We stayed at Surfin' Inn for a week and had an enjoyable vacation. The property was comfortable and met our needs for the duration of our stay. The beach access was outstanding and seeing the dolphins jumping in the water from the front windows was amazing. If you are looking for a quiet, laid-back beach vacation with excellent access to the water and smaller crowds, Surfin' Inn is a great choice.
The location and view from this house was wonderful! The kitchen was very well appointed, we had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room for a family of 10. The property manager Greg was amazing and so helpful! I would recommend this property.
My family of 10 fit well here and wasn't crowded. My 2 year old navigated the house well without needing child proofing like gates. The view was amazing. The walk to the beach was literal feet. I loved the loft area on top floor. My bed upstairs with the balcony was great. My other guests complained of the other mattresses having dips in them. The couch was large, but cushions were flat and worn. The fridge didn't cool properly and the freezer didn't freeze. Bring your own ice. It was annoying, but not big enough of a problem to reach out to management. They had beach chairs and sand buckets/shovels for the kids. Management stopped by to say hi and he was very nice. It was a really great stay for my family.

We have stayed here for the past 5 years. It is perfect for our family. The thjngs we love the most are the huge windows in the dining/living area, the closeness to the water, the open floor plan, and the ramp instead of stairs. The property manager was fantastic- checked in on us, let us know he was available if needed, then let us have our time.

We had a great and relaxing family vacation. The house needs a little updating, but still is nice. The only thing that we did not like was the fact that both the main floor bathrooms you had to go into bedroom.
We loved being on the water and this rental provided that. It was very spacious and fit our needs perfectly. Everyone in our group loved being able to sit at the dining room table and look out at the water. The whole wall was windows, so it gave you a fabulous view. I would definitely return to this property again.
The location is what brought us back to this rental for the second year in a row. The house is dated and needs upgrades and repairs. This has already been brought to the owners attention by other reviewers so hopefully they will take steps to get the house up to par. As of right now we are looking into others homes in the area which are newer or in better states of repair for next years trip.

Our favorite things are the location, the huge windows looking out into the gulf, and the ramp that replaces the stairs. Also- we had a minor issue w the washer, and the property manager was so quick to respond and fix the issue, and was so pleasant.

This home was perfect for our family. The location was in a quiet, golf-cart friendly beach neighborhood, just far enough away from town that we didn't have to deal with the craziness of spring breakers. The customer service was excellent! Dee Dee, the property manager, texted me with beach updates and fun things to see, and was there within two hours when we had an issue with one of the showers. We've rented from multiple agencies in Gulf Shores, but Coastal View Vacations was the easiest and friendliest we have ever booked with! We will definitely book with them again.
