Party of 10 this house was perfect. The porch we spent many of hours on and the walk to the beach is very short. The house itself was set up well for our family, kitchen is well stocked. Would definitely stay again.

My family had a wonderful stay and enjoyed our time. The house was beautiful, and as great as the pictures are, they cannot compare to reality. Of everything, the biggest hit was the open floor plan for the kitchen/dining area and fantastic decks. Will definitely stay again and again.

Surfside was absolutely beautiful. We had a wonderful stay at this wonderful vacation home. The home was super clean, so comfortable and was equipped with everything we needed. The views were stunning and being steps from the beach made our stay even more relaxing. We especially loved sitting on the deck and listening to the waves. We highly recommend this gorgeous home and would love to return again.

Just came from vacation in Gulf Shores. We have been coming to GS for 35 years and this is by far the nicest house we have ever stayed in visiting Alabama. High end finishes and kept up nicely. As close to the Gulf as you can get and best of all pet friendly! Coastal View Vacations is great to work with and makes check in and check out a simple process even for last minute. We booked this same house again for May before we even checked out!

Too much rain!

This is our third year at Surfside. The house is spacious and proximity to the beach is awesome. They added a wood deck at the bottom of steps which was a great improvement. The rental company is always attentive.

We really enjoyed Surfside! The view was perfection and the house was exactly what we needed for our large group. We had one small issue and the management team fixed it right away. Great service and we would definitely rent Surfside again or another size house through Coastal View. Sad the week went by so fast.

I can’t say enough about our yearly winter stay at Surfside! It is a very special place,made even more so by the great care that Coastal View and our house manager DeeDee give us. A very comfortable house that is well taken care of. We look forward to next year!

We stayed here the month of November and had several groups of family and friends that came to stay. This is our second year here and we already have it booked for next year. The gathering space is well laid out and there are lots of bedrooms for guests. We spend hours sitting on the lower and upper decks drinking coffee and watching dolphins and the Blue Angels. Any minor problems we had were addressed immediately by Coastal View. We asked for extra chairs so that all of the family could sit at the table for Thanksgiving and they came up with folding chairs for us. (I would suggest some nice folding chairs be left there permanently as there are only 6 chairs at the table.) Love the house and location and would recommend it for a large family/friends gathering.

The Home was exactly as described. More than enough room for 9 people. everything was clean except for the refrigerator on the ground floor, it smelt like rotten fish, so we did not use it.

My husband and I just stayed here with Warrior Beach Mini Retreat. Our home was so clean and had a beautiful view of the ocean. We greatly appreciate the kindness and generosity for offering these homes to wounded warriors and their spouses for an amazing getaway. Our veterans had a great experience, this retreat was nothing but spectacular! Thank you so much for the memories.

Once again Surfside & Coastal View did not disappoint! This is our 3rd winter renting Surfside and it continues to be an awesome place to stay. Thanks to Jen in the office & our “house mother” DeeDee we will continue to spend our winter at Surfside with Coastal View.

Exceeded expectations! Ideal house for my wife and I, almond with our three adult children and their families/sig. others. Everyone had a beach-facing bedroom and porch. Large family room and adjacent well-appointed kitchen. The house could be too far away from restaurants/entertainment for some, but that was a plus for us.

We loved Surfside! Such a beautiful place with everything you need for a crowd! So close to the beach and comfortable! Management was so easy to work with and responded right away! If you are looking for a place that accommodates a crowd and has beautiful views along with being comfortable this is your place! (If i had any negatives it would be that it needs better sheets and it did not have any dish towels, but i can always bring my own next time as this place was amazing!)

We had a wonderful time in Fort Morgan and the home was everything you could ask for! Amazing views, comfortable beds, kitchen was well stocked and the house was beautifully decorated. We are already looking at Spring dates to book another stay!!

