Great place to stay for a bigger group!

My trip was for cervical spine surgery. Imagine the horror of arriving to a filthy, dirty, hot smelly building with no hot water and trash left behind from the previous occupant. I was forced to pay for a hotel and subsequently an additional three week rental. Stay away, stay far away from this place.

Jeff and Bridget's house was a perfect spot for our group to gather, rest, and eat together. We had planned for the overnight to include time for conversation, prepping and eating meals together, and engaging in some new practices of rest - and this place allowed us to do accomplish it all. The living arrangements were perfect - everyone had their own bed and space to rest. The gathering spaces (living room, kitchen, poolside, patio) were all perfect for our group size. Some spent time indoors while others sat poolside enjoying the Arizona warmth. While we experienced an issue with the garbage disposal in the kitchen, the team was very quick in their responses and ensuring that it wasn't an emergency during our stay. They checked in regularly, which made it feel like we were being cared for. Our one recommendation is to up stock the kitchen with some more supplies. For as large a group as the place can accommodate, the kitchen supplies seemed sparse.

The kids had a great time in the pool but we went to Walmart for pool floats. The airhockey table did not work. When we arrived the house smelled like rotten eggs. This might be due to Scottsdale well water. The suspended bed was a also a hit with the kids.

This home was beautiful and just as described. I wish we had more to spend there. It was comfortable, convenient to the freeway and the host was very responsive and engaging. I would definitely stay here again the next time we have multiple family members in town!!!!!

The house matched the photos in the listing. While some kitchen items like the knives and baking pans were outdated, the home was overall clean. The living room was nicely set up, and the dining area was also well arranged and comfortable.

Based on the pictures, we expected the stay to be close to perfect. Unfortunately, there were several issues we feel the host should address before continuing to rent the property. The listing advertises an air hockey table, which our kids were extremely excited about. However, the air hockey pieces were completely broken. The home also appeared to offer comfortable sleeping arrangements. However, the mattresses were far from comfortable. The master bedroom in particular had one of the most uncomfortable mattresses we’ve experienced in our Airbnb stays. Additionally, the baseboards, walls, and the guest bathroom tub, which had pieces missing and exposed rust, were hard to overlook. The kitchen was well-stocked and updated, which made cooking easy. The location of the home was excellent—it’s in a quiet, pleasant neighborhood. Communication from the host was also very good throughout our stay. Unfortunately, due to the issues mentioned above, we would not rent this property again.

We had a wonderful stay in Scottsdale. This home looks exactly like the photos. It’s extremely clean and decorated nicely. The cabana bar in the backyard was a nice touch. Jeff and Bridget were very responsive. Great hosts! We would definitely stay here again.
