This place was amazing! I came with my 10 friends and we had so much space inside and out. Really would get it again

I stayed with a group of friends and family and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The house was exactly as pictured: spacious, clean, and beautifully set up. There were plenty of comfortable sleeping options for everyone and multiple bathrooms, which made staying with a large group very easy.\n\nThe hosts were extremely responsive. We had one minor issue with the bathroom and microwave, and they resolved it the very same day. The location is in a quiet residential area, so there isn’t much within walking distance, but it’s just a short Uber or Lyft ride to most of Nashville’s popular tourist attractions.

The house was perfect for our group to stay in while visiting Nashville. Everyone had their own private space with multiple bedrooms and still lots of room to hang out together. The host was responsive to any questions or issues we had. We would definitely stay again

The house is great! It's in a convenient location to downtown. The house is great for a bigger group, and we really enjoyed playing corn hole at the end of each day. We would definitely stay here again.

Nashville Friend trip Was a great BnB for the 8 of us. Had lots of room and was very clean with everything needed. Neighborhood was close uber rides to everything but was told countless times to not walk around at night and it was a rough neighborhood. Property itself did have good locks and cameras covering all the property.

Perfect Stay for Doctoral Capstone Retreat! A group of us Vanderbilt doctoral candidates stayed here while working on our capstone project for graduation. The home was clean, spacious, and located in a safe, convenient neighborhood. Each of us had our own room and bathroom, which made the stay comfortable for everyone. Getting Ubers and ordering food delivery was super easy. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

We stayed with group of 10 and great accommodations for all. Would be nice to have table to sit at for meals. Pictures and description matched. Enjoyed the outdoor space on rooftop and fenced backyard. Uber rides were short and inexpensive to downtown. Hosts were very responsive. We would stay here again when in town.

Brandon with Hallson was amazing! He made sure we had everything we needed, made sure we made it in safe and made sure the house was in pristine condition! The house itself was incredible, our group had ample room and every couple had their own restroom and shower. The view from the balcony was breathtaking! It’s in a safe area, and it’s very convenient to everything the city has to offer! It only took us 10 minutes to get anywhere we wanted to go! We needed to extend a day last minute and Brandon was more than accommodating in the most efficient manner I could have expected! 10/10 stay, I would recommend this property to any group looking to stay in Nashville! Thank yall again!

Great place! We had 4 couples so everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. House was amazing! The pictures are a little bit of stretch. The backyard and shuffleboard room is a quarter of what the pictures show, but still an amazing place, will definitely book again!

this place is great for larger groups, walkable to local attractions and reasonable Uber ride. the neighborhood is quite. the roof top patio is a nice space. lots of space and amenities.

We enjoyed our stay and it was a great fit for our large group with plenty of space! The location is a quick Lyft ride to Broadway which was very convenient. They messaged to make sure we checked-in ok and to see if we had any questions. No complaints and would definitely recommend.

This was a great location, we were just a few miles away from all the popular Nashville locations. Plenty of room for our group, and lots of extras. The host was very easy to work with and communicated all of the information that we needed. If I have a trip to Nashville with a group in the future I would look to see if this place was available again!

Great place for about 10 people!

House exactly like the photos, slept 11 comfortably. Host was very responsive. Very easy uber ride to all Nashville hot spots. While we had no issues or problems every uber driver cautioned us about the safety in the neighborhood. Overall we had a great experience!!

The house was perfect for a long weekend and accommodated 10 adults very easily. The house was very clean with update accommodations. Hosts were very responsive and made sure everything was just right for our stay.

Lovely home. Perfect for our (long list) of requirements. Home is very well appointed and Hallson Co went above an beyond to ensure we were comfortable in the space. Great location if you want to be close by to Nashville's sights. Not much in the way of walkable shops and dining, but definitely a short drive to spots. Backyard is a very nice addition along with two lounging spaces and an outdoor terrace. bathrooms all nicely appointed. Beds and linens are all nice and comfortable. Street parking, and there was plenty of it on wide streets. Be aware, the property sleeps 12, but dining for 4 at the kitchen bar and 2 at a bistro table. Host was able to provide a folding table for our group to eat together. And because we were cooking, went so far as to provide updated cookware. Definitely went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great.

