Bender Vacation Rentals was amazing to book with! Checking in, was so easy!! The staff were extremely kind and helpful! Handed us a packet and off we went! One car is covered for the week to park onsite. We paid for our son to park his car for just an additional $35/ for the week. Upon arrival the communication was above and beyond. The location you cannot beat! This location allows teens to come and go while the parents or adults can hangout on the balcony and relax after a day at the beach. 3 bedrooms with their own bathrooms was GREAT! The views were perfect. Im so happy we stumbled across this property. We truly had a great week! It was worth the 15+ hour drive.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo managed by Bender Vacation Rentals. The team was proactive in their communication and incredibly responsive whenever we had questions. The condo was perfect for our familybeautiful, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed. The balcony views were incredible, and the location was close to great restaurants and entertainment. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

WOW! This three bedroom that has three baths was fabulous. You are in walking distance to so many local favorites. The house was clean, well stocked and just steps down to the beach. We loved the two balconys to enjoy. We would definitely come back. The ocean views were incredible. Beach stunning and chair rental was so easy - just go sit in an unreserved spot and they will come to you.

This is a beautiful condo in an excellent location! I loved having 3 beds/3 baths for all of us! The beach was literally right there! To rent chairs and umbrellas you sit in them until an Ikes worker comes by to fill out the paperwork. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The condo was very clean and well kept. The kitchen was loaded with everything you would need. Never had a rental so well supplied. Absolutely loved it! Will stay again! The people at Bender were always very polite and helpful. Great communication with them. Highly recommend!

This was our first experience with Bender Realty and I have to say it has been the best with any company so far. They were easy to reach, handled everything in a professional manner, were super nice and supportive. My husband is handicapped and the accommodations were great even tho we did not request anything additional. There were 6 of us and the size was perfect.The kitchen was WELL stocked, the best I've seen. We didn't have to bring anything. We will be back.

The condo was beautiful and easily accessible to the beach. We had everything we needed, and it was nice to have the space there.

Our family of 5 really enjoyed our vacation in this condo.Location is perfect, steps away from the pool and beach. It was spotless, communication with the management company was easy and professional. Appliances all worked without any issues. We did wish for a vacuum instead of a tiny broom and dustpan. There was no way to avoid sand in your bed when you can't sweep it all up. A few hooks in the bathroom would be helpful too. Only a single towel rack in each bathroom. A few minor issues if fixed would make it perfect.
