This was an amazing place to stay. We went for a friend's trip and everyone was raving about how much they liked the air BNB the entire trip! Would book time and time again!

The Airbnb was a great fit for the needs of our group, who were visiting for 4 nights. The location of the home was central enough that it was a 5-10 minute drive to everything we wanted to do and spacious enough to accommodate of group of 9 adults.

Great stay for a long weekend trip with friends! The location was perfectly in the middle of all the main attractions our group wanted to check out so the uber/lyft rides were fast and affordable. The place itself was both spacious and cozy, and provided everything we needed during our stay. We had a wonderful time!

For our group of six, ages 14-50, this was the perfect stay. It looks just like the photos, is absolutely pristine, the amount of bathrooms and bedrooms allowed us to spread out, and the location truly is perfect. Quiet, but a straight shot to Broadway and quick to the airport. In addition, the beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is fully stocked with all the tools you need if you want to cook. When we return to Nashville, we’ll stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay in Nashville. The house was great for a group of our size. Really enjoyed the rooftop and fire pit.

There were 6 of us staying and the house was perfect for our group. The 4.5 bathrooms made getting ready easy! Rooftop area was great for hanging out too. Would definitely recommend this property for the amenities and its proximity to downtown.

Our stay was wonderful! Close to Downtown and any little conveniences you may need. There was plenty of space and bathrooms for our group of 7 girls (even a couple more realistically). The place was spotless and the decor is more elevated and beautiful, but still on theme for Nashville which was fun. We had everything we needed as far as amenities and each floor has its own thermostat which is wonderful! I run hot so that was a great touch since it’s three levels and top floors can tend to be warmer. We had a great time hanging on the rooftop… even with the cicadas lol. Our host was friendly and responsive and this was one of the few places that accepted local bookings (even for a bachelorette) so major bonus points for that! I also appreciated their very minimal check out task list! I swear some places want you to actually clean before you leave lol. Overall 100% recommend and would definitely stay with this specific host again!

My friends and I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was great! Quiet and a quick Uber ride to downtown. The neighbors were friendly. The check in code did not work, but they promptly responded to a call and gave us a new code. Early check in was allowed for an additional charge. There was a leak from a bathroom upstairs, but once I sent pictures and a message to the host they responded quickly. They offered to fix the leak that day, although we decided we would refrain from using that bathroom and just allow them to fix after we left. The place was new, clean and had all of the amenities we needed! The rooftop allowed for some great views and pictures. Every room has a bathroom which is ideal for large groups! Would definitely stay here again.

Me and my friends had a wonderful time staying here and it has amazing views! We had a slight issue with the thermostat however, Brandon was very responsive and helpful to fixed the issue. Definitely recommend this place! :)

what a wonderful home and location we had a family event in Nashville and the home was perfect and the only 15 minutes from our venue

The place could use some TLC, broken shuffle board score board, some dirty knives and silverware. Doors wouldn’t stay open, shower doors could use some stoppers to avoid hitting the shower heads, scuffs on the walls. Some very basic items that a couple days max would put this place back into a luxury rental. The bar stools were also a safety concern. All of the screws were taken out of the backs so they didn’t stay in place and if you leaned on them incorrectly you could easily get hurt. We let the jost know and they said they would have someone out to fix it and never did. Was disappointed that we couldn’t be granted a late check out when the night prior to leaving there was literally tornado warnings and we were sheltered in the bottom floors closet with our two young children from 230-430 AM and they wanted us back out by 10 AM when there was flash flooding going on in the area. I understand cleaning crews need to get in but it would have been kind to warrant some flexibility.

An excellent spot for multiple families or reunions, located in a quiet neighborhood. The place is very clean and well-maintained, with high-quality cutlery in the kitchen. Conveniently close to Broadway, just a short drive or Uber ride away.

We were there for my daughters 21st birthday. We rented both the duet and acoustic. They both were very nice. There were 8 of us in each unit, so we had plenty of room and loved that each room had their own bathroom. So close to stores and downtown. Would definitely book here again!

This is a great location for access to everything Nashville has to offer. However, it is NOT in easy walking distance to restaurants, Broadway and downtown. We spent a lot on Uber and taxis in the four days we were there, so be prepared for that. That said, the condo itself is awesome! There is a large kitchen with a lot of seating, and plenty of space for our party of 10. The rooftop spaces are really nice for relaxing outdoors. We used the gas fireplace, outdoor seating, etc. There are three large and comfortable private bedrooms, and then a shared bedroom with 4 beds in it. There is also laundry, which is nice. The hosts were great, and communicated well. There were some welcoming gifts on the counter when we got there, which was both helpful and a nice touch. I would definitely recommend this location.

