Daniel Sean, was a pleasure to host! Overall, we had a fantastic stay! The location is great, just a stone’s throw away from Armand’s Circle, the heart of downtown. If you prefer a beach getaway, driving there is prefered but you can walk there as well. They’ve got everything you need for a beach trip. There are six beach chairs and three bikes (I can’t recall the exact number), but one of them is flat and needs to be pumped. They also provide a cooler and a cart for your convenience. The pool is fantastic, and the spa gets really warm. However, the downstairs billiards and hangout area with the TV tends to have a lot of mosquitoes or sand fleas. We were bitten every time we went there. The house itself is great, but I wish there was a bathroom down by the pool. The kitchen is well-equipped, except they only provided two dishwasher pods. I kindly requested extra pods after the weather turned bad and I couldn’t leave to buy them due to the baby and the kids. The linens are clean, and they provide pool towels.

House was great!! Amazing location! Very clean inside. House had a ton of room and lived the set up inside!!! The company was very responsive and easy to get in touch with. The only complaint is the pool areas. The staircase was hard with kids and the tile was very slick. The pool deck could have been cleaner.

House is beautiful - lots of room for big family events - well equipped and flows well. Perfect location - steps to the beach and St Amands shops and restaurants Loved it!

This house and property are amazing. Let me try to give it its proper credit! The location to Armand Square shopping and dining are prime, the walk to the shell shorn Lido Key beach with turquoise, clear water and gorgeous sunsets are only a 5-8 minute stroll. I was very happy with our “age zones” in the house… The downstairs recreational area was a perfect place for our teen and pre-teen grand kids to hang out, play pool, foosball and lounge in the pool and hot tub. The smallest grands played in their room on the third floor as we”old people” (parents snd grand parents) had our own floor, where the large living room, dining room, 2 laundry areas, 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths are located. I really appreciated the attentiveness of the owners response to all questions and details, and the “lockable” elevator was a lifesaver. (By locking the panel,our littles couldn’t easily get to the first floor where the pool was located.) This home was a perfect respite place for our family!!!
