Eric was a pleasure to host ! Our stay was amazing. The beach is extremely walkable and the pool is super private. We went with all ages from infant, 7 year old, to grandparents and all in between. The house had something for everyone and we were able to walk to see the sunset and go for a sunrise swim as well. I would happily return to this house for my next stay in Anna Maria.

Ryan, was a pleasure to host! We had another great trip to Anna Marie Island!! This house was great. Lots of room and space to move around and play. Brought my kayak from Texas and caught a lot of fish in the bay! Thank y’all for the great memories!!!

Laura was a pleasure to host ! The house was beautiful and the location was great, this was an ideal home base for our trip to Anna Maria Island. There were just four of us, but with three bedrooms, two separate living areas and an enclosed office, not to mention all the open air hangout space below the house, even large groups would find plenty of space to relax. Everything was very clean and looked just like the photos. My kids spent tons of time in the pool, which I could easily supervise from the deck or backyard, and we went paddle boarding off the back dock and saw manatees! The house was a short walk to Pine St and Gulf St shops and restaurants and to the beach so we barely needed our car. The one thing I would keep in mind is this house is set up as a rental with limited supplies. You won't find cooking oil, coffee filters, etc, and they gave us two dishwashing and two laundry pods, so if you want to do much cooking or have a longer stay be prepared to bring those type of supplies.