My family and I had booked a house but was contacted by staff letting us know there was construction near that house and we were offered a different house in the same area. We were upgraded to a large, beachfront house. The house was amazing and the staff was so pleasant and kind. We will definitely book our future vacations through Coastal View Vacations.

This home was perfect for our large family. Super easy access to the beach which was great for my Husband who has mobility trouble. WE had a couple of issue but Deanna was soo wonderful! Thank you

Loved staying at Surfside! We had 3 families and had plenty of room! Kitchen was very well appointed and had more than everything we needed! Balcony was a great size for all of us to enjoy.2 refrigerators were nice to have. And the beach is right there-nice boardwalk and very close to the house. Also, the management company was very attentive, which was a plus as we had an issue with the air conditioning. Dee Dee had someone come out within a few hours. Only recommendation would be a better grill. We will be back next year!

This place is beautiful inside and out. The view and private beach are perfect. The kitchen is fully stocked. It is a great setup for families/extended families. Plenty of room for game nights, and plenty of deck for everyone to enjoy coffee with a view.

Surfside is an awesome home with an outstanding view. This is our second winter in Surfside & will be back again. I can’t recommend this home or Coastal View vacations enough! They are fantastic to work with. Special kudos to the house manager DeeDee. The home was clean & well equipped with everything you would need & more. Also extremely responsive when a problem arises. Just love the home. Wonderful family gathering spot.

Surfside is the most beautiful home we have ever stayed at while visiting the Gulf Shores. We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary with our family here and loved it so much,that we would love to stay here again! The home was gorgeous, spacious, clean, and comfortable with plenty of room for us all to have our own space. The location and beach access were sensational! The Beach was “WOW”! It was so easy to access from the boardwalk, the kids loved the sand bar directly out from the house, the water was inviting, and we were able to swim every day multiple times. We also spotted plenty of sea-life directly from the beach. We saw dolphins’ multiple times and even a few sharks, certainly from a distance the guys threw fishing lines out morning and night and many species of sea-life decided to visit us including, whiting, redfish, crabs, jelly fish and even had a sting ray on their line. Our 9-year-old caught the biggest fish! We also saw a shrimping boat right out from the deck, absolutely the coolest thing ever! I have to say each sunrise and sunset were spectacular and then the stars at night...breathtaking!!! I could go on and on!!! Lastly, let me say when we visit the Gulf Shores again, we will make more new memories here at Surfside! This comment is for DeeDee (the house manager). You are the Best!!! With all you did to make our stay better for my daughter, my family was greatly touched by your kindness and helpfulness. I appreciate and thank you for that!!!

Great location, plenty of space, right on the beach! Our family and friends had a great time! To make this house even better we would love to see an ice maker possibly in the laundry room. And with a place that holds this many people, a second refrigerator would have been a game-changer since we prepared most of our meals at the house! We also had a critter problem that I had to contact the property manager about. I would have given all 5's if we didn't have the critter problem and we had more fridge space or an ice maker.

We loved the large open living area downstairs, and the balconies overlooking the beach.

This beach house is beautiful, spacious, and clean. It was just as described but better because it's so close to the beach. We had no majors issues and the property manager checked on us to make sure everything was good. She was very sweet. I would recommend this house to anyone wants to have a peaceful beach experience.

This was the Perfect house for my kids and grandkids. There were 20 of us total and we all slept comfortably and each family had their own bathroom as well. Sitting on the balcony and being able to watch my grandkids play in the sand and water was priceless for me. So convenient to be just steps to the beach from the house. Im hoping we can stay there again next summer.

Loved being right on the beach. House was clean and maintenance was always quick to respond with any issues. House was clean and had everything we needed. It was a perfect house and layout for my large family. The large balcony was so relaxing and loved hearing the ocean. Couldn’t have had a better house or spot on the water.

Our extended family of 15 loved this house! There was plenty of room. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed sitting on the large porch.

3 families had a blast. It is our 5th time renting this place and it doesn't disappoint. We will be back for a 6th time.