We stayed here for our combined Bach party in Nashville and it was perfect! The house was very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for our group of 10. We especially loved the outdoor rooftop, it was such a fun spot to hang out. The décor inside was super cute and made the space feel really inviting. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

We all had a great stay and everything we needed was in the house. The host was super friendly and was very accommodative/flexible with some of our requests. They knew that we were there for a bachelorette trip so left us a cute care package. This house is perfect for a bachelorette trip and highly recommended this property if you are looking to spend some quality time with your fav people.

An incredible place to stay! Perfect location on quiet street- easy 10 min rides to Broadway or the Gulch. This house has a beautiful esthetic. Each room has adorable decor with comfortable beds. A very comfortable stay - perfect for a girls trip. The rooftop has plenty of comfy furniture with a great fire pit and games. A great spot for a night in! The host has truly thought of everything- so many little details we appreciated from the non slip, no mark hangers in the closets to supplying makeup remover towels. The host was incredibly responsive to all our questions and messages. Five stars, two thumbs up.

It was comfortable, thoughtfully set up, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The house is beautiful just like the pictures. 2 bedrooms and laundry are in the 1st floor. Kitchen, living space and another bedroom in the 2nd floor. Bedroom with deck on the 3rd floor. And the spacious rooftop. Every bedroom has their own bathroom and spacious closet. The beds were all super comfy.

We had a great stay in Nashville. The house was spacious. Rooms were laid out to provide plenty of privacy. Loved the outside decks and seating area. The kitchen was well stocked to cook the meals we needed. With the scooter available the distance from Broadway isn’t bad. Walking would be a challenge. Ubers were easy to get and it was a short ride to everywhere we wanted to go. Overall a great stay. Thank you!

The location was great, quiet neighborhood. Not too far from Broadway but far enough from the noise and crowd. From a few weeks before check in to the date of checking the communication was great! The house is nice and spacious. Loved the roof top! Definitely will book again!

One of the most beautiful listings I’ve stayed in. Communication was 10/10, home was absolutely beautiful, felt very safe & location was prime! Wonderful for hosting bachelor/bachelorette parties but also great for families. Loved how much space we had & there was plenty of bathrooms. Gretchen submitted a money request the day after check-in without notifying us of any issues. We tried reaching out multiple times to assist them and the guest either didn't respond and finally when we got in touch, they refused entry for us to inspect and address their concerns. The guest never sent photo documentation. When our team was able to get into the home after they checked out, the guest ended up popping the gfi in one location of the home.

Multiple outlets and lights didn't work for the entirety of the stay. Had to message multiple times to get a response and although they did eventually offer to have someone come look at the issue we didn't want someone in the house when we weren't there and so never got the issue fixed. multiple stuffs and marks over the house. had to take videos to ensure we weren't charged for damages we didn't cause. overall good stay but the lights and outlets were inconvenient.

I really enjoyed my stay here while exploring Nashville. Home was beautiful!

Great place to stay if you want to travel to Nashville

By far the best Air BnB we have ever stayed in. The location was within 10 minutes of Broadway and other Nashville treasures. It was clean, the beds were comfy, and it had great living spaces. The # of bathroom to guest ratio was clutch. The amenities that came with the house were above and beyond. The guest services were responsive and kind when our keypad stopped working. We will definitely be back.

This is a great house, close to everything in Nashville, plenty of space with modern amenities. There was a problem with HVAC system when we checked in, but they sent someone to repair it that evening. Overall a great property.

Clean and nice!

This air bnb was great and super close to downtown. The host was responsive and easy to contact. We had a small problem with a leak from one of the bathrooms upstairs but the host quickly responded and offered to have maintenance come which we decided not to have them come but assured it would be fixed after we checked out. Overall would highly recommend!

This place was immaculate, well decorated and super fun. Close to everything downtown has to offer and the home has all amenities you could want/need. The rooftop terrace was great treat to be able to hang out wind down when you need to. Brandon is an amazing host. He made sure that we had everything we needed and was very responsive to any request we had. Would recommend him over and over and hope to stay in one of his homes again!
