did manage to work it out. Hopefully the information is updated for future guest.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb during my trip to Arizona for my graduation celebration. The house was beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. It was clean, welcoming, and the perfect place to relax after a busy and memorable trip. The host was amazing, very kind, helpful, and responsive throughout our stay. They made us feel welcomed and made sure we had everything we needed. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the effort put into making the home feel so comfortable. This trip was very special for me, and staying here made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area and would happily stay here again. The house was exactly as pictured and was clean, comfortable, and accommodating for our whole party. Check-in was seamless, and Megan was readily available and checked in multiple times to make sure everything was perfect. The backyard was a favorite hangout spot and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for the entirety of our stay. We all enjoyed the refreshing pool, grilling outside, and cozying up by the outdoor firepit at night with the twinkling lights above us. We were sad to go but made great memories here, it was the perfect place for our joint bach weekend!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the cactus rose! The outdoor space was a standout—perfect for our family to relax, spend time together, and enjoy all the activities available. There was something for everyone, and it really made the trip special.Inside, the home was just as impressive. There were plenty of rooms to comfortably accommodate all the adults in our group, giving everyone their own space while still feeling connected.The location was also ideal for us, especially being so close to GCU. We were in town for our daughter’s alumni game, and the convenience made everything stress-free.Check-in and check-out were seamless, and communication throughout the stay was clear and easy. We truly appreciated how smooth the entire process was.Thank you for a fantastic stay—we’d definitely come back!

Nice house and neighborhood!

The home was spacious and accommodated our very large party of adults and children. The backyard layout is great, but there were a lot of areas that were not clean and we had to have the host send someone out so that we could use the area comfortably. The host was responsive. Seems like some more attention and care is needed, but generally a nice place to stay.

Incredibly responsive host very entertaining house we utilize the pool table and lounge area as far as a place to stay with friends while in town I think you’d be hard to press to find something. This is cool and as affordable. I would stay here again.

Great place for a large group

This was a great property - exactly as advertised. The bedrooms were spacious and clean, and all of the activities were a great addition. The host was very communicative and had good referrals for services and nearby attractions. Would definitely stay here again.

Host was very attentive and quick to respond. Home is clean, spacious, with lots of amenities. We were a group of 16 with a lot of teenagers and they were never bored!

Mega was a great host, responsive to text messages. I had a few questions about the property, and she responded within minutes. The house is great and spacious. I suggest moving the fragile decorations when you check in. The property was clean. It is next to train tracks so you will hear the train once in a while. It is a distance away from the freeway. We used it to go to football game at State Farm Stadium

We loved this house. We had some great nights playing pool in the game room. The back yard is beautiful and a great hang out spot after a long day.

Our family attended an International organization convention in Glendale for a week. This property gave us a quiet location to unwind, cook meals, create memories, and had added activities for the teens instead of being on their phones. They loved the pool and arcade games. They try to learn and play the game of pool. There was plenty of room and bathrooms for the ten of us. Communication with the host was wonderful and always in a timely manner. We had an issue with the refrigerator which was addressed quickly. Our family recommends this beautiful home for your next visit to this area of Arizona.

Great house, just needs so refining Overall we were mostly happy with the property. It is a big house with multiple bedrooms and they are all super cute! The game room was awesome and there was so much space to hang out. We were drawn to the property because of the pool and grill and the opportunity to spend some time in the sun with family. When we arrived, the pool was cloudy and a greenish color with no vacuum in it. They did promptly send a pool guy, which was great, but he had to shock the pool so we weren’t able to use it one of the two days we were there. The grill outside was NOT clean, nor was the grill brush so we opted to pan frying our burgers inside. The patio furniture is a bit dirty and on the worn out side, unlike the photos. We enjoyed our stay and the house is great, I think there needs to be a bit more refining on the attention to detail for the price point.

This place was really cute! Me and my family really enjoyed it. We feel like we got a good deal, they were super responsive & gave great recommendations. Super sweet. The only thing that I wish could’ve been a bit cleaner was the yard but knowing that there is nature it’s understandable and did not hinder us of having a great stay. Other than that the inside is really cute and we loved how each room had its own personality! I appreciated them reaching out while we were there & were willing to make any adjustments. It was a nice stay thank you guys & hope to see you next year for our next family trip.

Would not rent again. This place is a bit of a catfish. The pictures don't show the true condition. It has very obvious wear and tear. All but 1 pool stick had no heads, multiple step edges were broken, nightstand drawer didn't close all the way etc. Asked to see if we could check in a bit early, host said they'll check and never got back to us. We arrived AFTER the checkin time without instructions, hosts' phone number goes to a corporate management company. There were leaves everywhere in the backyard and in the pool The washing machine leaked when we tried to use it. The instructions had "quiet times" but the neighbor was blasting Spanish music till late and you're right next to active train tracks. The surrounding area is a tad sketch. Location is not the best specially if you have many activities closer to downtown or Scottsdale. Hate that I have to pay extra and give my information to some random company outside of Airbnb per their instructions.
