Tetra A-Frame is a striking modern A-frame getaway tucked deep within a private wooded setting with a dramatic charcoal metal roof and warm natural wood accents. A long gravel driveway leads you through the trees to the front entrance and the home is surrounded by peaceful forest views in every direction.

The open-concept main floor is bright, airy, and beautifully designed for gathering and relaxation. The living area features a striking A-frame ceiling with expansive windows that fill the space with natural light and frame views of the surrounding forest. A plush, rust-colored curved sectional invites you to unwind by the suspended fireplace, creating a cozy focal point for evenings in.

The kitchen offers a marbled backsplash and counters, black cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and bar seating for casual meals or morning coffee. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area features a solid wood table with matching benches and soft cushions, perfect for shared meals or game nights.

On the upper level is the primary bedroom featuring a king size bed, a cozy workspace area and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and bath tub. Two additional guest bedrooms, located on the main floor, offer a queen size bed, a laptop friendly workspace and share a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The lower-level is a cozy retreat perfect for movie nights, games night or quiet relaxation. The media lounge offers a comfy sectional couch, pool table, kitchenette, circular dining table for six and direct access to the outdoors. Also on this level is the kid’s room with 2 bunk beds and a bathroom with dual sinks and a walk-in shower.

An expansive deck provides the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee, dine outdoors, or unwind with a glass of wine as the sun sets. In the evenings, gather around the outdoor fire pit beneath a canopy of stars and whispering pines.

Surrounded by nature, Tetra A-Frame offers a serene escape for couples, families, or solo travelers looking to slow down and reconnect with the outdoors. Whether you're visiting to experience the vibrant colors of fall, the quiet beauty of winter snow, or the long golden days of summer, this woodland haven invites relaxation, and a deep breath of fresh air.

The area

During your stay at Tetra A-Frame, explore the vibrant local scene with our favorite Red Cottage Picks. Start your morning with an expertly brewed cup of coffee at 2 Queens Coffee, then browse the latest art exhibits and events at the Delaware Valley Arts Alliance. If you’re craving the outdoors, paddle down the scenic Delaware River with Lander’s River Trips, a true Catskills experience.

When hunger strikes, savor the famous fried chicken at The Heron, or enjoy wood-fired pizza with a river view at The Laundrette. For breakfast or brunch, you can’t go wrong with The Tusten Cup.

Take a little time for yourself with a yoga or wellness class at The Chi Hive, then explore the charming boutiques The Velvet Maple and The River Gallery for locally inspired finds. Don’t forget to stop by One Grand Books for your next great read or to pick up the perfect souvenir. Finally, unwind with a glass of wine at Three Hammers Winery, where the scenery is just as good as the pour.

Your getaway begins right here: local flavor, art, and adventure are all within reach.

Tetra A-Frame is just under 3 hours from New York City. The main access routes are the NJ-15 S, NY-17 E and I-80 E. We strongly recommend a 4x4 or a car with four-wheel drive, especially in winter, to handle snow and gravel roads.

“We had a great stay and would absolutely come back. The house is beautifully designed, with meticulous attention to detail, and the quality of the construction is evident throughout. It’s not massive, but the layout makes it feel much larger than it is. The balcony was one of our favorite spots—perfect for BBQing, hanging out and relaxing in the evenings while taking in the sounds of nature. It was a great detox from NYC. The kitchen is beautiful and very functional, and the beds, pillows and linens were all extremely comfortable and fresh. The Brooklinen towels were a great touch. The basement has a Brunswick pool table and large TV, making it a great place to hang out. The outdoor fire pit and indoor fireplace also added to the perfect upstate vibe. The hosts were incredibly responsive, kind and helpful. We highly recommend this house and will definitely be back!”

“It is a terrific home. Very well worth the cost. Extremely well constructed home. High quality windows doors and everything. No window shades because windows are irregular. Bring firestarters for the high quality fireplace is wonderful. The house was built for quality. I just was surprised that it wasn't located on a quieter part of Kelley Road as it is a few hundred feet from the main road and you can hear the main road from the porch. Not a big issue. Very nicely appointed "A" style home. Also the AC Rocks! Well worth Staying here.”
