Bender Vacation Rental was very professional. Our arrival date was right after the hurricane. They stayed in communication with us so we knew what to expect. Surf Side 1402 was a comfortable 2bed/2bath condo. It could definitely use some updating and a deep cleaning. We asked for affordable and it was. It had everything we needed.
It was a nice little rental, needs some updates, but conveniently located to pool & beach. Beds slept well, tvs were a bit wonky about working, few things need updating or added to make the home a bit nicer but overall nice place. Very responsive to all my requests and needs while there. Air worked great, hot showers and beautiful view off the balcony. We would stay there again.
Perfect vacation rental and steps right onto the beach.
We had a great stay in gulf shores. The condo was as described. The beach is pretty eroded in front of the condo so really nowhere to set up chairs and a tent. The water comes all the way up to the walkway. Pool was nice, location was nice. Would stay there again. The kitchen light probably needs replacing soon and the right side balcony door handle is very hard to open.
Bender Realty is an awesome company to work with and quick to respond to requests for repair needs. We stayed for 3 months. The view can't be beat. The condo was nicely equipped and the beds were comfortable. The owner was gracious enough to rent a recliner for us during our stay. The condo does need some TLC. The LR furniture is not particularly comfortable.
The view was the best part! The condo could use some updating of furnishings (beds, linens, etc). The property management company was wonderful- they checked on us several times to ensure all was well.
It was all wonderful. Very clean, plenty of space, and very comfortable. A bit of paint flacking off on the balcony, otherwise very well kept up.
Granddaughter‘s first trip to the beach. Accommodations were as described two bedroom two bath. Nice surprise that both bedrooms had their own private bath greatly appreciated. Condo within walking distance of restaurants, souvenir shops, ice cream shops, would rent again.
Bender was great. The condo needed a lot of updates and work. For $2000. a week I expected a little nicer. View was great, but bathrooms, washer and balcony need work.
We loved our Condo. It was a perfect location! Loved the balcony! The condo was very clean and in a perfect location. Hoping we get to stay there again next summer!!
It was a great view of the beach! Clean and just enough space for our stay.
We only were there for a short weekend but didn’t want to leave! Room and Complex was very nice and clean. Staff was very helpful. We will definitely be back!

Condo served the purpose. Bathroom really kind of small but again, it served the purpose. Condo needs a little TLC. Bender Realty was easy to work with.
Condo was in a great location, close to grocery stores, restaurants and walking trails. There was too much decor in living room, like 9 artifical plants and wall hangings. Gave a claustrophobic feeling to area. Beds were comfortable.
We loved the condo. We've stayed in this complex before. Nice place. Had everything we needed or wanted. See you again next year.
Overall it was good. Beds were excellent, kitchen well stocked, balcony view excellent. Size of unit was much less than photos depicted. Sofa sleeper was junk; NO padding in the so-called mattress.
The unit was in good condition but needed some of the appliances checked.
Location was great, building access was accommodating. A few draw backs, elevator was very slow and could use an additional one. The room wasn't the most modern that it could be, a few upgrades would benefit that unit. Also could have had some patio chairs at a minimum.
Bender Realty was easy to book with and the condo at Surf Side Shores 1402 was nice and clean when we arrived. This is a great location close to all of the major attractions and best resturants.

The carpet in the two bedrooms had to be cleaned. Overall the unit was in good shape

The absolute best part was the balcony view! Having the beach just steps away and waking up to the sound of the waves crashing on shore. This was our wedding/honeymoon trip and it really couldn't have been more perfect for us!!!
Our stay was very relaxing and in a great location! I like that you could walk out onto the beach from the pool area and just spend the day at the beach and when you had enough just walk right back to the condo. The place was very well kept and clean and we loved sitting on the balcony in the morning and just looking out to the the water. I would very much love to stay here again and would recommend it to anyone! Thanks for a wonderful Labor Day weekend!
