Ryan was a pleasure to host! This place was absolutely perfect! Easy access to Pine St and the beach. We traveled with 4 adults/6 kids and the place had plenty of beds/bathrooms, never felt cramped, and we felt right at home! Would recommend 10/10!

Location, space, house structure conditions, furniture, rooms, patio, and pool info and pictures were very accurate. The only part that was not good is that the house was not clean. Bathrooms (they forgot to flush the toilets, which mean they were not clean) kitchen (fridge were with many brownish stains under the veggies drawers, plates, glasses, silverware were not washed up properly and floors in general were ok (under the furniture were left over chips, cookies, puzzle pieces, etc) Communication with the property manager were good and easy. We liked the house distribution and the area very much.
