Location is the Best!! Our family of 11 were very comfortable in the house. The furniture and some cookware were showing a little age but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Sunshine rental house in Fort Morgan. The community is great with multiple pools. The tennis courts need a bit of work. The house was spacious, well decorated, very clean and well stocked. Storage space is limited in some areas with extra pillows, decorations, etc... filling some cabinets and other storage areas. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great little stay at Sunshine. Very clean, very well furnished. Beds were amazing and very comfortable. We have stayed in this home many times before and would stay again.

Our family of 10 had a great stay at Sunshine. The house was very clean and had plenty of room for 10 adults and one baby. The kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we needed! All the beds slept great. The open living area and big dining table were perfect. The storage area and shower under the house were good for storing beach and fishing equipment and for rinsing off before coming in. All the furniture inside and out was very comfortable and felt like home! This is our first time to stay in Morgantown and we loved it. The pools, boardwalks , pickleball courts were all very well maintained. We will definitely be back! It really was a perfect family vacation. Thank you for sharing Sunshine with us.

One of the best and easiest rentals I’ve had...Gail and Greg were wonderful....super responsive...easy check in and out...house was clean and comfortable... best stocked kitchen ever! Location was great.... Close to boardwalk to beach and just around the corner from one of the pools....thoroughly enjoyed our time there....would definitely rent again!

We had a wonderful time with our entire family as we gathered to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. The accommodations were good and a short walk to the beach.

We had a fabulous stay at Sunshine. We had three generations with two sets of grandparents, parents, and 6 kids. The space was perfect. We never felt on top of each other. The walk to the beach was a breeze! Only took us about 2 minutes. Would highly recommend staying here.

We just finished a week at this rental and had an outstanding time together. There were 16 of us in all. The house is very conveniently located to both the pools and the beach. We also enjoyed pickleball, tennis, and riding our bikes through the neighborhood. Coastal View Vacations was a pleasure to deal with. I had a number of questions before we left, and they were very responsive in answering them. Could not recommend more highly.

The house was great with plenty of room for the 8 adults and 6 kids in our family. The boardwalk to the beach is directly across the street which made getting to the beach so easy. The customer service was top notch as we had a late issue with our trip that was able to be resolved with ease. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a big house close to the beach.

The house was as described but could use a few less less objects on the tables. The kitchen was easy to cook in. One pool was not open our whole stay.

I have never stayed at a VRBO with so many kitchen supplies, there is plenty of everything from silverware to pots and pans. We had my whole family of 16 so that was a great asset to have as we cooked almost every night. Such a great friendly neighborhood. The property manager was very nice and came by to check on us several times. If you are looking for a beautiful and spacious place defiantly check this one out.

Great location clean and very close proximity to beach access. The house had most everything. If you’ve stayed in other houses in this subdivision you’ll be impressed by the amount of space and sleeping accommodations. You will need to make sure you pack salt, pepper and The basics. We had a great week.

We loved our stay in Morgantown. We were close to the beach and pool. The house was clean and set up for everything we needed.

Good location to beach and private pools. House was in excellent condition and was a good choice for a party of 10.

Morgantown is beautiful and convenient to the beach, just steps away. It’s quiet and untouched and the sand is powdery! The house is nice and kitchen well furnished with great water pressure. But the walls are super thin and the air conditioning does not work properly, especially on the main level. It never kept the 72 degrees even with all doors closed and you cannot turn the thermostat below that according to the sign. One huge complaint I have is even though we rented for a week, we only got toilet paper and paper towels and garage bags for a few days. This doesn’t make sense and is super inconvenient and a little penny pinching. If I rent for 2 days vs 7, these supplies should also be increased.

Our second Easter at "Sunshine" and it was as wonderful as the first. Can't wait for next year.

We loved the layout of the house. We loved the access to the pool and beach.

This home was the perfect size for our family of 9 adults and 1 child. It is beautifully decorated, close to both the beach and one of the pools, has a well-stocked kitchen, two barbeque grills, 3 decks and is spacious and clean. The only downside was the shower curtain in the master bath is moldy. We will certainly be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Sunshine! We would have stayed longer if we could have. The property manager, DeeDee, stopped by to meet us the day after we arrived. She was very helpful, and you can tell she wants you to enjoy your stay! The house was in the perfect location. Just a couple minutes from both the beach and the pool. It was very clean. The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of extra blankets and pillows if you were to need them. It has everything you could need in a vacation rental. If I were to change anything, I'd hang some blinds or shades on some of the windows, but that won't stop us from visiting again. We will definitely stay with Relax on the Beach again!