Everything was as described and perfect! We stayed here three nights for a Drake concert and had no complaints. 8 of us fit very comfortably with room to spare. The unit was clean, had nice amenities and was up to date. Would definitely stay again!

What an awesome stay for 10 of us! This Airbnb surpassed all our expectations and provided everything we needed for a perfect getaway. The rooftop and outdoor area were absolutely amazing - perfect for enjoying conversations with a glass a wine. We were impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was; it truly felt like we were staying at a resort. What made our experience even more memorable were the thoughtful touches throughout the place. From the cozy decor to the small conveniences, every detail was catered to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We absolutely loved it here and can't wait to come back. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for an amazing experience.

Brandon and his home were spectacular. I can't say enough about how fun the common areas are and how stocked the kitchen was with cookware. The finishings in the home were beautiful and the bedding got rave reviews. Although we hand challenges with our entry code, Brandon got involved it was fixed immediately. Loved our stay. The host allowed us a late check out and the response time to any message I sent was honestly within 10 minutes . Loved the home the inside was just as described and the backyard was the perfect family feel. Not right downtown but was a quick 10 min drive. Surrounding homes were airbnbs too the guest were friendly. We will stay again.

We had an amazing stay with our family of 12! There was ample space and privacy, but plenty of opportunities for family bonding in the living room, backyard, and the third floor game area/balcony that we affectionately called “The Penthouse.” The hosts were super responsive and provided a sweet welcome basket. We’d stay again or at another one of their properties in a heartbeat!

Family weekend in Nashville The house was perfect for us - 4 bedrooms each with their own bath! The kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped with towels, soap, toilet paper, etc, and it was wonderful to have a fenced in back yard for our 2 dogs- great house!

We had such a nice stay. Management of property was very communicative and met all our requests such as filling our grocery order and providing wood for the fire pit. Clean. Kitchen had everything one would need! Great having separate bedrooms on each floor and with a bathroom - accommodating each of our three couples! Backyard was nice, we enjoyed the picnic table for card playing! Pictures are as close as you can get too! Great sap ray, would definitely recommend this property!

40th birthday getaway Property was great for 4 couples. Plenty of room. Very clean and comfortable. Easy uber ride into downtown.

Met our expectations... worked out very well with with 4 couples. We all had our own bathroom!! Had to calll for tea towels and dish clothes, but they were delivered right away. Lots of room in the fridge!

Beautiful house and extremely clean! Everything about the house was really great, we had no major complaints. We had 4 couples going so it was nice to have 4 full baths and 4 bedrooms so everyone had their own privacy. The house was immaculate inside and each floor has their own heat/ac so everyone was comfortable. The managing company sent numerous texts to keep us updated on check in process and check out process so it was really good that way. Our only 2 complaints were first that the location is really great as in distance to downtown, because most of our Ubers were $5-9 no matter the time of day but that being said the area is a little sketchy late at night. The area is up and coming tho you can see vacation rentals going in and some remodeling so i think in a couple more years it will be awesome. If you’ve been to Nashville the whole downtown area is a little rough no matter where you are tho so don’t let this change your mind when booking because we 100% would stay there again it’s just nice to know if you’re sending your women/ladies here for a trip to tell them to not hang outside and don’t walk anywhere but other than that the location was a 10 minute ride to broadway. Second, being a house that can sleep 4 couples comfortably there wasn’t a lot of comfortable seating on the main floor to hang out on, there is some wooden chairs and the couch in the picture. That was our really only true complaint was a big sectional or something might be nice to relax on during the downtime. But we would book again.

There were three couples in our party. We each had our own floor with our own bathroom. It allowed us to be in the same house, but felt like we had all the privacy we needed.

Nashville Boys Trip Great experience with the owner, excellent accomodations.

Booked the house for a bachelor party. Comfortably slept all 8 of us and the location was minutes away from all the bars and restaurants. I would 100% stay here again if I’m back in Nashville.

We had a wonderful stay and the place was perfectly suited for our needs to host our business partners and some key clients in a peaceful and easy to find part of town just outside of the downtown hustle of music row.

