Great location if you want to be close to Broadway and have diverse restaurant options. Just know to stay in the area of Main Street and use the garage if able. We were warned of several recent car break ins by some neighbors and had several homeless people in the area but no issues. Please know that the house has horrible insulation. We heard the neighbors snoring and it sounded like elephants anytime someone went up and down the stairs. Also, the listing says a comfortable living room with space for everyone but if you have more than 5 people in your party, you’ll exceed that limit unless sitting at the kitchen bar to watch tv is your thing. Bring bean bags! The kitchen had all the necessary items and the bathrooms were spacious and clean but I don’t see a large group enjoying the shared space. Overall, the location won us over and the company was easy to work with but I wouldn’t stay in this house again.

We had a wonderful stay at Hallson Hospitality Co. The space was clean and fit 11 people nicely. The gift basket was a nice touch at the start of our stay. The beds were comfortable and spacious. It was accessible to grocery stores after and places to eat. Would go again!!

The house was great! It was so spacious and accommodated our larger group very well. We loved having a bathroom for each room. The beds were so comfortable! The hosts communicated so well and they even left us a nice welcome gift so we felt right at home. Highly recommend!

Great house and layout, newer build. Plenty of space for 8 guests. Nice roof top with fire pit and outdoor furniture. House keeping could have been better, a few dirty pillow cases and the house didn't appear to be vacuumed or dusted. Had to clean up the roof top, there was storm / wind destruction from earlier in the week. We paid an early check in fee to get the house ready which Hallson Hospitality credited ($60.00) as a gesture of appreciation.

The place was clean and had plenty of space for 7 adults. We were able to get 4 hours late checkout at a low cost which was nice. Good local recommendations nearby provided by the host.

Our host was very helpful and quick to respond to our needs. The space was perfect for our group. A lot of room and beautiful rooftop patio. We were able to walk to some wonderful restaurants. And make meals in the kitchen. We would definitely stay here again!

One of the best Airbnb I have utilized. Very clean, affordable, and great location. I am looking forward to staying in this place when I am visiting Nashville again. I asked for extra towels because on the number of guest. There were enough for the entire stay. Great place to spend a weekend and relax.

Great stay for a birthday weekend with 6 women. Plenty of space, comfy beds, great rooftop. We had trouble getting the ice maker to work, and the hospitality company offered to drop off a bag of ice while they figured it out. Neighborhood is quiet but walls to neighboring units are a bit thin so recommend earplugs or white noise just in case. Short walk to great bars and restaurants.

Great place to stay and conveniently located to downtown. Would recommend for a family or a group of friends! Beds and sheets where not the most comfortable.

Rebecca and family were a fantastic group! They were visiting for a volleyball tournament and were the first guests in our new home. They could not have been better guests and we hope to host them again soon.

We enjoyed our stay here on Halloween. Place was clean and a short drive to everything.

Loved this place in Nashville! Great location, Ubers to downtown were pretty cheap because it’s not far but far enough that it’s quiet and peaceful. The beds were super cozy and there was more than enough space for our group of 6.

The home was decorated very nice and had plenty of towels and toiletries. The AC unit cooled wonderfully. We loved that all the rooms had en suite bathrooms and the rooftop area was very nice. There were a few issues that we addressed with the management company and they quickly responded and were very helpful. Definitely a great place to stay with a large group.

Beautiful home , walkable distance to bars/restaurants. Airbnb was cozy comfy bed and pillows (probably my favorite part ). Host was helpful , friendly , quick to respond , posted instructions and directions . I would stay here again on my next visit .

The booking was very nice! The pictures were exactly how the place looked. We loved the rooftop patio and spent most of our time up there. The neighborhood was great. We went on daily walks around the neighborhood.

When our first air B and B had air conditioning issues and no hot water at 11:00 PM we were so thankful to find a new location for our group!!! Thank you for being so quick to respond. The home was beautiful, fit our entire group and the number of bathrooms worked well for us. The attached secure garage was a huge bonus.

This was a perfect place to explore Nashville without being directly downtown. The location was perfect with lots of walkable restaurants.

We loved the space, rooftop patio, open kitchen, and comfy beds. The bathrooms were beautiful! It was a 4 story home so be prepared for steps 😊

NashSummer 25 The property was in stellar condition. Everything was immaculate, beds were very comfortable, and we felt very safe in the neighborhood. Having a garage was another great feature as we didn’t have to worry about security of our vehicle. Communication was excellent, friendly, and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

The stay was wonderful! The place is incredibly spacious and super convenient uber / ride to broadway. The neighborhood looks like it’s been newly redeveloped, but we felt really safe in the house itself. The only issue we had was the bunk bed room got really hot at night especially with 4 people in there. I reached out to the host and they responded quickly with how to fix the thermostat and where fans were so it wasn’t a huge deal but something to consider! Overall awesome stay!

Had such a great time. The place was spotless with brand new amenities. It’s walking distance to some of my favorite food spots and coffee shops. My only concern is that the walls were so thin I could hear everything the guy was doing in the building next to us. Other than that, our stay was perfect.
