Jeremy, Was A Pleasure To Host! The house was perfectly maintained and a perfect location. It really is steps from the beach access and an easy walk to town - but still away from the thrum of spring break activity. The management team was extremely proactive in asking if anything was needed - but nothing was. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a Siesta Key getaway

Meredith, Was A Pleasure To Host! Great house that fit all 12 of us perfectly! Loved that it has 3 balconies, beach views, and 2 living rooms! Plenty of seating for everyone inside and outside. Great location!
This property accommodated our large group of 15 adults and was walking distance to the beach and the village. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed the outside patio area. However the property needs a lot of work. Dirty and scuffed walls, mold in bathroom showers, mold on outside walls and stairs, outside stairs and decks didn’t seem sturdy, dryers took forever to dry an average load of clothes, elevator was not user friendly, ovens didn’t heat properly, outside patio ceiling fan didn’t work, chest freezer in garage didn’t work. I communicated most of these issue to the property manager and while she always responded immediately and sent someone from their maintenance department to fix the issues they never fixed any of them. Also the pool is very small for a property of this size. Our entire group decided we would not be booking this property again.

Jamie was a great guest and treated the home well. We would be happy to host their group again. Very Big spacious house-great location great for large groups. probably 5 car max parking -just keep that in mind Otherwise great home great fun