Great home! We recently travelled to Nashville for business and pleasure and opted to rent a house for comfort and convenience. This house was great! We lived, worked and slept comfortably. There is a Kroger nearby and a Walgreens too. The drive to downtown Nashville was about 10 minutes in normal traffic. I gave four stars for the location due to the area being a little sketchy. It would appear that the neighborhood has undergone some rejuvenation over the past few years so it is in an "improvement" mode. It was quiet and we never had any safety concerns. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

Christmas in Nashville We really enjoyed staying at this property during our visit to Nashville. We loved the backyard space and enjoyed the fire pit and grill available to use. This home is very roomy with everything you need. Will definitely look to book this property again when staying in Nashville.

Bachelorette getaway! The house is in a great location that is quiet and a quick Uber ride to many of Nashville's top bachelorette attractions! Upon arrival, the code that I was given to unlock the house did not work. I messaged the host and they responded quickly and gave me a back up code that we used for our stay. The listing is mostly accurate although the last bedroom is listed as a sofa bed and twin bed and it is actually a sofa bed and air mattress. We were under the impression that it was a rollaway bed and it is not. The firepit outside was also not there as the listing portrays. The house was pretty clean although there were many scuff marks scattered throughout the house on the walls, there was a wasp nest on the third floor outside balcony we had to take care of, and there were some cobwebs throughout the house that makes me question how throughly the house gets cleaned in between guests especially for the price they charge to have it cleaned. Over all, we had a nice stay and the house had most of the things we needed. The owners are quick to respond to messages. I would recommend this house to other, however I think the price and fees are a little high for what you actually get.

WOW!! What an amazing place to stay. Brandon was able to accommodate my last minute request to check in same-day which was greatly appreciated due to a last minute fiasco I had with another location. Everything about this home was amazing from the towels to the comfortable beds to the wine and snacks I was met with upon check in. The house is extremely spacious and welcoming and decorated just beautifully. I was very comfortable & safe in the house being alone for a few days as well. We were able to bring our pets which was super nice. The only very minor issue we had was that there were some biting ants outside by the firepit area - hanging out on the chairs. Their bites were furious and painful~not a huge issue since we hung out on the outside patio on the third floor but should be addressed for future guests. Overall a very great stay and I would stay here again next time I visit Nashville. Thank you Brandon for all your help in getting me in on such last minute.

Celebrated some milestone birthdays with ages 20's to 70's. Had other family members over one night for catered dinner, the backyard area gave us so much room for activities--cornhole, fire pit, extra chairs. Thanks for a memorable weekend!

I booked this place the weekend of a family wedding. I highly recommend it. Spacious enough for large groups and nicely equipped. Brandon and his team are very responsive and go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. You can tell they are hospitality pros. We used the fire pit in the backyard every night and I suggest you do too. I’d book again in a heartbeat.

Brooks House Wonderful house w/plenty of beds! Very clean. Top floor with shuffleboard was the hangout place. Steps were a bit of a challenge for my old knees, but other than that I have no complaints. Great place close to downtown.

Fantastic 3 story house with yard We loved the layout with several bedrooms and baths. The yard with cornhole was lovely, and the 3rd floor outdoor sitting area was so peaceful. Great communication with property manager.

Nice property, not greatest neighbood The listing was not quite right, said it had a 5th sleeping area with pullout...not accurate. Had to call about multiple maintenance items, most were fixed within a day. The backyard was nice to hang out in. Enjoyed our stay, but for location and price it seemed a bit high.

We had a great time staying here. All the rooms were very nice and each bedroom has its own bathroom, which I didn’t realize but was great to have! The hosts were always very responsive as well!

If you're looking to travel to Nashville and need a place that is Downtown adjacent but peaceful, this is the place. Lots of room, great outdoor spaces (backyard and top floor deck) and less than 10 minutes drive to all the activity of Broadway.

Wonderful place and very accommodating

The house was beautiful, beds were super comfortable, the shower on the third floor didn’t drain fast so we had to wait but other than that, we had a great time!

Everything was just as the pictures showed. Fisk University is very close by, so we did get our parking spots taken in front of the Airbnb during a football game, but we had a great time. There isn’t a driveway to park in, just street parking. Ubers were only an 8-10 min ride down to Broadway. We would definitely come back to this Airbnb in the future.

We had a great stay at Brandon’s place! Located in a quiet area but a short Uber ride to downtown! Extremely spacious, comfortable beds, and having four bathrooms was AMAZING! Really clean and overall a great spot. The only small issue we had was the smoke detector was super sensitive, but after opening the door it was fine! He also provided really thorough instructions which was appreciated! :)
