Jose was a pleasure to host! El apto muy bonito pero mucho detalle en la limpieza, cubiertos muy sucios sin lavar, un toilet sucio, hice el reclamo al momento del ingreso y la empresa no respondió más. Al momento de la salida escribieron que no les había llegado mis mensajes. Inaceptable

Colleen was a pleasure to host! Our stay at the Anna Maria condo was absolutely amazing! The space was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, but what truly made it unforgettable was the breathtaking view. Waking up to that ocean scenery each morning felt like a dream. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and unwind.

Chris was a pleasure ! Parking area is deep sand. Got stuck as soon as we got there. No excuse for not having a concrete parking pad. Better have a 4 wheel drive rental vehicle. They are also doing construction on the condo below. It’s hard to relax when it’s a construction zone underneath this place. Had I been informed of the construction I would’ve gone elsewhere. As if the problems listed above weren’t enough, they had the nerve to ask me if it was ok to have a washer delivered during my stay. I told them to have it delivered after we checked out so it didn’t inconvenience our stay. The Home Depo delivery guy knocked on the door at 8:30 am wanting to install the washer after I told mgmt to have them come after checkout time. Obviously they didn’t care. Inside of the condo was nice but the couch needs to be replaced as it looks ok but feels worn out while you’re sitting on it. Location and inside were nice but everything else was a major issue for me.

Our family really enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean and decorated super cute. We loved being able to easily walk over to Bridge Street to eat and also be right on the ocean. We would definitely stay here again!

The property was beautiful. It was right on the beach and we could walk to restaurants and all downtown areas. It was quiet and clean. Could not have asked for a nicer location!

Nice condo.

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed including beach chairs and towels. The second bedroom does have a low ceiling above the bottom bed for a tall adult over 5ft. The only drawback to staying at this condo again would be having to share the patio with your neighbor. We enjoy a private patio to watch the sunrise and have breakfast and happy hour with the sunset. We did not feel comfortable doing so with neighbors also wanting to sit on the patio during these peak times. The condo is in walking distance to shops and wonderful restaurants! Put up a patio divider and we'd be back.

This was our first trip to Anna Maria Island and we loved this property. The view was incredible, the patio had nice furniture to enjoy breakfast and sunsets, and the location was perfect. Our kids loved the bunk bed set up as well. Being right next to Bridge St allowed us to walk to the shops, pier, and restaurants. The beach was relatively quiet and the property had some beach and water toys for our kids. It was also a 5 minute drive to Manatee beach which was an excellent public beach. The only minor con was live music noise from Bridge Street until 10 pm and construction noise in the morning from across the street. These minor things didn’t bother us too much. Overall great stay and we would return if a future vacation brought us back to AMI.

Denise, was a pleasure to host Everything was amazing! It was clean and modern and the view was wonderful. My only suggestion would be to improve the television programming. There was nothing on the tv (no local channels, just old shows except ion). Thank-you for a wonderful memorable vacation.
